This dealership is THE BEST. Needed one of the salesman to explain how to operate the menu on my car. Paul was so patient and knowledgeable . He solved all my problems. I have never had a problem with this dealership: Paul is a valuable asset to the company!

Took my car in for service today. It was my first time visiting the new location. Dave in service was welcoming and appreciative of my business. Car was ready exactly on time. Janice was her usual engaging and genuine self. Knowing I was not there to buy a car, Eric took the time to offer his insight and knowledge of some the cars in the showroom. I don't think these 3 people tried to exceed my expectations as a customer. I think it comes naturally and effortlessly. Collectively, they are the reasonI will purchase my next car from this dealership.

The service department is the best in Tallahassee. Mr. Futch is such a great guy. I never feel their teams is trying to unnecessarily sell me services on my car.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Kraft Infinity and had a great experience. Ed Baker was fantastic and went the extra mile in addressing all my questions or concerns. He even stayed late to make sure I understood all the features and that the vehicle was perfect. He and Kraft have continued to make sure my needs are met. Wonderful service. I would recommend him to anyone purchasing a new car.
