My experience here was great, I spoke with Joel in sales while living in San Diego and we coordinated the deal without any issues. I flew in to Phoenix signed papers and left with my car. My overall experience this time (my 3rd lease w/ IOC), & all times reaffirms there are still places / companies focused on exceptional customer service. Infiniti On Camelback gets the true meaning of customer service / service delivery which makes them stand out, builds incredible loyalty & enhances the entire experience. Everyone I've worked with consistently demonstrate the customer comes first, are extremely genuine, have over the top follow up, but also appear to love their jobs, are happy when you go there which is so important as that is the basis of where it all begins. This industry has one of the highest ratings for employee turnover & all people I adore have worked there as long as 15 years. Rare to see & says a lot about them & the organization. Clearly I highly recommend! :)They are creative with out of the box thinking to again set them apart with only the customer in mind. One example: they have dedicated employee, Lon, who comes to your home, sits in your vehicle w/ you & goes over every single feature your vehicle has / does. With the way Technology is evolving and I'm tech savvy, I wouldn't know what to do in my car without Lon's visit yesterday. Lon is SO knowlegable, proactive, knew every single answer to all of my questions, and sometimes finished my question before I did, already knowing what I wanted to know, as I was a little overwhelmed. He knows those cars inside & out, was SO PATIENT, and isn't just that person who is "techy", but possesses all around skill set of that & phenomenal customer service. The last time Lon came to my house was a prior lease approx 4.5 yrs ago & had the best memory on certain things that I remembered but never expected him to because he goes to so many people's homes. One thing that stood out, when I was getting ready to leave the dealership, Lon appeared out of nowhere, ready w/ his calendar to schedule. I had no idea he was working, knew I got a car, & just shows the outstanding internal teamwork and flow while I as the customer have no idea the flawless communication / coordination. Lon is a true asset to the company in addition to having that dedicated role. Today I had an opportunity to meet with Lon Williams with Infiniti on Camelback. I've owned my QX60 for almost a month now and after the initial consultation at the time of purchase, I've had questions come up on how some of features work. He took the time to come to my house to review everything. He showed me how to utilize the Infiniti Connection app and the website. He showed me how the personal assistant function works, my navigation system and my theater package as well as many other features I was not utilizing. What are they going to teach me?"In the first week I have already had two visits with Lan and the first one was for 2 hours. I had no idea what the capabilities of my car were! Avoid this dealership!!! It really deserves NO stars. For my first time being at this location, they sure did know how to get someone to see what kind of careless service technicians they have because prior to my oil change, did a walk around with the appointment personnel and did not see what my car came back with after the oil change. All I'll say is twice I was told they would fix the situation by having it all buffed out. In the end the I was told different and nothing ended up being resolved.

For being a new owner of an infiniti and needed my first oil change, I thought the best place to take it to would be an infiniti dealership. What a horrible and worthless decision that was for this location. Did an initial walk around with the appointment setter for any concerns I had. Waited for about an hour and a half before my vehicle was finally brought out to me and then paid for oil change. Did my exit walk around and noticed some marks or scuff marks from who knows what, which occurred during my vehicle being away from my watch. The service rep and the service manager both advised it would be buffed out but end result was no services ended up being done by trying to put blame on me. There is no customer is right at this location or listen to their customer. They do not take responsibility or accountability for their actions.

She was very knowledgable about the Q50 line, and spent the afternoon answering every question I had about the car.Polly really streamlined the financing process, and did a great job explaining all the details of the extra services that were available, such as the clear shield bra, extended warranties, an maintenance plans.And last but not least, Lon came out to my house and did an amazing job walking me through the vast array of features that my car has to offer, answering any questions that I had after driving the car for a few weeks, and even setting up my garage door opener!Best of all, the entire team was amazing when it came to not pushing whenever I expressed disinterest in any particular feature or option. This led to an amazing experience tailored to fit what I want from the car, with nothing extra forced upon me. Great representation of the Infiniti experience! This was my second Infiniti purchase, and the experience this time was even better than the first; which itself was light years beyond any other non-Infiniti dealership I have worked with in the past.

What a fantastic experience!! Picked up my new QX50 yesterday and can't say enough about how great my experience has been. Tom my salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and got me a great deal. Tom also set up an appointment with Lon, who I shall call my personal Infiniti Concierge. Lon came out to my home this morning, programmed my home link for me, and reviewed all the different features of the Nav, Stereo, & Bluetooth. He spent over an hour with me showing all sorts of great features, and had me practice. Finally, both Tom and Lon shared their cell numbers with me and encouraged to call them at anytime with any questions. Tom my salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and got me a great deal. Tom also set up an appointment with Lon, who I shall call my personal Infiniti Concierge. Lon came out to my home this morning, programmed my home link for me, and reviewed all the different features of the Nav, Stereo, & Bluetooth. He spent over an hour with me showing all sorts of great features, and had me practice. Finally, both Tom and Lon shared their cell numbers with me and encouraged to call them at anytime with any questions. I will certainly be recommend Infiniti on Camelback to anyone who is in the market for fine automobile.

I bought a used ex35 two weeks ago. Salesman produced an extra key fob as only one was in the car. Do not understand why he did not take the time to program it to car. He told me to just take it to Infinity when you get home to Ca. $140 later the key is programmed. I contacted sales manager to complain, he said send in invoice and I will send out a check. No check yet after 10 days. Oh by the way, the car hood was repainted, the clear coat is peeling off by the time we returned home from wind shear alone. Also beware of the added clear coat of wax that adds $500 to the sales bill. They don't ask you, just tell you they added it, it's optional...For a nine year old car, give me a break. This is simply a wash on and wash off rinse wax job. I can do that at home. Stay away from this dealer, as I have also noticed serious flaws to the wood trims and steering wheel trim also. Peeling paint and cracking plastic wood trim. No more Infinity s for me, will stay with Lexus from now on.

Run from this dealership, the service manager Rick is unreasonable and refuses to take blame for a problem caused during service here, Infiniti consumer affairs is having a problem with him as well. Also when taking in for your 30k service they will attempt to sell you on a 750 service. Don't do it!! You only need a oil change.Just and update as of 04/16/2016My car has now broken down twice due to service by this dealer. They put on the wrong coolant caps and is what caused the leaks RIGHT AFTER SERVICE. Thank god there was another infiti dealership nearby when i broke down. Rick has even admitted that his dealer probably caused the issue, but will not compensate me in anyway. NEVER BUYING OR SERVICING AT THIS AUTOGROUP AGAIN.

This dealership is full of tricks and schemes. They practice bait and switch advertising and do not apologize for it. Management does not care about customer service as long as they can benefit monetarily from lies. My guess is that they enticed other reviewers with some sort of perk. This is the third car for my family from infiniti on camelback and it gets easier each time. They are clearly focused on retaining their customers by treating them with respect and keeping them happy. This was by far the easiest purchase we have ever made through any dealership. Lon Williams was patient during the test drive and choosing of the perfect fit for my husband's new vvehicle. Than after all the papers were signed he wasn't finished there. Due to an Infiniti on Camelback Service Department oversight, I recently encountered a serious, tire-related safety issue and have received no apology, resolution or even interest in preventing this issue from occurring to other clients despite great lengths on my part to inform and resolve this issue through both the Camelback dealership and Infiniti Corporate. I detail the specifics of my complaint below:I am the original owner of a 2012 Infiniti M37S which was purchased from Infiniti on Camelback. This dealership is also the sole location where all maintenance had been performed up to the point of this review. On November 1st, 2015, while driving on I-10 at approximately 70 mph, an entire band of the front left tire separated, only being held on by a bit of remaining rubber. These were the original OEM Bridgestone Potenza RE050A tires.The manager of the Costco tire department where I purchased my new tires following the encounter spoke with me concerning the original Bridgestone tires stating that the vehicle most likely has a serious alignment issue due to the pattern of wear on the tires. In fact, all four tires had significant signs of imminent belt separation, all on the inside shoulder, a significant safety concern.Because it had only been 2K miles since my last Infiniti on Camelback service, I was concerned that the wear shown should have been apparent to the technician at the time of service. During that service, no recommendation to replace the tires was provided, nor was an alignment suggested or any safety concern brought up whatsoever and the tires were each rated on the service invoice as having 4-5/32 remaining tread life.On November 10th, I called Infiniti on Camelback and requested to speak with the Service Manager. I was informed his name was Bill (no last name provided) and that he was not available but would be back the following day and would return my call. The following day I had not heard from Bill and was advised by my Service Advisor to send photos, which I did. I waited an entire week and on the 18th I placed another call to Bill. I was once again informed he was not available so I requested to speak with the General Manager, Kirk. Kirk informed me that he was going to have Bill contact me immediately. Later that afternoon I finally received a call from Bill, and I explained the situation to him. He stated he needed some time to look into this matter and would contact me by the end of the week. I never heard from him. Over a week later I called and spoke with Kirk again, informing him that Bill had yet to contact me and that I would be filing a complaint with Infiniti Corporate. Kirk once again stated that he was going to have Bill contact me immediately. I never heard from Bill or Kirk again.What was initially a solitary safety issue has now become a concern regarding the practices and values of the entire Infiniti on Camelback dealership. I proceeded to file a formal complaint against the dealership with Infiniti Corporate. After working with Infiniti Corporate, they were also unable to get Infiniti on Camelback to return my call and re-routed my business to another dealership, Coulter Infiniti. Coulter performed an alignment and found the two rear tires were significantly out of alignment.To me, this means that Infiniti on Camelback should have been fully aware of the tire issue at the last service appointment as the front left tire was the tire that failed. The alignment on the two front tires was in specification, which means a rear tire was removed from the vehicle and rotated onto the front left. A certified technician should have been able to see the accelerated inside shoulder wear (especially given that he measured tread depth) and proceeded to notify the customer of a serious safety concern. Based on the alignment results, there is no way that the accelerated inside shoulder wear would have occurred while the tire was on the front left. Furthermore, all four tires showed signs of imminent failure even an untrained eye could visibly see the belt showing through on the inside shoulder of all four tires.Put simply, Infiniti on Camelback neglected to take any responsibility for a serious safety concern. This is evident purely in their lack of contacting me after multiple attempts to reach the highest levels of the organization. I was not looking for anything free here; I never even had the opportunity to discuss the matter. All I expected was for Infiniti on Camelback to return my phone calls, possibly perform an alignment to see exactly what the issue was, request to see the actual tires, maybe offer to assist with the tire warranty process, or at the very least apologize and vow to correct the failure in their system that allowed such an oversight in the first place. They showed zero interest in this matter and in maintaining the relationship with a once-loyal customer.I still retain the tires in my possession and have not decided if I wish to pursue this matter further beyond this review.If they couldnt care less about my safety, why would they care about yours?

After discussing my broken fog light issue with Shelby at the end of September, This appointment was made and I brought our FX 35 in to have the fog light replaced. Shelby also noticed that it was time for an oil change. Well this was not what expected. Usually I go into a car dealership and even if I leave with a car I feel like I have been running a marathon or been kicked in the gut. I have to say that Mike Lammar and Lon are all about customer service. Lon came out to my home today to show me all of the features on my new QX60 and took the time to listen to my concerns. He showed me features that I probably wouldn't have ever used if he hadn't taken the time to go over everything today. I would highly recommend the dealership thanks to the level of customer service offered by these guys.

Well this was not what expected. Usually I go into a car dealership and even if I leave with a car I feel like I have been running a marathon or been kicked in the gut. This time I from start to finish it took me about 2 1/2 hr!!!!! That is a personal best for me. The team here respected my time and made this deal simple, I'm not saying I got the exact price I wanted but it was really close and I am thrilled. I will be back again :-)

And lastly, Lon Williams- who came out to my home, spent one hour with me, set up all the computer data and went over all the features to my new Infiniti. Talk about customer service!!! If you are looking for an amazing car and an equally amazing dealership....you have to go to Infiniti On Camelback!! We were met a the door by James Bakalar. James was so kind and really took the time to listen to what we were shopping for. He was very knowledgeable about the Infiniti, was very organized and efficient. James was really pleasant to talk with and he made us feel like we had known him a long time!!Michae Loyola, in finance, walked us through the paperwork process in a very organized way. He had everything ready to go so we signed papers quickly. He knew exactly what he was doing and we enjoyed visiting with him as we took care of the details. We were really impressed with the overall experience at the dealerships. After we took our new vehicle home, the dealership scheduled Lon Williams to come out to our house to go over all of the features on the car. This was really helpful and Lon was so sweet, personable and professional. We are still so pleased with our entire experience and would highly recommend this dealership!!

I've been using the Infinit on Camelback to service my G35 for the past 5 years. I've had the pleasure of having Shelby as my service specialist during this time. Shelby does a great job of giving me the information I need when my services are scheduled and lets me know what is coming up in the next few services, but never pressuring me to get anything. He will let you know if something urgent is coming up so that I can plan accordingly. My experience has been outstanding with the Infiniti team and especially Shelby.

My wife and I were shopping around for an brand new 2015 QX80. Coulter Infiniti about 8 miles away from my house offered us $8,000 incentive off the listed price but we didn't take it because we hear that Infiniti on Camelback is giving better deal. So we took a 21 miles trip down to Infiniti on Camelback to see we can get a better deal. Kurt Kasik the sale director offered us $8,900 incentive off the listed price but at the end when it come to final purchase contract; He took it off the list. First we never thought he would do that to customer since the deal was negotiated and written down on the paper. Secondly My wife and I were both tire due to long hours of waiting for finance officer prepare the final purchase contract; so we didn't check the number at the time we signed the contract. After a good shower and dinner we both sat down check the purchase contract out and found out the $8,900 incentive was not on the contract at all. My wife and I felt so betrayed and disappointed at Infiniti on Camelback why would they hired a sale director like Kurt Kasik; My wife and I could not sleep that night. My wife and I both took the next day of work went down and talk to Kurt Kasik about the incentive that he offered. Kurt Kasik totally denied that he never offer us that kind of incentive at all. But when we asked him to check the sale folder which included all the price negotiate copies; Kurt refused to let us see it. Kurt basically used the incentive to trick us bought the vehicle and didn't honor it at the end. A week later I took the car back in for details clean as Kurt asked us to do because they didn't have enough time to clean it up on the day we purchased the vehicle. I brought the vehicle in at 11:30AM and picked the at 5:15PM after got inform by the service department that the vehicle was detailed ready for pick up. At the time I opened the door the vehicle was filled with dusty smell; The inside still dirty with old dirty marks on chair, steeringwheel, door handle, and new black grease mark on the AC right hand side port. Well at this time I'm completely don't believe in Kurt Kasik any more; He is clearly a liar and a bad man who treated his customers like trash. I did discuss the issue with Lon Williams when he came to my house to show me how to use the Infiniti connections. He said he will investigate and see what he can do to help to solve the issue and turn the horrible experiences that we have been through around but so far I have not hear from him at all; it has been almost 2 weeks. Can he help us? It is a big question mark in my mind.If you can stay away from this dealership then stay away. Deal with other dealerships in town ensure you get a copy of every single negotiate paper on the price and carefully read the final purchase contract line by line. So you don't have to go through the horrible experiences that my wife and I have been through. Now we ended with this QX80 without any deal at all; 21 miles trip for nothing..

Been on Yelp for 3+ yrs and this is my 1st post. I need to start posting my good experiences. I have stayed away from writing bad reviews because I don't like hurting a business but this car dealership deserves it completely. Horrible dealership! BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!! Called about an Infinity they were advertising and asked if it was available and for the price listed. They said yes. Get there and meet with Ryan. He was very professional and nice. That was the extent of any good business. Test drove the car and 1st.......... Check engine light is on. 2, the car had no gas. 3, the sunroof did not work and was open. 4, the side mirrors did not work. COME ON! How do you show a car that you advertise with all of these problems and not fix the Infinity at YOUR OWN Infinity dealership beforehand? I liked the car but said I would need the issues of the check engine, broken motor of the sunroof, and side mirrors to be fixed. They said no problem but when the paperwork came out for final numbers, they added $2900 to the car's price and said that was the new price for fixing the car. I was also approved with their preferred lender beforehand and given a rate before I walked in the dealership's door. They come back and said that the interest rate is .5% higher. WHAT, an hour and a half to find all of this! They said, that is the rate and the car is as is for the original price but for $2900, they could fix it. If I wanted as is, I would have bought off a private owner. I came to an Infinity Dealership to buy an inspected and fixed Infinity. What was I thinking? Infinity on Camelback, you wasted both of our time's. Got home and went on the internet. Found an Infinity at VW of Scottsdale. Called and asked if the car was available and for the price listed. Yes. Also, asked if the car had any issues. Jon, (my salesman) said that they inspect all the cars and fixed ALL issues BEFORE they list the car to sell. WHAT?!!!! Met with Jon. Again, Jon is an awesome salesman. Test drove the car. Jon showed me the entire car inspection. Bought the car $1400 cheaper than Infinity on Camelback and it was 3yrs newer AND WITH NOOOOOOOOOOO ISSUES AND GOT THE INTEREST RATE!!!! Infinity on Camelback, check with VW of Scottsdale on how to sell your Infinitys. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a used 2014 Infiniti Q50 in May 2015, and my total experience was very pleasant. My sales person was Michael Murphy, who was very professional and helpful. My finance manager was Michael Loyola who took his time explaining to me the process and the warranty plan. After having the car for one evening I noticed a scratch on the hood and called Mr. Murphy. He told me not to worry and set me up an appt with the service department and my service consultant Shelby. Shelby was there to greet me and even had a loaner car waiting for me. He took care of all my concerns. Finally I was also scheduled with the Client loyalty manager Lon Williams. Lon was scheduled to teach me how to use my new car and all its fabulous features: navigation, backup camera, SXM, audio and much more. It was an hour visit and well worth ever minute. I learned so much. So thank you to everyone at Infiniti on Camelback , this place really knows how to treat their clients.. My husband and I were in the market for a 2015 Tahoe. While out of town we looked at this dealerships website and noticed they had one. We called and spoke with Shannon, the sales manager. A price was negotiated and we put a $500 deposit down to hold the Tahoe for a few days until we were back in town. We agreed to drive down from Northern Az today with payment in hand to pick it up. On our drive down, Shannon called to tell us they had sold it!! She apologized and said her manager sold it on Sunday and she was terribly sorry. My husband asked to speak to the manager and the coward would not get on the phone. Needless to say we will NEVER buy anything from this dealership. Also, they have not credited out deposit back!

My experience was good. I called Shelby and I was actually able to get an appointment the same day. The customer lounge was comfortable and everything went smoothly. If I did complain about something it'd have to be about the fuel injection hose that's been recalled but hasn't been taken care of because of rust on the car. But if there was no recall the rust would be an issue I'd need to pay for. Other than that my visit for an oil change went very well.

He was EXTREMELY thorough in setting up our infiniti portal on our computer and explaining how to utilize it to meet our specific needs. We asked a lot of questions...of all kinds...and Lon very graciously took the time to answer every question. He has a pride in Infiniti that is infectious. We then spent time reviewing the features in the vehicle and it was extremely beneficial and helped us get comfortable with our new car. After a 5 year hiatus from my last Infiniti, I decided to give his brand one more try. My initially goal as I entered the dealership was just look at the new Q50 and compare it to the other brands I had already seen. Immediately I was kindly greeted by James Bakalar. I was blunt on what I was there for. I was thinking, "here we go....attack of a the car salesman!" Well that never happen! He was professional and detailed on his approach and presentation. He asked me " what do you look for in a car?" I replied ... a "mobile office and power!". After testing driving the Q50S and tinkering with its gadgetry, I was sold! In general, the whole Infiniti team made this experience well worth it! A special thanks to Lon Williams. Two days after my purchase I was still overwhelmed with the new technology. Doorstep service was provided as Lon Williams came to my house over the weekend to give me a educational tutorial. After two hours, I felt more in tune with my vehicle. One more thing.....he offered to give me a gas card for using my gas! Thumbs up!!

Recently having bought a new vehicle from the Phoenix dealership we were offered an appointment with the dealerships technology guru. I was at first skeptical of how useful the technical support tutorial would be, but after spending a short amount of time with Lon Williams, it became very clear that this tutorial was immensely helpful. Lon was clear, concise, and very knowledgeable about the technology associated with Infinitis vehicles. He provided explanations as well as required us to demonstrate functions which proved to be very useful in retention of loads of information. Lon was also able to help us with a technical issue in one of our other vehicles (not Infiniti).The overall experience at the dealership was great. I've taken the car in once to get some customization completed and was out of there in 45 min. The dealship is clean with friendly and helpful staff.

I very much dislike the car buying experience. This was certainly as comfortable as a car buying experience can be. Excellent service while trying to decide if my choice was right for me. I must have spent over an hour test driving in 2 separate visits. Excellent after sale service. My Customer Loyalty Manager made a house call (what!?) to help explain all the car's features in detail. I've had 2 Sales Reps contact me to make sure I'm happy with my purchase and to ask if I need anything. The only thing they could have done differently was to get me the car at invoice!... but then, in fairness, they are entitled to make some money on their product. ;)

The previous reviews are way off base. This dealer was extremely aggressive, chaotic, and ultimately rude. I was attacked by five salesman in the first five minutes from both sides, Infinity and Nissan. The last one was basically bullying me into buying a car and when I reached for my drivers license to leave the lot, he jerked his arm back. "WOW" is right.

Let me start by saying that I have been fortunate to drive/own many prestige brands but Infiniti in general and the Camelback dealership in particular has truly been outstanding.I started with an email blast to area dealerships stating what I was looking for and then completed the deal with just a few more emails; even including turning in my existing car as a trade in- all over the phone or email. Got an excellent deal working with that no one else could match as well.The post sale education of all the audio/phone/GPS etc features is awesome- Lon does a fantastic job with this and even came out to our house- we live 100 miles away!

When we went in, we were helped by Mark who was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us showing us and explaining all details and features of the new G37 we were interested in. We test drove 2 cars and picked one. We settled on a very decent price (after trade) and everyone was pretty easy to deal with from the manager to finance department. No aggressive pushy tones. The car was detailed and ready for us to go. Was a long evening but cannot be happier. Mark personally came over to my office to get my car setup with some of the features (Bluetooth, memory seats) next day. And setup an appointment with Shelby for some cleanup/checkup work on the car. Shelby was also very professional and took care of all concerns. Everything was delivered as promised. Lon Williams came over to my house next week and explained all the features for the car and help setup voice recognition. Extremely friendly, professional and helpful. He was great about trying to get us what we wanted in the last minute of the last day of the year! He has been extremely helpful since then as well and has followed up with is several times to see how we are doing and if there's anything we need. The salesman Mark Metzar was great, friendly and helpful. Would deal with him again. The dealership on the other hand although we finally came to a reasonable compromise on price, used a baiting technique to get me up into their showroom. They posted an Internet price and tried to charge me extra for the custom work on vehicle when I was up in their dealership. the explanation was that the same rules do not apply to prices quoted for INTERNET offers as would be binding had the price been offered through conventional add placement. Deceptive practice, and took a back and forth to get to a reasonable solution, and final purchase of vehicle. I like the vehicle sold to me, but would not buy another from them based on this particular policy. When a dealer puts a vehicle for sale whether in a newspaper, or on the internet, and pictures and description the price as advertised should be the maximum set in stone, and negotiations begin from there

This is my second vehicle purchased from Infiniti on Camelback, first time a new vehicle. I purchased a new 2014 Q50 to replace my G35, and from the salesman, to finance, I was treated with respect, and felt comfortable with the entire process. I've been going to the dealership for 3 years now already for service, but I was re-introduced to the crew there. Also within a few days, Lon reached out to me, and after a quick diagnosis, was able to identify that there was some settings not enabled from the factory. He came out the next day, picked up my car, drove it to the dealer, returned it cleaned and with a full tank of gas. Great service!

At my last visit to the dealership I mentioned that my vehicle phone book was not working correctly. Twice before the dealership set my phone book up from my cell phone but both times the listings disappeared before I got home. This time Shelby set me up with an appointment with Lon Williams who is a customer loyalty manager at the dealership. Like Shelby said Lon called and set up an appointment at my home. He arrived on time and was very professional. He proceeded to do the phone listing transfers correctly and explained the details to me so I would be able to do it myself in the future. He also gave me a tutorial on how to get the most use out of my car phone many other tips on the capabilities of the instrument panel in the car. Lon went out of his way to program my song listings in my radio and helped with several other features of my car. Sensing that there were other things I could use he set up an additional appointment for the future to help even more. I wis he was available when I first bought the car because I would have had much more delight in using my vehicle. I thank Shelby for referring Lon to me and especially Lon for his going the extra yard to help.

I had already located the vehicle that fit my needs before contacting Infiniti on Camelback. It was among their online inventory of "pre-owned" vehicles for sale. I called to ask some questions about the vehicle, and spoke with the Salesperson, Thomas Torres. He checked the vehicle and emailed me some answers to my questions, as we had discussed. The next afternoon, I found time to visit the dealership, see the vehicle, and go for a test drive. Thomas was even more genuine & personable face-to-face. He was extremely patient with my sister and I throughout the test drive and well beyond! We asked a TON of tough questions, and he politely and consistently obtained the answers for us. It was really GREAT working with him!I arranged to bring my trade-in vehicle the next day, and pick up the new purchase at that time. The gentleman who assisted me with changing my license plate was VERY kind to go through a few details on guages and buttons in the vehicle. I am now still getting used to driving my Nissan Juke. My only disappointments in the entire process were no fault of anyone at the dealership, but the vehicle is a 2012 model, and I only received ONE car key!! This key has the buttons with the keyless entry feature. There should have been TWO of these keys with the vehicle!! I am not at all happy about that, because I wanted to keep one key with a fresh battery while using the other, so I don't run into a problem when the first battery goes out! My other disappointment, is that the initial owner of the vehicle must have been a smoker. I detect the lingering smoke smell EVERY time I'm in the Juke, and that is extremely annoying!! I have already tried tons of extra-strength Febreeze, plus driving on the freeway with the windows down; but so far, the smoke odor is still there. :(

I got great service from John and his team in sales, we organized a great deal and am super satisfied! Recently Lon extended the great customer service by coming out to show me some advanced features of the new Gride and wow was I impressed with the changes to the nav and voice commands. There are two people you rarely trust: car salesman and attorneys. But I will say this, Lon Williams and Tom Daniels are two people that I can honestly recommend to anyone in the market for an Infiniti. I purchased a vehicle from Infiniti on Camelback earlier in the year. After the purchase, you get all the calls and think it is just them trying to earn a review or what not. But truthfully, this isn't the case. Tom still calls and emails and Lon is an absolute savior. He comes to your house after buying the car and shows you anything you need or want to know. You can call him any time and he will answer your questions and if you have any issue at all, just call him and it will be solved. There is a fine line between building rapport for a sale and building ever lasting customer loyalty. Because of Lon, the latter is the case.

After searching for an SUV for over a month and dealing with 10-20 dealerships I can say that these guys are head and shoulders above the rest. Danny was a great sales person. Trust me when I say, I interacted with quite a few dealerships in researching which car to get this time around and Infiniti on Camelback earned every one of the fives on this rating. As a young, single woman, I was weary of having to buy a car on my own (despite the fact that I had, in fact, done so before). The common viewpoint is that car buying is an exhausting event to be dreaded, and a battle/power struggle that must be prepared for (all the more so when many dealerships see your demographic as an "easy target"). This couldn't be further from the truth at Infiniti on Camelback. Every single interaction I had with them was positive. The sales staff were helpful and knowledgable, but never pushy or combative. There were no games when it came time to negotiate. I sat down with Rich (sales manager), had a civil and honest conversation about the offer, and we came to an agreement that I felt good about. He patiently explained leasing to me, addressed concerns I had about anything and everything, and overall gave me a hassle free, transparent, negotiation. I couldn't have been happier with this process.I then went to finance to sign my paperwork. This is oftentimes battleground #2 as you get fast-talked into a number of unnecessary extras. Again, this was not the case with this dealership. Mason was extremely patient, asking at each step if I had any questions at all. He genuinely wanted to ensure I knew exactly what I was signing at each step in the process and was happy to explain things in clear, concise layman's terms as needed. As for the extras, he went through them with me thoroughly, explaining each and was never pushy when I questioned or declined options. And if you are looking for a reason to choose Infiniti on Camelback over any other valley Infiniti dealer, look no further than Lon Williams. Lon's sole job is to ensure that you have a great customer experience and no other dealership has a "Lon." He literally comes out to your house a week or so after you get the car, and goes over any and every feature you could possibly want to know about. He will convince you (as if you needed any convincing) that this is an amazing car, and that owning an Infiniti will be an amazing experience. And then he programs his phone number in, and says if there is anything you need... just call him. I'm happy to do business with them again, and happy to refer friends and family to do the same.

I used the Costco program and got a very good deal, especially after getting credit for factory/dealer incentives. The sales folks were very friendly and worked hard to find the car we wanted (they had it shipped in from out of state), and to instruct us on the cars features, particulary how the high tech features work. A dealer representative even came to our house a couple of weeks after we purtchased our car to give us a review and further instructions. We were treated like a valued customer. The only negative issue I had was when the finance person put a bit of a hard sell on us to purchase an extended warranty and service agreement. I would have liked to have had some advance notice and an opportunity to consider the pros and cons of the various warranty/maintenance options before we were signing final paper work.Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and I have recommended Infiniti on Camelback to friends and fellow workers.

First of all I am from Michigan, my wife and I were in Phoenix visiting her family on vacation. My mother in law needed to replace her current car. We did some advance searching and decided on a Toyota Camry. Of course there are lots of options for this particular car in Phoenix. We narrowed our top two selections to Infiniti on Camelback and a Toyota Dealership. I contacted Infiniti on Camelback and connected with Lon customer service rep, then he transferred me to Brent in sales. However Brent was with a client at the time so I connected with his manager Richard instead. I explained my objective of a simple, easy, no hassle purchase, and it was for my mother in law.Unfortunately we started at the Toyota Dealership because it was closer and they said they would make it a simple process. To say the least we were very disappointed with the Toyota Dealership and left quickly.I then contacted Infiniti on Camelback to let them know we were on our way there.When we arrived we were very pleased right away. Brent had pulled the Camry up front for us and greeted us promptly and professionally. While we checked out the Camry he brought us the CarFax to review. Then on to the test drive, we were immediately pleased with the quality of the car overall. We discussed our concerns with the foggy headlights, Brent said he would take care of them for us, that was the only issue we could find with the car. He put together a great deal for us and had the car detailed while we waited and signed the papers. We were able to trade in my mother in laws old car, finance the Camry at same rate as her Credit Union, and drive it home that night. Brent even stayed late so we could take it home. The next day we realized that the rear window tint was blurry, which we did not see it the night before. I contacted Brent and he set up an appointment with my mother in law and replaced the tint. This was greatly appreciated because In the car sales industry great after sales is hard to find.I would highly recommend them whether you are looking at Infiniti or another cars they may have. I wish I lived closer so I could send them a referral every chance I get. This is my second purchase at Infiniti on Camelback. At first I thought this dealership was competent and professional. They had friendly smiles and seemed to be customer service friendly, that is until you have a problem.I leased a 2013 G37 in January of 2013. A few days later I got a call from Infiniti of Camelback requesting that I stop by to re-sign my contract. Apparently there was an error on the contract. I came down signed a new contract and thought everything was good to go.A couple of weeks later, I started to get collections calls from Infiniti Finance indicating that I was late on a payment. I have made several calls to Infiniti on Camelback and Infiniti Financial to resolve this issue and yet nothing has been resolved.I will never buy a car from Infiniti on Camelback. They were honest, fair, friendly, and really listened to my needs.My concerns were price and having the piece of mind regarding a warranty. They not only gave me the best trade-in value for my car (by far), they threw in a 6 year warranty to make up for difference in MY out the door price. I had every intention to test drive other cars the following day, but with the price being so close and warranty include...they made it too tempting to pass up. This was my third (and best) Infiniti purchase. It was my first visit to Camelback Infiniti. I went out to purchase thinking I would start with Infiniti and go on to Audi, VW, and Honda. We started and finished at Camelback Infiniti. It was a lengthy, but fine process. Very professional operation with Sales and Finance. Shortly after the purchase, Lon came to my home to tutor me on the use of my nav, bluetooth, etc, system. I was a bit overwhelmed as this was something new for me. Lon was great in that he was very patient and has great knowledge of all these systems. Lon returned for a second visit a few weeks later only reinforcing what I was learning and complementing this visit with some fine tuning. I cannot express how valuable this added service was to me. You get all the manuals, but to have someone actually go thru all the steps to ensure that you are learning all the capabilities is great. Infiniti has a great thing going with this. I certainly will tell others about my positive experience. So, in the long run it should pay off for them as well. Thanks Lon!

Since this is only the third time I've purchased a car in my lifetime, I'm really not an expert on price. I'm sadly one of those clueless shoppers who wishes you could walk into a (carfax, I guess) store, pick what you want, pay for it, and drive away. The bottom line is when ever I have to haggle any type of deal, I always feel taken advantage of. I think that goes for any dealership I would have chosen. That is precisely why when I saw this car, I simply went to this dealership to buy it. Regardless of getting a better price for the car or my trade-in, I enjoy people and like to help them make a living so I feel good about James and Mason making an extra buck. I may not know price but I do know customer service. They were quite perfect really. Aside from the fact that the girl at the front desk was dressed for her couch, I will recommend Infinity on Camelback as much as possible.

I went to this dealer to buy. I had the down payment and was going to buy on the spot. They had a Volvo XC90 I was specifically shopping for. It wasn't the highest end model, with all the options, but was serviceable for our family needs.Walked in with my family about 5:00, test drove the XC90, and wasn't sold on the car completely. The salesman asked us to come in, said they could work on the price, and convinced me to write a number down and sign it saying, if they could get to that number I would commit to buying. I told him right there, I was giving him one shot, and if they didn't make it work I was walking. Fine. I gave them my offer, which was a fair offer considering it wasn't the car we wanted. The salesman said to let him do his job and work on the price. As it was getting late and the kids were getting hungry, which they mentioned over and over again, the salesman mentioned there was a Jimmy Johns close and they would deliver. Like I'm was going to wait for food to be delivered so you can make a sale!So the "offer" comes back and immediately he starts playing the payments game, saying it's only $57/month higher than I want to be at. From the beginning, I told him it wasn't about the payment, but the price. So I asked what is the price, what was the counter offer? They didn't move on the price! No counter whatsoever. So I turned to the wife and kids and said, let's go! The salesman then has the audacity to ask, "Is it the $57/month over what you wanted?" No, I responded, it's the $4000 difference in price. Do yourself a favor, don't go here. Save the aggravation!

When I first bought the car, I was somewhat excited and thought that the salesperson went above and beyond. Little did I know that all this person wanted was to make sure I couldn't change my mind. I had some straight questions that I wanted answered, but instead of just saying yes or no, I got the run around and was told that my texts were too time consuming for him to deal with. I didn't know that they hired such fagile sales people that don't have the time the text a customer. Notwithstanding, if you can't trust a sales person to be honest about some things, how can you trust them at all?

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had! I made my initial inquiry via internet and within an hour Sam called to discuss our needs. We made our first visit and met Sam and Steve who immediately made us feel comfortable. All our questions were answered and we were shown as many cars as we asked to see and drove several for comparison. When we entered the showroom, we were greeted immediately by a personable salesman. After chatting briefly, we expressed interest in the Infinity EX 35 and Danny quickly got us into the vehicle for a test drive. He was knowledgeable and provided us with indepth information about the vehicle. Following the test drive, we also met with Cassady who put some numbers together for us on the price of the vehicle and value of our trade. Since this was early in our selection process, we were not yet ready to buy and appreciated not being pressured to make a decision immediately. We continued looking at other vehicles and came back a week later to take another look at the EX 35. We decided that we wanted the EX, but they didn't have the specific color and features we were looking for, but they said they would get it for us. Within a few days they had the vehicle. We went in and negotiated a fair price on the new car and the trade. The paperwork was quick and we drove away in our brand new EX 35. It was a pleasure to do business with this dealership. They truly seemed to welcome us as a customer and have provided outstanding customer service to make sure we understand all the features of the vehicle to be able to take full advantage of all the new technology -- a personal tutorial by Lon. How great is that!

Had service completed on my G35 for what I thought was damaged radiator - fluid coming out of the front of my car and appearance of steam upon driving home. The dealer assumed the same without doing diagnostics and installed a new thermostat to fix the issue. Upon test driving, the tech noticed that my car was not producing cold air - the real issue was a damaged condenser which ended up costing $800 for repair. After I left the dealership, someone in the shop had left a photo of a jester on my media player that I keep in my car - not exactly a good impression/feeling after dealing with all of this...definitely lost my trust as a customer.Besides this, I had issues with what was being placed in my service records, including statements that my car had overheated (which it had not), and the apparent inability to modify these records to a certain extent - the customer should be able to see these entries before they are a permanent addition to the service record. Later on during the same visit, most of these statements were corrected.I used to have my G serviced here on a regular basis, but now I have a hard time trusting the service department (specifically the technicians). Communication needs to improve between the techs, service consultants, and the customer.

I had a very pleasant experience at Infinity on Camelback. The sales side with Darin was professionally conducted, and lent to ultimately getting the car I wanted. As it was my first car buying experience, I probably made it too easy for them, but they were relatively straight forward throughout the decision and sales process. The only time the used car lot side became apparent was during the final stage of securing financing when another employee wants get you to purchase extra warranty. This phase was not as pleasant, as it is conducted after it seems the sale agreement has been completed and that all that remains is to complete the paperwork. This clever ploy is excellent car sales, but the process is attached to an event seemingly separated from sales. This is not the case, and the context seemed to be intentionally muddled in hindsight. I don't fault them for this, caveat emptor; this approach is to be expected. The customer service and attention after the completion of the sale from Darin was exceptional, and he demonstrated follow through that can only leave me recommending the dealership. For my first time buying a car on my own, this was a good experience, and I would purchase again from this site.

I came in to look at a used 370 z. I didn't know if I would qualify due to a recent forclosure earlier in the year. I was denied a loan by desert schools and was scheptial of being qualified. Great customer service. I was looking for a used vehicle and made an appointment to view a couple preowned Infiniti's. Steve greeted me right away and had the vehicles pulled upfront. I was amazed at how simple and easy the purchase experience was. I was in and out in less than two hours. Everyone was straightforward, honest, and showed a genuine interest in making me happy. My experience at Camelback Infiniti was very positive. I was given accurate quotes with little negotiating to get what I was looking for. Darren Dice was my salesperson and given that we had never met and the entire deal was handled over the phone with exception to signing paperwork I'd say I was given the benefit of the doubt with no buyer commitment obstacles. We reached an agreement quickly and I was happy with the outcome. I own a business so I have little time to spare shopping. This was taken into consideration and appreciated. Where do I start? My experience with Infiniti on Camelback has been so horrible that I feel that it's my duty to help anyone else who might be considering doing business with this dealership. I have had so many issues with the used E35 that I purchased 3 months ago starting with:Purchase price/Rate:I was severely overcharged for this vehicle, not only that, but the rate that Dwayne secured for me was extremely high given my 700+ credit rating (I'm learning this now that I'm trying to sell my vehicle). Dwayne also falsely advertised the benefits of an extended warranty to get me to make the purchase, when I did I found that it did not cover what he told me it did. Anyways, he's no longer with the company.. however I believe these types of practices come from top management which brings me to my next issuePoor Customer ServiceIn the two months that I initially owned my car I was in the dealership on several occasions for fixes.. so beware of their certified vehicles because the cars can and will have several issues (this is not like Toyota/BMW/Honda certified). This is when I found out that the warrenty that I purchased was worthless, and that Bill did not want to honor repair promises made to me by my sales person. Bill clearly is about the bottom line only. I called my original salesperson while in the office to resolve the repair situation and not only was he overly abrasive to me for wanting to call the salesperson, but he intimidated the sales person into denying the service that he originally promised to provide and create a really uncomfortable situation for everyone involved. In any case, my sales person was no longer working at the dealership a week later.Another issue while my car was in for one of the many repairs it was damaged. I talked to the service manager about the issue and she told me to bring the car back and she would have it repaired. Two days after I brought the car in I called to get the status of the repair and was told that the damage was my fault and that they would not repair my vehicle. So it seems like backing out of original promises is a trend if you have issues with your vehicleNot only that -- they are pretty cheap. The facility is newly upgraded and luxurious, but if you get a car to use when they have a repair make sure you put gas in the car before you drive more then 2 mi--since they leave the gas levels close to empty, and I have found that these cars usually are in need of repair as well.Take the positive reviews on this site with a grain of salt. This is not a dealership that you want to do business with. My guidance - go to Scottsdale and get something other than an Infiniti.

Would not recommend, does not return calls when things are not as they should be and are liars to be blunt.Very disappointed with customer service and how cold they are. I just traded in my Lexus for a pre-owned G35 sedan and I worked with probably almost everyone in the dealership, but mostly with Johnnie and Cassidy. Let me tell you, those guys are GREAT! Trust me, I went to EVERY Infiniti dealership in the valley from East Mesa to Peoria over the course of about 3 weeks and I negotiated deals with ALL of them. Infiniti on Camelback had the best deal on the car, as well as top dollar on my trade. I was very impressed with them, and shocked at their prices on pre-owned cars. The prices were actually comparable to private party sales, which is generally unheard of. In fact, I had a pending deal on the sale of my Lexus through a private party that I actually had to TURN DOWN because Infiniti on Camelback gave me a better offer. Now historically, when has anyone been able to say that? Ever? Certainly not in my past experiences. Most of the other dealerships I visited wanted to lowball me on my trade. Johnnie and Cassidy recognized my needs, worked with me on a fair deal, and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. My girl and I could not be happier.The car I got was 1 owner, low miles, great condition, and a price that could not be beat. While I was in the final stages of negotiating with dealerships, I told another Infiniti dealer what Camelback was offering me. You want to know what he said? "Well, they are giving you the deal of the century and I would walk out of my dealership and go over there before they change their mind." Verbatim. I originally was interested in an Audi 6 but the sales experience with an Audi dealer in Scottsdale was incredibly disappointing. A limited model selection - all black - and bad service and poor financing options.A visit on a whim to Infiniti on Camelback just to look an Infiniti turned into a great sales experience. 2 hours later I drove away in a new M37. Great selection and service!! An excellent 2.9% finance rate to top it off.

I have owned 5 Infinity. I will go an extra mile and pay whatever it takes for the personal service. I deserve it. I am always met at my car with a welcome greeting. Everyone goes out of their way to make my experience pleasant and personal. I have been at other dealerships and service areas but have never been treated as well as at Infinity.

We had one of our best car buying experiences ever when we stopped into Infiniti on Camelback. While we were already sold on the brand, we were unsure which model in the line up would work best for us. Casey had an amazing amount of patience while I went back and forth on new/used, sale/lease or which color. He was not trying to just sell me a car but to sell me a car I would be excited about. I really enjoyed working with Casey Bruce. He was very patient while I selected my car and never pressured me to make a decision I was uncomfortable with. He really made me feel like I was in control of the situation and his relaxed attitude was the biggest reason I bought a car from this dealer. One word, "outstanding!" In my lifetime, I have never encountered such a pleasant car buying experience. My salesman, Casey, was not only knowledgable, he was also honest and courteous. This guy actually cares about customer service. From the moment I arrived, the Infiniti On Camelback staff blew me away. Even the negotiation process, which is normally a headache, was pleasant. I felt that they were very straight forward. Rather than using the typical pressure sale that I've gotten from other dealers, Richard and Casey provided helpful information about the benefits of buying this car. The finance manager, Duane, was also extremely helpful. He explained all of the services he was selling in detail. When I stopped at Infiniti On Camelback, it was my 3rd dealership that day, at that point I was frustrated, hot, and had not intended to make a purchase. I strongly recommend making this place your first and last stop. Bill Brixy should be proud to have people like Casey and Richard working for him. I will never shop anywhere else.

Want the proverbial used car sales experience, then Infiniti on Camelback is the car dealership for you. Instead of high-end service commensurate with high-end luxury brands like Lexus, what you get is amateur hour and a lot of follow-up effort on your part to make them do their job.Meet Dwayne Macek, the Finance Mgr, who sat in the sale mgr office for over an hour BSng and then had the audacity to present us with incomplete documents and blank forms to sign, adding an hour to the process to get him to do his job correctly. After the sale, we waited 3 weeks for the license plates. After several calls, I had to insist if not beg Dwayne to follow up with their registration dept. Turns out, they 'forgot' to have the emissions test done on the vehicle which was holding up registration. As compensation, Dwayne was going to send us a gas card for the inconvenience. Did we ever receive the card? No. After talking with Rich Sieck, the sale manager, who assured us that we would be compensated for their mistakes and delay, as well as his commitment to follow up on the Owners Manual we were told had been ordered, we never heard from the sales manager again. Want service after the sale ? Want an organization to do their job and follow through on their commitments ? Buy Lexus. Theres a reason why Lexus is #1 and its not just great cars. Learn from my mistake and buy elsewhere. Otherwise, Caveat Emptor.

When I went into the Dealership I planned on purchasing a particular new automobile. Casey Bruce met me and immediately assisted in my viewing and driving the car I thought I wanted...and by asking the right questions and with his expertise helped me realize that a different car would be more appropriate and helped through the entire purchase process in making the sale go smoothly. After the purchase I went in to ask for assistance in connecting Bluetooth, and both Brent and Steve assisted me in Casey's absence. Casey even came to my house to assist in connecting the garage door opener in the car to my garage door, and offered to come back if there were any problems. Casey was terrific, and a good representation of the staff at Infiniti on Camelback.

Having never before purchased an Infiniti I had no experience with this dealership. Because the G37 model was recommended to me by a reliable source I sought more information and details about the car. I also shopped other car companies and found them to be the typical stereotype of untrustworthy individuals and organizations on an equal level with our congressmen. This was not the case at Infiniti on Camelback. From the onset they met me in the parking lot and then guided me through the information and buying process without pressure. Brent was helpful in pointing out the plus and minus details for each model as it applied to my personal needs. Then the paper work went fairly smoothly with a few hitches but ultimately successful. Finally, Brent helped me personalize my new car and even delivered it to my home and went into the garage to help hook up the car garage door opener. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The experience of buying a new vehicle could not have been more enjoyable. The dealership provided me with the information that exceeded my previous car buying experience. There was notthe backroom back and forth pricing or sending in another person to try to "close the deal". I felt I received fair market value for my trade in plus a very equitable price on the new vehicle. I visited another dealer for the same vehicle after my initial visit to Camelback but returned to Camelback Infiniti due to their professional and courteous way of doing business. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from them or recommend this dealership to any of my friends.

My wife and I spent all weekend looking at cars and visited at least 15 dealerships in Phoenix. Our experiance with Brent Harris at Infiniti on Camelback was the best all weekend. They not only had the perfect car, but were accomodating in lowering the price and throwing in some extras to sweeten the deal. Signed up for G37 39months lease. I went to BMW, Audi and Infiniti dealership but had best experience at Infiniti. Brent was nice and polite through out the negotiation and I was able to get the car i wanted at the right price. I purchased the M35S because of the time Brent Harris spent tracking down this vehicle and having it at the dealership at the time he promised for me to test drive it. I had a less than favorable experience at another dealership(not an Infiniti one) and left there and purchased the M. I needed to return at a later date because I was in a rush after purchasing it. Brent went out of his way to make sure I knew how to operate this vehicle properly. He has also called me after the initial introduction to make sure I didn't have any questions. This is my 2nd Infiniti(1st one 96' I-30) and the service hasn't changed in the past 14 years. Keep up the good work. I am very pleased w/this automobile.
