Excellent experience here. I purchased exactly the vehicle I wanted which was the QX50. Beautiful SUV in every way. EXCEPT there is a huge issue with glare coming off the front drivers and or passenger windows into the side panels back out onto the side mirrors when the sun hits those windows. There is no safe way to use my side mirrors!!! I cannot believe no one else hasn’t reported this issue? Infinity is going to have to get a fix. This dealership hasn’t stepped up to help. It’s dangerous. I gave the 4 stars because the salesman and the vehicle is perfect in every way. But these mirrors need a fix and as much as these vehicles cost, I expect a fix for a safe drive. Thank you.

I bought my car from this dealer. It now has ~15000 miles. I made an appointment for free scheduled maintenance and had someone else drop off the car. They told my drop off person that I had asked for additional service and billed ~$350. After the additional service was completed they were unwilling to change the bill. Don’t trust the service department.
