I purchased my car a year ago and was offered an Interior/Exterior "warranty" from ECP by Ashley the Finance Manager. When I originally purchased my car I asked the salesperson I purchased from - Dave about the warranty and he let me know that if the damage they covered was unrepairable by them then they would replace it. After dealing with ECP for the past month that is absolutely NOT the case. I have cracks in my dash which they say they cover, yet the guy they hire to do the work said even if he fixed it he wasn't sure it would last so he didn't even do it. Why is repair an option if the person hired to do it won't do it? I believe Dave lied to me just so he could get a sale, pretty typical car salesman. ECP told me to talk directly to Infiniti about it after which no one helped me. I personally went there and spoke to John the pre-owned sales manager which seemed helpful at first saying that everyone he asked said that ECP should just replace the dash if they can't fix it and he even said he would try and talk to the people higher up at ECP to get answer and call me back. A week later, no call. I left a voicemail and called again today to leave a message with another sales person and still no call back. How completely unprofessional. The money they charge you for the ECP "warranty" is to buy the clear protective coat that is all, you are not purchasing an actual warranty so buyer beware. Also, the "exterior warranty" protects against tree sap supposedly yet, yet tree sap damaged my trunk hood and I took it to a body shop and they said it needs to be repainted because the protective coat obviously didn't do anything. Then ECP INC. let's me know that the exterior repair is limited to buffing, polishing and wet sanding. So if it can't be repaired by the way mentioned then you are screwed. Oh and the communication with ECP itself is atrocious. I have had to constantly call and email to get any response from the claims representative or anyone else for that matter. What a nightmare. I even contacted Infiniti USA corporate and that was another joke. The guy was incompetent as well as Korby the Regional Director for Florida. Their customer service is non existent. They offered no help or guidance whatsoever on this matter. This is my second Infiniti but after this absolutely frustrating ordeal my next car will be from a true quality luxury brand. I like my car I just wish they would have been more honest and clear up front because now I'm screwed out of thousands of dollars because I was misinformed. Stay away from this place! If you need service work on your Infiniti there is a Courtesy Nissan right down the road that has excellent service and better prices! Go see service advisors Kevin or David there, they used to be technicians and they are the nicest, most helpful guys there!

I met all the service advisors who were all concerned about helping me as soon as possible so I didn't have to wait long. I will not be buying another vehicle from Infiniti of Tampa. I purchased a used 2015 Infiniti on 8/13/16 and driving off the lot the engine cover fell off. I called my salesman Oggi, and he told me he would call me back with someone from Service. I received a call the very next day and was informed the part had to be ordered. A week and a half went by and I called to check the status to be informed that they never put in the order. The sales guy didn't help me, I spoke to a service manager on 8/24 and told him my issue, he promised a call back and to date no one has reached out to me. Not to mention that all 4 wheel bearings are rusted and no one will address that either. This is my 3rd vehicle from this dealership and it will be my last. Service and sales do not communicate and client retention is no focus at Infiniti of Tampa.

I found the car I wanted. It is a 2012 Ford Mustang. I emailed that I was interested. the next MorningJosh emailed me back. I arranged to go there at 12:00. Josh was the salesman and Lam was thefinance guy. Both were extremely professional and very easy to deal with. Neither tried to sell me something I didn't want or need. I told Josh what I wanted to put down. Josh let me basically pickthe payment that worked for me. Lam took care of all the financing. It was a very quick, fast, easycar buying experience. HIGHLY recommend Infinity to anyone wanting to buy a car. The whole office was very nice and professional. If you go there ask for Josh!!!!!

I went to infinity of Tampa with the intention of purchasing a new car. Prior to going in I knew I liked the car and had done my research on the vehicle. Off the several dealerships I have visited this is by far the single worst dealership I have ever been to. After we were unable to agree on a price with the sales person he offered to bring his finance guy in. The gentleman in charge of finance was rude, condescending and extremely impolite. He found it necessary to tell me that since I refuse to pay the price they quoted me (which was several thousand higher than the Clearwater dealership) that I perhaps could not afford an infinity. He alluded to the fact that I do not make enough money to afford such a vehicle.Perhaps I should've reminded him our household has purchased two other new cars from Lexus and BMW within the last year. Unfortunately I did not think he nor this dealership was worth anymore of our time. After seeing that several other people have written a similar views about this dealership I'm no longer surprised by my experience. Going forward I hope to actively discourage anyone from giving this company your business.

I highly recommended Infiniti of Tampa Bay. This is my 3rd Infiniti, and although I did not purchase my pre-owned G37 from them, when I encountered an issue I contacted Fadi in the service department. He was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns. I was in and out in less than an hour and the problem was gone. I even test drove the car with Chane, the mechanic who performed the work, to make sure the problem was solved and I was completely satisfied. They treated me with courtesy and respect. Infinitis have amazing warranties and the problem was taken care of no charge. Excellent service, the best dealership experience I have ever had. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. I hope the General Manager and Owners know what assets these two employees are to the company!!

they charged me $79 dollars to "fix the break noise" worse after the service!. complimentary car wash is a joke, they wash around the car, still dust on the roof and dirty tires!! service was slow and 3 hours later left the infinity of Tampa disappointed again. They don't do what they promise.I am very dissatisfied with the situation regarding the automatic door locks on my Infinity FX35 and am hoping someone is willing to rectify this problem. I purchased the Infinity FX35 new with the expectation that it was a superior product, never thinking that at 42000 miles all the door locks would stop working simultaneously and require over $2700 to repair the problem. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I've done some research on line and have discovered many complaints regarding the acctuaters. My automatic car door opener stopped working while the switch that unlocks the doors still activates the locks. I believe this should fall under a recall. I have notified Infinity consumer affairs and they are not willing to do anything about it. I will never buy another infinity.

My 2012 Infiniti qx 56 paint is peeling off and I talked to the service manager and he said that it's something to do with the environmental issue so the warranty won't cover it. I took the vehicle to some body shop to look at it and they told me that this happened because of the paint quality. This is not the first time this manager give me hard time. One time the front grill chrome paint was coming off and this guy said its water mark. My company send me to work in the USA from INDIA for few years and I didn't expect this from a dealership and I paid 70k for this vehicle to get good service also.

I came here to test drive a CPO G37. I LOVED the car and wanted to come back in a day or two with my dad to negotiate and purchase, since this was my first car I was buying myself. Well, Anton asked if I'd been approved for a loan and I told him I'd be curious to see what Infiniti's financing could do. Now I explicitly told him to NOT run a hard inquiry on my credit, and to have his team just crunch the numbers and get an idea of what I could get.I have family in banking and they said this is possible without running my credit. He assured me they would do a "soft pull" and it would only affect me by one or two points. He gave me a document to sign, which I did under the impression that this was the authorization for the soft pull he had told me they would do.I find out hours later that Infiniti ran a hard inquiry on my credit and I took a significant 40 point hit. I came in the next day to speak to the manager, and he told me I should just dispute it but it wont go anywhere. I called and spoke to Lan Nguyen and he told me there was nothing they could do. I told him Anton deceived me and if he couldn't do a soft pull he should've said so, rather than lie to me. I told him I was lied to and he said, "Sorry you feel that way." I told him I loved the car but sadly this poor treatment would keep me from buying the car and he said, "That's okay." Are you serious? You're okay with losing business because that liar Anton screwed me by disobeying my wishes? This dealership has no remorse for what they did, they were incredibly rude, Anton is a scammer, Lan was incredibly condescending, and they made me feel like my money didn't matter to them. It's truly a shame. I was ready to buy this week and they lost my business, and have hurt my chances of getting a good rate on an auto loan elsewhere. Do not bother with these elitist jerks.

Had a 2011 M37 and was getting service at Infiniti of Tampa for a year or so. Paul was my advisor then and was awesome. Purchased a new M37 later and returned to Paul. Man...I missed him he is even more awesome! His customer service skills are impeccable. He will tell you what he can do, and what he can't (which is rare). He gives recommendations and supports them and lets you make the decision. "Your brakes are at X, it is not mandated to replace them now but I recommend you do because by the time you are scheduled to return it maybe past time". Most places would have pushed you here. The way he presented it made me more inclined to replace rather than repel when a pushy service technician tries to get in my pockets. Plus, he is an all around great guy. He is a strong family man and military veteran to boot! The only thing I can't figure out is why he isn't the service manager by now (no offense to the person that is)!

On the fourth of July I got stuck in the parking lot at Target. My battery had died out on me. I called up at Infiniti of Tampa and had the pleasure of speaking with Fadi. He was very kind and walked me through everything, from tow truck, to loaner vehicle and even the price of the battery and installation. I arrived and the service agent who welcomed me had taken my call as well and called me by my name, this wasn't my first time at the dealership but the first of gotten this level of service, I should call ahead more often :) after handing over my keys I was asked to wait in the beautifully designed waiting area or ample spaced cafe with complimentary ice coffee with all the fixings, slushed, water and snacks. There's also free wifi and I saw a very professionals with their laptops seamlessly attending to their business needs while they waited. The baristas have always been super courteous and I really like appreciate that. Michael English is my assigned Service Agent and I've worked with him several times he went over a few concerns with repairs that were obviously in sight without a diagnostic being performed. I took his advice to have an upper radiator hose fixed and he quickly informed the maintenance team so I wouldn't wait long. Keep in mind for repairs in such they do provide free rentals but I didn't mind hanging around and doing homework while I waited. When checking out Michael asked how my family was and more specifically a sister I'd once brought in with me. His attention to detail and High level of customer service will have be coming back for years since I plan to stay in the Infiniti family. So thank you Infiniti of Tampa for always taking such good care of me! pS they also hand wash your car which is a nice free perk with a oil change which is also competively priced my full synthetic ran me $79 by mentioning the special listed online.

Only a few words needed. Go see service advisor Mike Barna. Awesome customer service that I've ever had at any dealership from any service advisor. He truly cares and definitely takes the extra step and goes above and beyond to make sure your service was done right and promptly. Go check him out! I bought my g35 from a local dealer and I had no clue about what this vehicle needed yet alone what it cost to get things fixed. I'm a working student and mike knew that. He did everything possible to make sure only fix what was needed at the moment. With a car at 100k it was in great condition. Also I have an extended warranty with a company and he worked hand in hand to make sure he got items covered. Nevertheless, speaking I had a Lexus before my Infiniti G35 and the service that he provided was outstanding compared to Lexus. Great customer service is hard to find these days and trust me Mike would not fail on that. Definitely 5 stars in my book.

I've had my share of vehicles from Lexus, to BMW and the customer service that was delivered by Mike and Infiniti of Tampa was on point. I own a 2005 G35 and bought it from a local dealer, not knowing anything about what this car needed as to what it would cost to fix it and I'm a working student my budget is pretty tight. Nevertheless, i brought the car in and before i forget to mention i have an extended warranty (not naming them) but lets just say they nit-pick on what they want to cover. However, Mike was on top of his game to get certain items covered that this vehicle needed being that its 100k and i was on a budget. He went above and beyond with constant communication, providing me a rental while the adjuster came out and making sure the job was done right with the technicians. Overall, One of the best service advisers that I've dealt with so far. Go see him! You would not be disappointed.

I have a 2004 M45 and had taken it to a repair shop for an alignment. When they had finished, my auto was, to say the least, "JACKED" up. The steering was pulling to the right and the steering wheel was anything but straight when sit behind the wheel. I asked the repairman what was up and they claimed that I would have to bring it back because there has to be something else wrong. I immediately called my service advisor who happens to be Eddie Diaz and he advised me to bring it in. When I arrived, the greeter was very professional and Eddie was there waiting for me. Eddie has been my advisor since I purchased the vehicle and is always helpful and very professional. He advised me he would take care of me and we talked about old times. Once my vehicle was finished, I was completely satisfied with the results and Eddie even gave a discount on the repair. Wow!!! what more could I have ask for? Great job guys!!

We currently have 2 Infiniti's which makes #'s 3 & 4 for us...we love the cars. Since moving to Tampa over 10 years ago, we went from Infiniti to closer oil & tire shops and then after to a 5 hour oil change and having the electrical system go weird (found out the new guy got to practice on our car), I went back to Infiniti of Tampa. They match the price of tires and I really like getting a clean car back after oil changes and repairs. Eddie has been great to work with over the last several years and I'm happy he's back. He's extremely professional, greets me like a friend when I come in and I feel very confident that my car gets what it needs when it needs it. I also believe that going to Infiniti for the recommended checks has kept my car in what I feel is near new car condition..even at 130,000 miles.

Infiniti of Tampa is a quality organization. I went to them for service and when they tried to open my hood they discovered that my hinges were frozen. They thought that they would need to take the fenders and other parts of the car off to repair the hinges. The service manager, Brian, took it upon himself to work on getting the hood open. He was successful. He saved me a great deal of money and a return trip to the dealership. Rather than using this as an opportunity to make more money, he has a happy customer who won't go anywhere else for service and am sharing my experience on this site. Brian also touched up my paint since I was the last person of the day and I didn't think that I could do a very good job myself. If Brian is an example of the way Infiniti of Tampa does business, I'm a customer for life. One more note...I went to the dealership for service because of an " oil change special." I assumed they were going to use the "special" as a way to find many things that needed repair. That was not the case. I got a fantastic deal on service, no follow up was needed, and my car was sparkling clean at the end.

My first service experience was excellent - plenty of communication and a timely turnaround. There was a warranty item resolved, along with some general service work...I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing on the non-warranty effort. Brian Ellis was great to work with - I've become a big fan. I had a battery issue a few weeks later - the garage down the street broke a terminal during installation which left my son and I stranded after dinner. I've been to a few different Infiniti dealerships in Florida and this location is by far the best because of your service advisor Fadi. He is amazing. I have always been treated with the upmost respect from him. He always listens to my needs and I am able to always find a viable solution. Fadi is the only person I will deal with. He was wonderful with accomidating my work schedule and understanding that I needed a loaner. When I arrived to drop my car off He had all my information set and ready to go. My loaner was pulled up to the door and warmed up and ready to go. I recieved a phone call the next day with an update on my car. When I returned the loaner again I was greeted by fadi who explained everything. When I went outside to get my car it was pulled up to the door, washed and ready for me to go. My car is always returned to me clean and just the way I brought it in. I have now had several interactions with him and he has always been helpful, friendly and accomidate my needs. I called the service department at 9:30 on a Monday morning and was able to get an appointment for my FX37 for 2:00 that afternoon for regular scheduled maintenance. I arrived at 1:45 and was greeted by Kevin, who got my car into service immediately.Infiniti of Tampa has an extremely nice and clean waiting area for service customers. I took advantage of their free snack bar. The young man running the snack bar was extremely polite and very helpful. He also indicated that he was part of program for helping Autistic adults. I am glad to see that this dealership is sincere about giving back to the community.Kevin came in twice to give me updates on the car and to see if I needed anything while I waited. When it came time to checkout, he had all of the paperwork completed and explained what they had done. He made a couple of recommendations for future repairs, but did not pressure me to get them done immediately. I experienced an extremely solid and painless used car buying experience with him and he deserves a shout out.I waited until I put over 1000 miles on the car to be sure of the quality prior to writing this. Not one issue thus far... Not one. Which is unusual for a used Porsche regardless of age or mileage.Now I've been burned in the past and have been extremely skeptical of car dealers overall. Let me assure you that that isn't necessary with Aaron. You can actually just relax and talk to him. Don't be afraid to ask questions. He is extremely accommodating and wants you to feel comfortable with the car first. I think I put far more pressure on him than he did me.I never thought I would be able to recommend anyone selling used or new cars. I am pleasantly surprised to say that Aaron at Infiniti of Tampa is a person I'd be ready to buy a car from again in a heartbeat. And certainly he did a great job with a car that is alien to most car dealers that don't specialize in them.If I was buying an Infiniti he would be my choice. One of my friend buy two Infiniti vehicles from this dealer. She recommended me to check out the place, so I drove 20 miles over there. First, one of their salesman went with me for a test drive, and he was helpful. During the test drive, I requested a mechanic inspection from a third party before buying a car and got approved. However, when we try to make a deal, there was another guy showed up (his name is Lam) and his attitude was unacceptable and unprofessional. He showed me a paper that showed all the services their shop did and denied a mechanic check, and he also said that the Infiniti of Tampa mechanic shop did all the job and they putted more money to the car than my mechanic does. His attitude was like Infiniti of Tampa is better than all other dealers in the town. I can't believe his attitude to a customer. He rudely raised his voice to me and insult me after I decided not to buy a car before a mechanic inspection. Need to say more? When I decided to leave, he yelled at me "don't come back here again and don't bring any paper with you". Overall, horrible experience, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to buy a car from the dealer.

After the test drive I asked for my vehicle keys back and he said he would have to go get them. They offered me a fair amount for trade in and then wanted me to pay MSRP? Really? Ok. To find out the salesman had my keys all along and when I saw what he was trying to do I said give me my keys and walked out, to find my vehicle on the otherside of the building carrying my little girl. This was the worse place I have ever tried to buy a car from. I would never go back. When I contacted the head sales mangager he could care less. They try to rip you off and hold your keys after they appraise your vehicle. To bad I was only in the office 10 min while he tried to crunch numbers and I had, had enough.

After telling numerous service members not to use chemicals in my car because I am chemically sensitive, they used two of the most dangerous consumer chemicals very lavishly and then didn't remove them. Then they refused to deal with the issue and blocked us from coming to the dealership. Our new Infiniti sits parked and we cannot drive it as we look for specialists to remove the chemical. Whether you're chemically sensitive or not, these chemicals are very dangerous and you should not leave this dealership alone with your car.Below is one small excerpt of the side effects of one of the dangerous chemicals that the dealership used, this is from the MSDS sheet of the chemical they admitted to using:WARNING! I am driving my third Infinity and will only go to Infinity of Tampa for service. I was always told that the dealership takes advantage of you and overcharges. As a female, I have found this to be true at other places but never at Infinity. Their prices are fair and after you go once they send you coupons. Paul Massidas is my service professional and he is wonderful! I call him directly when I need anything and he takes great care of me. He always has a great loaner car for me, gets me in and out quickly and I never have to deal with anyone else. If you want to wait on your car they have a great lounge area that has wifi and a free coffee/snack bar. I highly recommend Paul and the service department at Infinity of Tampa to everyone!

I have a 2003 G35 Coupe 6 speed manual with Brembo brakes. I bought it brand new and got the first one in South Florida where I was living at the time. Although I typically never keep a car for more than 3 or 4 years, my plan from the start was to keep this car, with its classic styling indefinitely. Therefore, even after the warranty period expired, I have continued to bring the car to Infiniti of Tampa for All service and repair except for an occasional oil change elsewhere. All dealers are known to have higher repair costs than independent garages and Infiniti of Tampa is no exception. However, you get what you pay for - they are thorough, professional and stand behind their repair work. I have never felt that they tried to sell me on an unneeded service or repair - they are honest folks. My long time Service Advisor moved out of state and I just started working with Fadi Alzeideh. He is friendly, professional, knowledgable, detail oriented and looks for ways to save you money on repair costs. I spent at $1,150 on the latest repairs and they had my car for several days. When I picked the car up on Saturday, Fadi had the day off. I had some questions and Fadi called me from Home on his day off to answer them. I usually ask to see parts that have been replaced but forgot to do so this time. Not to worry, Fadi was one step ahead of me, anticipating I might ask that and he took photos of the worn suspension parts to show me. Now That's Service! Infiniti of Tampa Service Department and especially Fadi Alzeideh - Highly Recommended.

My customer service representative, Brian Ellis, was extraordinarily helpful (even if the repair charges were quite high), but I thought you should know that another representative, Paul Massidas, was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Since Brian wasn't at the front desk when I arrived to pick up my car on October 8th and Paul was the only "free" person (without a customer) at one of the front desks, I asked if he could locate Brian. You would've thought I'd asked him if he'd like a root canal. He told me to wait and he grudgingly told me he'd try to find Brian. After 20 minutes in the waiting room, I went back to the front desk and it was quite apparent that Paul had made absolutely no effort to locate Brian. Just because I wasn't Paul's assigned customer, he should realize that his negative attitude and refusal to assist a customer who wound up paying nearly $1,900 to your dealership for repairs would reflect quite poorly on your organization. Again, Brian is a prince of a guy, and, despite the hit on my wallet, I enjoyed working with him, but Paul's passive aggressive approach was not at all appreciated.

Bought my G37 there, so far car is great. Went in Saturday for oil change and and issue with driver window it auto working. The service agent, Tlyra, was just excellent, greeted us, I explained what was going on, they took the car and within 1.5 hrs, back on the road. Facility is clean and staff on this visit we're great. Only gripe I have is that I tell them not to adjust tire pressure and each time it gets done(tires are warm on arrival, so when they check ,it's always high and they lower to factory specs, but once you park and tires cool, now you are many psi below). Anyway, great experience, they really are trying to provide good service.

I came in for a simple windshield wiper replacement. I normally would have avoided a dealership but unfortunately my car model has unique wiper blades and only the dealership typically has it in stock. It was very outstanding service. Polite and quick. I would have been very happy with it even if the last part had not happened. The guy helping me came to get me and told me "you're all set." I was confused and asked, "what about paying?" and he replied "don't worry about it, I got you some new blades you are good." I was shocked and happy at the same time. The best part was how discrete the guy was about it. He wasn't looking for a pat on the back or a tip, I truly believe he was just helping a stranger out and looking for nothing in return. This shows me that this company cares about its customers and the most likely all of their employees embody this same level of customer service. I will be back for any services I need and hopefully soon, when I purchase my next car.

We were really at a breaking point in frustration with our car hunting when we found the exact model that we wanted online at Infinity of Tampa. We had located three in the nearby area and narrowed it down to theirs and another one. After working with Sammy and a test drive our decision was made and we moved over to Kariim in Finance. He worked very hard at besting our pretty unbeatable rate from our credit union and we went with that choice. Overall, after a week of stressful and horrible experiences, these guys were a relief and swayed our decision to buy from them. We trust that our service experience will be as positive!

We felt rushed and felt like they wanted us to leave. The main reason I will never return nor recommend you to anyone is because my husband asked if the weather strip could be snapped back in on my car and your service guys ripped it off. We didn't notice until after we left. We called the dealership and they kept saying they would call us back and let us know what could be done. 3 weeks later no call back. You simply do not care. Not to mention we were told we would get a whopping $35 worth of gas put in our car and when we went to leave the tank was on E. We drove all the way from Tallahassee to buy this car. Regardless of if we are spending $20,000 or $80,000 we should be treated the same.

We just leased our second vehicle from Infiniti. Our first experience with our sales person, Rich, was wonderful and we continued to stop and say hi to him whenever we brought the vehicle in for service. The new facilities are top notch with a nice cafe in the waiting area. Customer service (Tina!) has been friendly and quick from the greeting to close. When our current lease was up it was an easy decision to go back to Infiniti of Tampa, even though it's a bit of a drive for us.

I called infinity of Tampa to ask if drivers window (2010 g37s) that sticks is covered under factory warranty, I was told yes it is, drove an hour to get the repair. Was told after I arrived that to screws that hold the window are loose are not covered under warranty. And they wanted $250 to tighten them. I left dealer called Infiniti USA and they returned my call and told me it is covered. Called infiniti of Tampa and was again refused to have window repaired.. WouLd not recommend anyone go to that dealer... Called infiniti of Clearwater... Window fixed warranty honored.. Will deal with Lokey Infiniti from now on.

This place will slap you in the face with absurd out the door prices despite you telling them your maximum budget, even when paying cash. I went back and forth over the price of a car for a couple of days before they proclaimed "somebody else has seen the value in the car and it sold for the advertised price"... I checked in numerous times over the course of a week and the car was still available. The car to this day is still available Every employee at Infiniti of Tampa is the stereotyping lie-to-your face, shake your hand, while flipping you the bird with the other hand behind them. They can not admit when they are wrong. Instead of admitting they paid too much for a car or simply dont want to sell it for an accurate price, they lie about it being sold. Steer clear!

As always, I was treated with Courtesy, Respect and Professional Customer Service when I took my 2012 QX56 in for it's 15K check-up. This is my 2nd QX56 purchased from Infiniti of Tampa Bay and two of the main reasons I bought a new version of the car that I had owned for 6 years and driven for 84K miles is Rich in Sales and T'Lira in Service. IF either one ever leaves this dealer, I will have to find a new one. These employees fare GREAT!! From the time I stepped foot into the building the salesman, Josh made me and my boyfriend feel comfortable. We test drove the G37s I was interested into until I found the one I fell in love with. When it was time for us to negotiate a price it was hassle free! I got the payment I was comfortable with!!! Then we met with the finance guy to make it all official. He was outstanding as well bc he used "car financing" language we could understand. He even found a way to make my monthly payment lower!!!! I am writing to tell you about my recent experience at Infiniti of Tampa. We searched the internet and opted to avoid those shady dealerships and stuck with what we believed to be reputable dealerships. The salesman emailed us with a vehicle that had just gotten through the inspection process and was now available. The car was a perfect fit. We raced to the dealership for a test drive and to inspect the car. During this time, the salesman was great, telling us all the things we wanted to hear the minor body damage would be repaired, the dealership does a rigorous inspection to make sure everything is working properly etc. We returned to the dealership on January 29, 2014, to make our purchase. During the contract signing, we were told numerous things that ended up being untrue. We again asked if everything was in working order and again we were told yes. We considered the extended warranties offered but they were a thousand dollars more (for the same coverage) than the aftermarket warranties we had already priced, so we declined. We told the finance manager no to the warranty, and then asked the salesman, to explain what happens if we drive off the lot and find something is wrong. He stated the beauty of dealing with Infiniti is your have 30 days or 1000 miles in case something is wrong. We figured within the first 30 days we would know of any problems so we felt comfortable, that, with Infiniti that we would be taken care of. We purchased the car and left the dealership, very excited 1) about our purchase and 2) about what a great experience we had with the salesman. Once the sale was over, so was the great treatment. The next day, my husband went to plug in his cell phone to charge and we determined that the charger in the front of the car didnt work. We called and the salesman said he would check with service and see what they could do. A few days later, we started having problems with the driver side window and then the door locks from there. Now, I have bought pre-owned cars before so I understand that things go wrong, but we again called the salesman since we had a 30 day warranty. That is when he said that the 30 day warranty is for powertrain only and doesnt cover those other items but he would see what he could do. We brought the car into the dealership on Saturday, February 15, 2014, to which the service manager told us that the charger has to be completely redone because it is broken and could not be repaired. He also told us they couldnt get a hold of Volvo to get a cost for the parts for the locks and the windows. He then reiterated that the warranty is only for the powertrain and that he had spoken with the salesman and there is nothing they can do. We then asked if we could speak with the Used Car Manager. The service manager called him and based on how the phone call went, he did not appear to be interested in talking to us. We waited in the front lobby for approximately 15 minutes with our 5 month old before leaving. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. First of all, I was assured everything was in working order prior to purchase and our sale was contingent upon that. Secondly, we were told we had a 30 day warranty in case anything was wrong which was completely untrue. Had the salesman not specifically told me that there was a warranty, this would be less of a problem. If he had advised that it was powertrain only then we wouldnt be quite as upset as we are now. I will tell you that I bought my last pre-owned car from Lexus of Tampa and I can assure you my experience was nothing like this. Any issue I had within the first 30 days (and anytime after) was handled. I am treated by the service department the same as any Lexus owner. This way of doing business makes Infiniti no better than the fly by night dealerships when the sales staff behaves like typical used car salesmen.

Long story, but here is the short: Bought brand new Infiniti SUV 6 months ago, had damage to the car (nicks in the dashboard, seat, mirrors, laser calibration). Infiniti Tampa does work to fix the issues (per the VP of Nissan Jeff Harris in which I was in correspondence with). They did shoddy work and won't fix it because of my descriptive language used describing some of the fixes (I used "looks like sh**"). Normally I don't cuss, but it's our 4th attempt at getting things fixed at Tampa Infiniti, and with a dealership full of brand new cars, an A B comparison should be easy to do!

I bought my used 2007 Infiniti QX56 from Infiniti of Tampa on December 13th 2013, thinking I bought a vehicle from a reputable honest and up front place. The sales associate was great and had everything ready when I got there. Unfortunately I did not take it for a test drive because I was not familiar with Tampa and it was rush hour time so the streets were busy. I trusted everything was fine because I was told the vehicle had been well maintained and all service were conducted there at that business which made me feel a lot better. It was explained to me how picky they are with there preowned vehicles and it goes through a rigorous inspection because there standards are very high. I asked for the maintenance records and the diagnostic print out because I wanted to see for myself. I never got to see them, I was shown some papers but did not see the contents. Ten days after the purchase of the vehicle the VDC and SLIP light came on. Durning this time I was on vacation so I had to wait till I got back home to inform the dealership. When I got back I schedule an appointment to bring the vehicle in for it to be looked at and apply the interior and exterior protection. They kept the vehicle and when I came in to pick it up they said it would be $2500 to fix the vehicle. I could not believe that a vehicle that I had not owe for even a month I was dumping $2500 into. I saw the sales person I brought the vehicle from and explained what happened. He gave me a surprised face and couldn't get away from me fast enough. I feel like I have totally taken for a ride. If this is how business is conducted here they will definitely not get any more of my business and I will never recommend this place. I am loyal customer but not this time.

I purchased three brand new vehicles from this company over the last ten years and this last purchase of my G37 convertible has been a nightmare of poor service. starting from the horrendous tint application at purchase time which had to be redone to which my car was returned with a ding and another unsatisfactory tint job (I'm just living with) Also, I had several Warrenty repairs...One time the wrong part was replaced and the last was that of my car being returned to me after three days, Covered in an overspray of some sort after being in trusted to them for a seat repair. They said they would remove it and with that process there are now odd swirl marks and imperfections to my paint and the GM among other employees were extremly rude, Denying it was done by them. Buyer beware and stay away from Infiniti of Tampa!

Having researched and decided on the car I wanted, an online check revealed Infinity of Tampa had a more extensive inventory to chose from than other local dealers. My reception there was both cordual and professional. Mr. Life, James Life, showed me several of the "exrerienced" cars that I was interested in. We drove one of them. In conversation Mr Life pointed out that due to end of year model close out incentives, a new G37 could be had for a mear thousand more than the excellent used Infinity sedan I had been looking at. What a deal! I bought it. The whole experience at Infinity of Tampa was excellent.

Several months ago purchased a new car from this dealership. Although they think they are a "high-end" dealership...the sales approach is still in the "used car" mentality- with higher than normal sales pressure- go to Lexus, Audi or Jag dealers and you will see the difference. Once the car was purchased and they received the obligatory "10" on the survey, no follow up by all of the staff who "built a relationship" with me to see if the car was still operable, or if I still liked it. Actually the service from Hyundai is superior to this place....Oh, if you are the manager, don't bother following up....it would be out of pattern for you to do so on your own- maybe you should take a list of the new car purchases each month and proactively call- after all, they just spent thousands at your establishment!

I started my search online and received a quick response from Anton. I loved that once I arrived they got the exact car that I inquired about and didn't try to sell me a car with anymore or any less options than I requested. I did NOT find the same service at other dealerships. As soon as we arrived two other dealerships only had decked out $20,000+ more expensive models than the info I received online. Of course I want the top of the line if you show it to me however it doesn't mean I can afford the car. Anton / Ted listened to what our needs were and put us in the perfect car which I appreciated more than anything. We were also given a complete tour of service and where to enter for what type of service we needed. We received a tour of all the gadgets, and buttons in the car after our brand new car was completely detailed and hand waxed. I left feeling good about the purchase. I had a question after the sale in which I received the same prompt service even though the sale was complete. The lady at the front desk was always checking on us and offering us drinks. Custom service is clearly a priority at this dealership and it shows. The sales manager was easy to work with as well as finance. We didn't run into any problems or personality conflicts along the way and I would do biz with any of them again. A+ from this lady! Thank you Infiniti!!!

I inquired on line about the G37 convertible. Angelo Panico reached out to me with lightening speed. I described what I wanted and he promptly quoted a reasonable price for the car. I was incredibly busy at work and was hang trouble slating time to come in. He gently reached out to me a couple of times without becoming intrusive or obnoxious , which is a very challenging process to manage. When I was able to schedule a time, he was incredibly accommodating and was ready and waiting when I got there. He was courteous, as was the entire staff. They all wanted to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of.Angelo was very thorough walking me through the car's features. I had a trade and he arranged for a prompt and fair appraisal for my trade and did not attempt to play with the numbers and move the value of the trade somewhere else. He was patient and thorough. The finance representative was also extremely courteous, honest and thorough. I am 51 years old and have purchased a lot of cars, including one from this dealership. With courtesy, patience and integrity, they made a process that most people dread a pleasant experience. Angelo followed up with me within one business day to schedule my tinting. I purchased the maintenance package and Angelo made sure I scheduled my first oil change before I left. I experienced excellent service with my first car purchase here. Fortunately, my experience was limited to routine maintenance as Infiniti makes an excellent car. I highly recommend this brand and this dealership with no reservations.

I have been coming to Infiniti of Tampa service department for the last four years and have had three very bad experiences with their front desk costumer service. Over a period of the last 5 months I have called to either make appointments or ask questions about the services that I have had done. Brandon who answers the phone at the front desk of the service department has REPEATEDLY hung up on me and not done anything to help make an appointment rather than say, "we're over booked" and "were full". I know that Infiniti prides themselves on their outstanding customer service but this is unacceptable. Being hung up on several times over the last couple months when I've tried to make appointments has really gotten old. The other women who works at the front desk is incredibly friendly but when I call shes rarely there. I'm sorry to rant but the rudeness that Brandon has absolutely amazes me because it hasn't been only one time but on several occasions.

First off, you have to be kidding me on a 4.8 overall rating. I hope a real person (not part of the dealership) like myself and the others who have actaully experienced this crap can impact that rating so no one else wastes their time with this place!Where to begin. We purchased a used 2008 Expedition in April of 2012 while well away from home. We never thought of putting a CD in the CD player, yet were told the noise it was making was normal. We also of course never got on the interstate at highway speeds until heading home. Once on the road, the vibration was so bad we couldn't go above 60, but had to keep going as our son was in the hospital. At the same time, we figured out the CD player wasn't making a normal noise, it was screwed up from a CD stuck in it. We immediately called back to Jamaal and explained the situation. We were told since we couldn't come back, pay to get the tires rotated when we could and send them the receipt for refund. As far as the radio, we were told it should be covered under the extended warranty we got ripped off for.Of course we got the tires rotated, paid out of pocket, sent the receipt and who'd have thunk it disappeared! So, no payment back for something that should have been handled during their wonderful one thousand point inspections that either don't exist or are pencil whipped. Next, we take the Expedition to a dealer at our home town for the radio to be looked at. They say for them to do warranty work on the radio they have to take it out, send it in, and keep our vehicle until it is returned fixed. With a family of 4 that is not possible without getting a loaner vehicle. I contacted Infiniti of Tampa to see about them getting a radio sent to the dealer near our home so it could be a day turnaround, but of course there is nothing they can do.The icing on the cake has now become our GAP insurance refund. I was told to send proof of it being paid off, a cancellation form, and we would get the refund in 4-6 weeks. The greatest part of all of this was that good ole Jamaal is now in the finance department. I sent ALL the information and more, waited 2 weeks and was told they got nothing....go figure it was the originals they had to have sent. Lucky me I made copies knowing how ignorant some people are. I emailed them directly to Jamaal and said if you can't work with these, let me talk to a supervisor. He assured me they would be sent out, and I could expect my refund in 4-6 weeks. Here we are going on 10 weeks later and I can't get anyone to answer or return my calls. Therefore, I've called the company who does the GAP insurance to find out they haven't recieved a cancellation from Infiniti of Tampa....GO FIGURE! Thankfully I talked to a supervisor there who gave me a work around. We'll see if I FINALLY get the money I'm due, and if I ever do, it will be no thanks to anyone at Infiniti of Tampa.Do yourself a favor, and stay away from these people! I've seen some other comments (the real people ones) and it cracks me up how those are the exact depictions of this place. Don't fall for all the 5 ratings they've had employees make up from fake names/people. If you do, just make sure you get EVERYTHING taken care of prior to leaving, and NEVER expect any help from them afterwards!

While waiting for my 2010 G37 to be serviced, I decided to take an early morning stroll through the lot to droll over the M Class I couldn't afford. That's when I was approached by a friendly employee named James Life. After sharing a few stories of back home we got into why I was at the dealership. James perked my interest in the possibility of getting into a new vehicle. He never pressured me into purchasing a vehicle, he just explored any interest. I appreciate that a lot actually. Buyers never want to feel pressured into buying. My situation was extremely difficult considering my trade in and how much I still owed on my 2010. Mr. Life worked with his Sales Manager to get me into the exact price range we were looking for. It was kind of a win win situation, but I know the Dealership bent over backwards for me to earn my business. I appreciated that too. I have also always done all my services with Infiniti of Tampa Bay and the staff is always very friendly and courteous. I almost feel like part of the family there. The fact that the second time I drove my brand new JX35 the drivers side windshield wiper did not work and we had to drive on a dark night in heavy rain w/o a wiper greatly impaired vision. Believe quality control at manufacture or diligence at dealer prep before delivery, especially with the four hours it took to get the brand new car ready,was nor exercised. This leaves us with concrns about what will go wrong next.Otherwise a good experience. Great atmosphere with friendly, knowledgable people outside of the service prep arena lack of due diligence and apparent attention to detail.

Had a great experience at Infiniti of Tampa last week. Dealt with Jim and ended up getting a lease through him. They worked with me and made my Infiniti experience very positive. Everyone at the dealership from my salesperson, to the service manager to the finance manager were courteous and very knowledgeable. Will recommend Jim and Infiniti of Tampa to friendsand family.

I recently had some major damage done to my engine. I insisted to my insurance that my vehicle be taken to Infiniti in Tampa for repairs based off of previous experiences at Orlando Inifinti (which had Great customer service). After a week of my vehicle being in their shop and not being able to receive a status update from anyone in the service department my insurance and I were ready to take the vehicle to another location. Finally after threatening to remove the car we received an update. Every phone call and concern I made felt like they where not important to the service rep. Phone calls where cut short. Request and concerns where down played. When I visited the dealership to inquire more information I was walked around lost for 5 mins passing numerous employees and not one asking if I needed help. When I ask to see the rep the receptionist yelled from her desk to his office then the rep and I where yelling back and forth from his office to the front desk until I requested to enter his office to continue our conversation. The whole time I felt rushed and as if I was wasting everyone's time by being there. I am very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I would not recommend this location for vehicle service

The only complaint I have is, I walked into the dealership and there were quite a few sales people standing around the front desk talking the lady behind the desk acknowledged me. I proceeded to look at the car I was interested in for about 30 minutes, opening doors sitting in both front seats, looking at the sticker, walking around the car. I looked at the group of sales people around the front desk numerous times knowing they all knew I was in the showroom. After the 30 minutes I finally walked up to the desk and ask a question got an answer, and ask for a test drive. The response was "whos up next". Honestly I was beginning to wonder if anyone wanted my business. I will be clear, this is my only complaint. After I met Anton he did a great job of explaining the features of the car and we went for a test drive. I left the dealership with a new car.I also want to be clear, I don't like sales people that will not leave you alone, but someone should have acknowledged me before I had to initiate the conversation or at least introduced themself and let me know they were availabe if I had questions.

Realizing he was in a competitive situation on a new car sale, Aaron was upfront with me about how the offer was structured and was willing to be competitive to get the deal done. This was, by far, the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. I called and spoke with Cary Burgos, we discussed vehicles, options and pricing. Within a couple of minutes Cary came back to me came back to me with a very good price. Actually, much better than my local dealer, which made the trip to Tampa well worthwhile. The car was ready and waiting when we got there, Cary and Jamaal were super efficient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have to admit that I kept on waiting for the unpleasant surprise, usually some hidden extra cost, but everything was exactly as what we had agreed on. Our only surprises were pleasant ones, hot dogs for lunch (customer appreciation day) a full tank of gas and a couple of Infiniti travel mugs.So, a big thank you to Cary, Jamaal and Sales Manager Zack for allowing me to finally have a really good car buying experience. By the way, my wife loves her new G37 Coupe!

I was concerned that I would have the same hurdles that I had when I approached other Infiniti dealers; mainly them not taking me seriously because of my age, but throughout the entire process I was treated as a valuable and serious customer. Not once feeling like a burden or an inconvenience anyone at the dealership. My first dealings with Marc Fisher was over the phone concerning a vehicle I expressed interest about on their website. Shortly a price was agreed upon but to my dismay the car was already sold. What I thought was superb service was that Marc Fisher was able to find another model at another dealership in a different part of the state, with the exact same color configuration that I had wanted plus it had a few more options that the previous car did not. Wanting to stand by his word Marc agreed to give me the second car for the originally agreed upon price even though with the second car, there was the added cost of shipping and the extra features that were not passed onto me. I'm addition, Marc offered me transportation to and from the airport so I did not have to worry while my car was being delivered. This is my first time buying a new car and the experience was expeditious and smooth, if I choose to buy another Infiniti in the future, Infiniti of Tampa is the first place that I plan to search.

All of them failed to convey any genuine interest in helping me find the right car for me. Their primary concern was to sell me a car and I felt more like a dollar sign than a person. They did it by belittling me, badgering me, and insisting they were giving me a great "deal" without supporting that claim with solid numbers.My recommendation does not come lightly. As a whole, I have found used car dealers to be dishonest, aggressive and disrespectful. In fact, John, Ron, and Dan can all tell you I was defensive and kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. I was sure they were hiding something they were going to bring out at the last minute and say "oh by the way." But that never happened.If you are in the market to buy a pre-owned car, please do contact John McVay. I promised he will treat you directly, fairly, and respectfully. I had never met any of the people at this dealership prior to this experience. So it surprises even me that I am giving them such a glowing review.

We were dealing with Joe Peters and I think we had the best car buying experience with him at Infiniti of Tampa. He was able to find a car that met all our criteria. We didnt feel pressured by him. He was so patient with us. He was fantastic. So after three hours of processing, driving test, etc., we were driving home our 2012 Infinity FX35. Recently, I purchased a 2010 G37 from Infinity of Tampa. I looked at cars from numerous dealers and the process took some time. My salesman, Robert Ahrens, was great with follow-up and patient throughout the process. He was able to find a car that met all my criteria. Unfortunately, the car had a few deep surface scratches.Robert and his manager, Ron Surette, assured me the scratches could be removed. Ron said they would make sure the car was perfect before I ever took it off the lot. The repair took three days and was worth the wait. They not only met, but exceeded my expectations!Jess, my service advisor, was fantastic. He gave me a loaner car and was always available to let me know how the repair was progressing. They even found a few spots I missed. This dealership went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied.

In October, 2011, in response to my internet inquiries about a Mercedes-Benz, Warren Sterling of Infiniti of Tampa contacted me and invited me to test drive a Mercedes which was in their inventory. After test driving a Mercedes and several other makes of cars, I ended up buying a 2009 Infiniti FX35. Over all, I was very happy with the level of service I received from the staff at Infiniti of Tampa who were all very courtious and professional but I was particularly pleased with the service I received from Warren Sterling for the following reasons: 1) Warren was very patient with me during my decision making process. I really didn't know what I wanted. He pointed out the different features of the cars I test drove so that I could make an informed decision. 2) Warren was very calming and unrushed even though I didn't make up my mind until it was closing time and he didn't have time to have the car detailed until the next day. Then he and an associate delivered my car to me at my home and spent time showing me how to program my garage door to the car's remote system. 3) In addition, Warren saw to it that I received the owner's manual and a second key which was missing from the car when I brought it. In my opinion, Warren is a great asset to the Company and I would highly recommend doing business with Infiniti of Tampa.

We were very impressed with the sales person Abe. My wife decided the day before that she wanted a Lexus of which she previously test drove. While on the way to the Lexus dealership, she saw Infiniti and stated that she would like to compare the two. It was an hour before the dealership was scheduled to open. We were received very warmly by Abe who opened the dealership early in order to accomodate us. Needless to say, my wife decided on the Infiniti and we would like to thank Abe for his courtesy and his commitment to excellent customer service. We also met the General Manager Robert who thanked us for the business and gave us a card and asked us to call him if we were in need of anything. Usually you only see the Sales Manager when you are negoitating but Sam thanked us after the deal and stood outside and talked to us for a while. Never have we received such geniuine hospitality. We shopped for a new SUV with Abe, and ended up buying within a few days of our test drive. Abe and Infiniti were great, price was competitive, and he whole experience was extremely smooth. I would even say that it was the easiest new car buying experience of my entire life -- and that's saying something (I've driven nothing but Toyota/Lexus for quite a few years). Love the Qx56 too. The front end on my G35 rattles on rough roads. I took the car to Infiniti of Tampa for this FIVE times, and they were never able to fix the problem. Instead, the service manager eventually went on a test ride with me, declared that the sounds coming from the suspension were normal road noise, and refused to do any further work on the car. This was after FOUR Infiniti service persons had already acknowledged that the noise was not normal. Nissan Consumer Affairs refused to do anything about it.Afterwards, I asked Nissan if I could just take the car to another dealership and let them try to repair the rattle. I was told no, there would be no other attempts to repair the car because the service manager at Infiniti of Tampa had stated that that the car was functioning normally and that there was nothing to repair.Also, various people in the service department at Infiniti of Tampa have flat out lied about other issues. For example, checking off items on a maintenance list that were never actually checked, saying the car needed new tires when it clearly did not, saying it needed a front end alignment when it didn't, and more. For that matter, the service manager told me at one point that to help make up for all my troubles, if I bought a set of tires he take care of the mounting and balancing for free - but I'd just gotten a mail-out coupon for free mounting and balancing from the dealership several days before.

First, this was our first attempt at purchasing a vehicle via the internet and I was not sure what to expect from the dealer or the process. Ron Murray was the sale associate who assisted my wife and I through this experience and he was absolutely wonderful in walking us through the purchasing of a very nice used vehicle for my in-laws there in Bradenton, FL. He provided all the information requested and additional pictures as we requested more information which ensured us of the current condition of the vehicle. We didn't have time to make a trip down there and my elderly in-laws had no transportation. Thank goodness we found Ron Murray. He delivered the car to them this morning and they were ectastic. I went into the Pre-Owned section of the dealership in search of a slightly used Infiniti FX35 with low miles. They only had one, which did not have the options I wanted, but they had an older FX45 with over 80K miles which they also tried to talk me into. I ended up going on a test drive in the base model they had just to see how it handled, etc. After coming back to the dealership, they once again tried to talk me into the one I had just test driven, even though it did not have any of the equipment I was lookin for and was not even the color I wanted. My salesman then offerred to see if any of the sister dealerships to Infiniti of Tampa/Courtesy autogroup may have something that they could do a dealer trade with. I was advised this is a normal process and they would be happy to do this for a customer. They found a unit at an affiliated dealer up in the Atlanta area and they advised if this was the car for me they would transport it for free as they could do a dealer trade. I told them I would need to think about it a day or two and would get back to them. The salesman gave me copies of all the paperwork and the CarFax. I left that night and thought it over. The next day I called my salesman and advised that the price on the dealers website where the vehicle was stated it was $800 cheaper than what they had quoted me. He agreed to match that price but stated they could not go lower than that as the vehicle had been acquired as a trade and the dealership had paid too much on it in trade. This didn't sound right to me so I advised him I would give it some thought and get back to him. Later that day I re-reviewed the CarFax and just as I thought, it said the vehicle had been acquired at auto auction just before it went on sale up in Atlanta. This completely didn't jive with what my salesman had advised me. A couple of days later I decided I wanted to make a deal on this vehicle and called my salesman out on his lie. He chalked it up to a misunderstanding between him and his manager as he was new. I set this aside and attempted to work out numbers with my salesman. We agreed on a figure and I advised I would be in the next day to sign the papers. The next day I called my salesman to confirm it would still be ok to come in to sign all the papers. He assured me it was fine and that they were actually getting ready to transport the vehicle to Tampa that day. I made the trip over to the dealership that evening and was there about 30 minutes after signing the buyers order and all the other paperwork they make you sign. At that point the sales manager comes in and advises me that the dealership in Atlanta just sold the vehicle before I got there. I asked why no one mentioned this to me earlier, especially when they knew I was coming in and even advised me they were in the process of transporting the car. He did not have a solid answer for me but assured me that they would find me what I wanted. At this point he even tried to talk me into another vehicle I did not want. What came as a bigger shock was his demeanor and tone. He was very combative and accusatory as if I had done something to him, when it was his dealership that had just manipulated a potential customer. After he finished his rant on finding me what I wanted at some point in time, he did offer to fill my gas tank after I complained that they had wasted hours of my day and gas to come all the way to the dealer. It came as a complete surprise to me that a manager at a well established dealership would be so rude and disrespectful to a customer. I, myself, work as a manager in a customer service oriented industry and never would I be allowed or have the gall to treat a customer this way. I would have chalked it up to a bad experience at this point, but curiousity got the better of me a week later. I still had not heard from them based on their promises of finding me exactly the car I wanted, which was of no shock to me from this entire experience. I kept seeing the car they were to have obtained from the affiliate dealership still listed for sale on their website, so I called them and confirmed this vehicle was still in stock and ready for sale. Bottom line is that they once again got caught in their plethora of lies. This entire experience came as a blessing, though, as another dealership was able to find me the exact car I wanted with the exact options and it even had less miles on it. They also negotiated the price and were one of the most stress free car buying processes I have ever experienced. The underlying purpose of my review is to warn anyone who may deal with the Pre-Owned department of Infiniti of Tampa to be weary as they will lie and deceive you to no end. The dictionary should list this dealership under the definition of shyster used car dealers as they are a perfect example of one. This website also gave this dealership 2 weeks to respond to my review before posting and as was expected, I never heard from anyone...

I had been to a few dealerships in my vehicle search, as well as calling many regarding cars listed online. When I called Infiniti of Tampa regarding a car listed, I got Aaron on the phone. Come to find out that car wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Aaron took the time to ask some questions to get an understanding of what type of car I had in mind. He promised to research for me and called back shortly after with a car that they just got in that day. All of the other dealers I called just said no, we don't have that car and were not interested in helping. Once I visted the dealership that evening to look at the vehicle, it was such a different experience. They were are very accomodating and even offered a cool beverage for the hot day. I didn't feel pressured one bit. I loved the car and decided to purchase. I was using a outside financing and they were able to communicate directly with my credit union to work out all of the details. It was almost effortless. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Tampa and Aaron.

I purchased a used 2009 Nissan Altima from Infiniti of Tampa and was excited! This was the first time I decided to purchase a car from a big dealer after my family told me I probably shouldn't if I wanted a used car. My family and I usually purchase all of our cars from smaller mom and pop kind of dealership and never had any major problems with them after during our research. I made a big mistake thinking a big dealer is the way to go because they have to treat you right, lol yeah right!TO THE COMPLIANT:First off I know I was overcharged tremendously for my 2009 Nissan (about 20k, not including interest) but that's not what I'm upset about. After taking the car home and driving for about 30 days, I notice the light on the driver side was starting to turn yellow (these are hydro blue light), so I knew something wasn't right. I took the car into the service department at Infiniti of Tampa and they told me to go down the street to their sister company Courtesy Nissan (all of these dealerships on the strip of Dale Mabry have the same owner). I went to Courtesy Nissan, there I met Heidi and she was very helpful. While looking into the computer to enter me in, to see if I'm having an electrical problem she notices a Recall on my windshield wipers so, she said they would fix that today. I was really happy she took the time to find that and fix it for me. After waiting for over an hour Heidi comes out to the waiting area and asks to speak to me. She told me they are still looking into the light, she just wanted to let me know that somehow when they were in the process of removing the wipers my front windshield was cracked and they are going to call out a professional to fix it. I wasnt upset because things happen, just fix it. Heidi put me into a loaner car. This Nissan was a 2011 and I was truly disappointed. It was never cleaned out from the previous user, the smell in the car was really bad and it also came off onto my hand from the steering wheel, the outside of the car looked like someone went and played in the grass to do donuts! I was also embarrassed by the giant painted sign they put on the back of the window advertising Courtesy Nissan.Once home I received a call from Heidi telling me the window guys will not be out there until Wed (it's Mon). SHE ALSO THEN WENT INTO WHAT REALLY DISAPPOINTED ME THE MOST... the headlight is an aftermarket light and it is not covered by my warranty! I was never told this by my car salesmen Jamaal or anyone from Infiniti of Tampa. Heidi said Courtesy Nissan do not have a problem fixing the light as long as Infiniti of Tampa agrees to pay for the cost of setting the light back to its manufacturer lights. I was thinking this should be no problem for them, because I just bought the car from them and I was never notified about the Aftermarket product. Immediately after hanging up with Heidi I drove over to Infiniti of Tampa, Jamaal was there and I told him about the situation at Courtesy Nissan. He looked more like it was entertaining hearing the story more than concern. I then told him about the headlight being Aftermarket and told him what Courtesy Nissan told me about them replacing the light. Jamaal said that, that is something they do not do at Infiniti of Tampa. WHAT! I just brought the car and no one warned me about the headlights. I asked him to let me speak to a manager regarding this and he said ok, but I dont know what will come out of it. When his sales manager walked over he was smiling really hard and then the first words that came out of this mouth was (will giggling) "So, Courtesy Nissan is over there tearing up your stuff huh!" I was already upset and that was really rude! (They are so proud of their sister company and love boasting about their strip, until something bad happens, then they dont want anything to do with them.) Jamaal said he spoke to Heidi and the light would probably cost about $25.00 to replace once they switch everything over to the manufacturer light, but that only if she can get it approved through her manager. Jamaal and his manager than said Courtesy Nissan should just replace the entire thing, that's all they could do for at least the courtesy of breaking your windshield. But, Infiniti of Tampa, we wont take ownership of anything. I was really upset. I spent about a good 35 to 40mins in there trying to plead my case, telling them they sold me the car this way, why should I have to play. I see if this was a year down the line, it's been about 30days. They would not do anything. The sales manger even raised his voiced at me!!! Shocked is the only word...I left and went back to Courtesy Nissan, told Heidi what they told me about Nissan should just take care of it, since you guys broke the windshield and she said, we didnt sell you the car Infiniti did so they should pay for it (Then the Ping-Pong begin). Heidi took me over to see my car and had a mechanic show me the aftermarket product, (this was not going to help me get the car fix), I asked her and the mechanic who I can talk to about getting this fix and they both did not want to give me an answer. I asked Heidi who she was going to talk to and she said her boss and I asked if I could speak to him and said hesitantly said yes. She took me to the waiting room, about 30 min later she took me to see her Service Manager (her boss) and he already knew the story. He said Infiniti of Tampa sold you the car, if this were Courtesy Nissan; you would not be sitting here right now, because we would have already taken care of you. But, we are not going to pay to have this fix, we will fix it, but Infiniti of Tampa will have to sign an IOU to Courtesy Nissan. I asked him if I could speak to the General Manger and they would not let me. They said I could speak with Amy Ferrera an Executive Assistant. Heidi took me back to the waiting room again and for another 30mins I had to wait (It kind of felt like they were trying to tire me out). Heidi and Amy finally showed up and Amy took me to a back office. She knew the story too and told me she called Infiniti of Tampa to try to negotiate (remember these are sister companies) and get them to do the right thing but they refuse. She also told me she went ahead to call all of the aftermarket companies to see if they service my car using my VIN number and have not found anyone yet. She then said she contacted the previous owner to see if he would know where the lights came from, but have not heard back. She said she would look into it and make sure to get back to me. I never heard from Amy again, but Heidi called me couple of days later to tell me they found a vendor who sales the lights that is in my car and it will cost me 200.00 for install and for the lights. Wow, all of that and they are still charging me!!! Heidi said the light only come in pairs and they are 99.00, but they will still need to charge me labor to put them in... SadOn day three, I took the dirty car back and they gave me my car. Heidi wanted me to look at the windshield to make sure everything looked ok. She also said they would call me when the lights came in. The following day, I hit a few bugs while driving so I needed to spray some water and use my windshield wipers... the wipers work! BUT NO WATER!!! Now no water and my headlight are still broke!This type of service is not worth it! I really feel bad about this whole ordeal and my stomach turns every time I drive by this Infiniti of Tampa and Courtesy Nissan it sucks I have to see them every day when driving to work.I've never been treated like this in my entire life. This is a big blow... I bet they made me out to be a criminal. My feeling was truly hurt and I will never do business with a Courtesy Dealership ever again! I will make sure my family, friends, co-workers and everyone knows how bad the customer service is for Courtesy. That whole strip is just a joke! You can feel that they are only thinking about numbers... sales, sales, sales, once the car if off the lot, who cares, it's not my problem should be there motto!P.S. - I FORGOT TO MENTION IT TOOK INFINITI OF TAMPA TWO MONTHS TO GET ME MY REGISTER CAR TAG... the turnaround time for something like that should be no more than two to three weeks! I initially made contact with Infiniti of Tampa via their Internet Sales Division - I wanted a new G25, but the price was a bit more then I wanted to afford. I made an appointment to test drive a 2007 pre-owned G35. Alex was knowledgable and personable. He niether was too pushy nor too passive. Actually I was kind of going between Lokey Infiniti and Tampa - trying to get the BEST possible deal. I finally gave up, believing I was destined for a Nissan. On the 2nd of Jan 2011, I sent one last offer to both Infiniti dealers - Alex came through with SHINING colors!! I didn't even hear back from the Lockey dealership until three days later. Alex delivered the vehicle, explained and demonstrated all of the accessories and provided the necesarry information in the event I had a problem.I have had to take my vehicle back due to issues that I see with some of the leather interior, however, I can say that Alex was as diligent and willing to help as he was BEFORE I made the purchase. If you're looking for a new Infiniti - go FIRST to Infiniti of Tampa and ask for Alex Schuster!!

Had the best car buying experience I've ever had at Tampa Infiniti. I dealt with Aaron Scheible when buying a 2010 FX35. I was using the ZAG program through american express. Aaron was very responsive via E-mail and pone throughout the whole process. I felt that I got a very fair price and had better customer service dealing with Aaron than I did at Infiniti of Melborne (very disappointing, high pressure sales) or Infiniti of Orlando (unable to match Tampa's price). Tampa did not have the color and options I wanted in the FX, so Aaron was able to get on from another dealer with-in 2 days. When I arrived to purchase the car the paperwork and test drive were handled very proffessionally. No gimmicks.

I took my Infiniti J30 in for servicing. It needed all new breaks and rotars, as well as a few smaller repairs. The bill was $1500 which is more than the car was worth.At that point I decided to trade the car in instead and buy a pre-owned Infiniti. Customer Service is HORRIBLE! Infiniti of Tampa has been unable to accomplish repairs on my car; they have had the car in their possession for upwards of 60 days. The consumer affairs department for Infiniti told me to leave the car at Infiniti of Tampa for their engineer to inspect, to this date that has been unfulfilled. The dealership demanded that we return a loaner car leaving me without transportation; thus causing greater hardship for my family and I. The car has been towed twice to them and has been brought in 3 times for computer issues e-vap map, battery, head lights and key not working. I have also been charged for a basic warrantee service that was not repaired. Upon bringing the vehicle back, to have inspected, the service I was charged for was discovered by Infiniti to be a non-issue. No money to this date has been refunded for their mistake. Motor Vehicle Defect Notification has been sent.

I thoroughly researched the vehicle I was interested in, knew exactly what I wanted and what price I wanted to pay. I used the internet option at Infiniti of Tampa, found the vehicle I wanted at about the price I wanted made my inquiry. Almost immediately I received a response from the dealer and subsequently, a call from Aaron Scheible and arranged to test drive the car. I had a preprocessed loan from my bank so it was simply a matter of negotiating my price and driving off. When my wife and I got there, Aaron was prompt, very customer oriented and created a very friendly, low pressure environment. We test drove the car, loved it and decided to buy. Aaron asked me about the interest rate on my loan and when I told him, said he could do better than that. We decided to use the dealer financing and drove off that day. I was very pleased with the purchase and was able to negotiate a lower price. A few days later I got a call from the business manager, Jay Friedman. He had come across another loan package and was able to retroactively apply it to my purchase, dropping my interest rate a full point. They could have said nothing and I would have been none the wiser, but they went out of their way to create a customer for life. I was planning on trading in my old Infiniti in a few months, but the folks at Infiniti of Tampa created such a great environment I am headed down to day to pick up my next Infiniti. I personally enjoy negotiating a price, but if you prefer the no haggle option, the prices seemed very reasonable. I cannot recommend Aaron Scheible and Jay Friedman enough. They did indeed create a customer for life.

The staff was friendly. My financing was a breeze-even when I was told by a used car dealership that my credit was questionable and said I would be approved but only at a rate of about 5-6 percentage points higher that what my rate was through Infiniti of Tampa. Great warranty 84mo 100,000 mile bumper to bumper for only an extra 1,000 (well worth it). Pricing was a little high but the car was a certified pre owned and has a great warranty through the manufacturer. All in all a good experience and would buy there again. Or refer a friend.

If you live in Florida and want to be treated like a VIP, look for Aaron Scheible at Infiniti of Tampa. All my dealings was via email and phonecalls. It took us less than a week of back and forth communication to get what's best for me. Working with him was as easy as going through a drive through window. Order what you want, tell him what you have, and he'll serve you with a smile. He was prompt in answering my emails and phonecalls. There was no stupid question or offer. He'll frankly answer you with the best deal he has. He helped me find the ideal car for my budget and gave me the best price for the car I wanted. I don't live in Tampa. I had to drive an hour and a half to deal with his dealership. I contacted 4 infiniti dealers within Florida and only he was the one who was answering all my questions promptly and even giving follow up calls and emails to make sure that my needs were met. Other dealers only wanted to know how much I will give them and didn't really work for my needs. Once in the dealership, he was ready with my car. I spent about an hour only dealing with the financing details and then off with Aaron I went for my new car orientation. He explained everything that needs to be explained and assured me that I can contact him again if I had any more questions. While in the dealership, all the personnel were friendly and courteous. Maria was the money person and Bret the manager stopped by to say Hi. You feel welcome and important in the dealership. Again, if you're in the market to find an Infiniti, think of Aaron and Infiniti of Tampa. They're worth the drive.

Beginning to end, working with Aaron and the dealership was flawless. Because a local dealer did not care to work with me, I contacted Infiniti of Tampa by email. Within one hour, i received a text. Next day, a phone call. I asked for a certain type of car, and Aaron found it within a day. He gave me excellent value for my trade, reduced the price on the new vehicle and gave me an accurate estimate of my cost "out the door". He kept me informed when the car came in, when it was detailed, and when it was ready. He showed me the entire car front to back and answered my questions. If you ever have the distinct pleasure of working with TLira at infiniti of Tampa you will not be disappointed; but Im sure all of the staff there are just as friendly and amazing to work with. A wonderfully happy employee that for lack of better words never drops that ball; I was given constant updates on the progress of my vehicle. I had an issue with my dashboard bubbling; Infiniti was completely aware of the problem as it is common in the southern states, set up and appointment and changed it out with no questions asked, no cost to me, and no excuses. Taking this stance as opposed to finding loop holes in warranties or pushing the blame to you; went miles in my book. Having a car that not only you can stand behind but also a dealership that stands behind it as well, is pretty much unheard of unless you are willing to spend 80K plus on a car. Now to justify my score 5s across the board as they are all well deserved please dont take my word go see for yourselves, and the only 4 goes to price. Bottom line is you will always pay more at a dealership then a chain store down the street, but hey sometimes price is worth it. Ill pay a little more everyday to leave knowing exactly what I will get and that no corners are being cut. This is now my second time taking my FX35 in for service and couldnt be happier. I will continue to service my car at Infiniti of Tampa, and next time Im in the market to purchase Ill probably be shopping there as well!!!Josh-Tampa

I was told that when we came down to Tampa Infinitithat they were waiving the $600 fee for the trade of my BMW and I was buying a 2010 QX56.I was told that by thesales manager and when we got they would take care of that.When my friend who bought my BMW got there, they didn't knowanything about the conversation about the $600. We sat thereand waited and waited, they were willing to let us leave becausethey made a mistake over $600. We were left to feel we couldn't affordthe truck that I was buying I felt the same way as some of the othercustomers. I bought the QX56 but I think I should have left andwent to Jacksonville Infiniti.They are very nice when it comesto customer service and I should have dealt with them. I willnot buy from Tampa Infiniti ever again. I have to say Jasonthe salesman was very nice but anyone else put us through hell!!!!!!What was bad we had all of the money and certified checks to buythe vehicles. Sorry service , never again.

From the moment I entered the store I was treated like I couldn't afford their vehicle. I'm a cash buyer on everything I purchase, including my $250,000 Ferrari. My daughter and I drove in, in her 1998 Toyota Camry and automatically I must not be able to afford an Infiniti. I promised to buy her a G37 convertible for college and am met with such STUPIDITY!!! DON'T PAY ANY ATTENTION TO THE HIGH RATING ON HERE, IT'S BOGUS. THEY ARE RATED AS AN "F" BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THIS IS MY STORY, I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH NOT TO BUY.What makes a Certified PreOwned Infiniti? Not much according to Infiniti of Tampa. After looking online at the 2006 FX35, Stock Number P203772, I decided to take it for a test drive. After seeing other CPO vehicles I expected to find a crisp, clean, well cared for vehicle. I had no clue that what I was about to see was a piece of junk. This was noticeable the second I saw the car. The plastic chrome grill was peeling like a scratch off lottery ticket. The bumpers looked like they had been spray painted or replaced. The car had multiple scratches and nicks some of which had been poorly touched up by an amateur with globs of paint. The rear door handle areas were scratched all over the place. Obviously this car was owned by someone with kids. This was confirmed as the warning tag on the child seat restraint was worn and tattered. Oh, but thats not the best part. The undercarriage and exhaust components were rusted. From previously living up north I determined it was most likely driven in winter snow, ice and road salt. Theres a good chance it went off road. The sales person confirmed my hunch and said the Auto Check indicated it was from New York. Obviously the owner before did not take care of it, so you have to wonder about oil changes and other required maintenance.The engine compartment was messy and also showed signs of corrosion and some other odd things with the electrical system that didnt quite seem right. At electrical ground connections, the paint had been excessively sanded off. Im no mechanic, but my car and others dont have sanding at the electrical grounds. It makes me wonder if there was a previous electrical problem with the car. All that was just on the outside. On the inside? Well, the headliner had water stains all over. Who knows if the previous owner had left it open or if that means the sunroof leaks. One of the buttons on the radio was gouged. The steering wheel controls were worn. There were multiple scuff marks on the dash and glove box. I dont think they even looked at it before putting it on the lot.Im no mechanic, but if I can find these things in 5 minutes, how did it pass a supposed 145-point CPO inspection. The CPO inspection is to include Interior Condition, Exterior Panel and Paint Condition. Whoops, must have missed a few checkmarks on the list.After I brought the car back from a test drive where the steering was rough, the brakes were soft and the car pulled to the right, I handed them the keys and told them the car should not be a CPO and the car was a joke. They assured me that if I would look at the others I would find them to be in immaculate condition. Yeah right. My response? If you let that type of car on your lot, I dont want to buy from you period. For all I know, their CPO certification could have easily been written on a cocktail napkin from one of the local gentlemens clubs right down the street.Using this as a gauge for how they inspect vehicles and certify them as CPO, I will not do business, nor recommend anyone do business with them. It was a waste of my time.Just a side note, the showroom was junk too. Pictures werent hanging on the wall, just laying on the floor, the hall to the bathroom had junk in it and the bathroom was a mess. Not at all what you would expect from a luxury car dealer. Oh wait, its just a Nissan, I forgot.Im left asking where can you find a good car at a reasonable price in a recession?

Through all my visits to the dealership, Eddie has been great about following up with me on my vehicle's repairs and maintenance. Eddie shows great customer service on each contact I have had, the dealer has provided me with loaner vehicles each time I have had a repair, which helps to keep me going to work and other places I need to go, without me having to get a rental car to inconvenience me to purchase that separately. One suggestion I have would be to waive the fuel charge if you bring the vehicle back with enough fuel, as sometimes you have to refill the vehicle on your own.

I looked for 2 months for a previously owned E series and responded to the internet and sale add at Infinity of Tampa. The car was more than expected and well presented. Ron Silver was knowledgeable, professional, honest and had a no pressure approach to closing the deal on our Mercedes. NO fast talking back on the advertised price. We agreed on a price and I was out the door with tags and key in hand in 45 minutes. The extra effort after the sale closed to acquire the second key-fob from the previous owner was a sign of customer service from years ago. Being the owner of 2 other Mercedes I know the MB policy on reissuing the electronic keys to only registered owners, this saved me another $200.00 to replace/reprogram the second key-fob. Robert in service took care of the requested post delivery service items I requested professionally and as if he was buying the car for himself.

The price was right and so was the value I received for my trade. Overall 5 rating for IOT. This is definitely a buyer's market with the economy downturn. I got a great deal through USAA membership pricing resulting in a no-hassle, set price well below invoice and a reasonable, expected trade value. Aaron in Internet Sales was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had already done extensive research and driven the Acura TL, which in my opinion has a better tech package but can't match the "G" for driving enthusiasm. My research paid off as the G37 is rated #1 among the competition, even besting the venerable BMW for top car among 33 entries in U.S. News & World Report's rating of the best mid-size luxury cars. I purchased the maintenance plan and will be sizing up that department to see if they earn equally high marks during scheduled maintenance visits.

We highly recommend Cary Burgos in the Internet Sales Department! She first contacted us when our previous FX 35 lease was about 6 months from ending. She kept in contact after we told her the terms we would need to lease any new Infiniti in the future. She even brought two different models out to our home to see and test drive. Low pressure and very friendly. As our lease was running out, we stepped up the pressure to either get us the right deal or we were going to one of our other choices. Well, we are in a beautiful 2009 FX AWD, so I guess they must have put the deal together. My experience with Infiniti of Tampa Bay was quite favorable. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in and offered an awesome price on my used VW Passat! My only regret is that I felt my salesman, Ron Silver was not always friendly, understanding or helpful. He made me feel as if my business was not valued. Ron Silver seemed to be incredibly bitter towards me, because the used car sales manager, Ron agreed to a big increase in the value of my trade. Less than 24-hours after I purchased my car from Ron Silver, I called to report a problem with my car's key fob. I asked him if the dealer would fix the key fob. He said "No. We've done enough for you."I disagreed. And Ron Silver finally acquiesed. I am pleased with the car and I think I would refer my friends to Infiniti of Tampa--but I'd suggest they avoid that surly, grumpy Ron Silver!

The service from Aaron and Brett was exceptional. Exactly what I expected from an Infiniti dealership. However, two days after taking delivery I noticed the front bumper appeared to have had paint work done on it and was misaligned. I'm was very concerned when I found out the 2009 G37 which was sold to me as brand new had in fact had $800 worth of paint touch up and alignment done to the front bumper. I know it was $800 worth of work because when I requested any/all records of work done on the car they faxed me an internal work/repair order indicating the paint work had been contracted out to a local body shop. I returned the car to the dealership two days after taking delivery and they stated the car was most likely damaged when taken off of the truck which I can imagine happens from time to time. I think it is unethical and perhaps illegal to not disclose the fact that my car was damaged and repaired prior to me purchasing it as brand new. While it might be a dealership or Infiniti policy to not disclose work done on a new car unless it is over a certain dollar amount, I completely disagree with it. I can see instances where minor touch up need not be disclosed, BUT I think that if you have to actually send the car to a body shop to have work done you are more than likely legally required to tell a potential buyer about that. In the end the dealer replaced the bumper with a new factory painted one. They also provided me a loaner car while my new car was being repaired. Again, Aaron and Brett handled the situation with extreme professionalism, but it is hard to overlook the fact that either one or both of them MIGHT have known that the car I was purchasing had work done on it. I think it would have been appropriate for the dealer to offer some type of concession (money back, maintenance plan, etc.). This is the first time I have ever purchased a car of this caliber and price and perhaps my expectations were too high, but in the end I will get frustrated anytime I recall this experience.
