These guys are just absolutely great. We went in on a Wednesday to have a broken headlight dealt with and drove out on a Friday with a new car. Had we been more organized we could have driven away that same day. The guys who dealt with the headlight were efficient and lovely. And the guys who helped us buy the car were not only organized, honest and unbelievably helpful, but just generally delightful. The whole experience was top shelf from beginning to end. We love the new car and have found ourselves a new mechanic. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Went in to diagnose Audi S4 leaking oil. They quickly found the issue, and kept me updated along the way to make sure we didn't spend too much time on it. The mechanic was thorough and explained exactly how he could diagnose the issue. Prices are reasonable considering the knowledge and expertise it requires to work on European cars. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

I moved to the area 3 years ago, and started going to Integrated for service and repair of my Volvo S60 on the recommendation of a friend. I have been happy with both the services and cost savings. They were particularly sensitive during the early stages of the pandemic in 2020, and even brought paperwork outdoors to be signed just to be sure I felt comfortable. Good people!

I've been looking for a car for my 16 year old son for awhile and I found a perfect car at a great price at IAS. They were quick to respond back when I asked if it was still available and when I went to test drive it, Mike was very friendly and very helpful. They are very honest people and aren't looking to up the prices of cars to sale off their lot. The whole purchase process was simple and easy and done within an hour and we picked the car up the next day. I couldn't be happier to have purchased my son's first car from them and would definitely go back for another.

Integrated is a wonderful repair shop and they also sell vehicles as well. The service writers are easy to deal with the work is done and done well and quickly the price is entirely reasonable. Probably the best auto technicians whom I have ever encountered and I have driven close to 1 million miles in my commuting lifetime. So I am accustomed to having cars worked on. Integrated's honesty, speed and the fairness is simply unparalleled.

I bought my used Volvo S60 in 2008 at IAS and it's still going strong. I've visited other repair shops and never receive the quality of service that IAS offers. I was extremely pleased with my buying experience and continue to be happy with the service and repairs I have done there. Most recently during a repair, I got locked out of the loaner vehicle the allowed me to use while my car was in the shop. They immediately send one of their servicemen over to my home and helped me get back into the vehicle. The fact that they are willing to go above and beyond is what keeps me coming back!

Just bought my forester and Bob And Ann were very helpful with any question i had even the stupid ones. They were not pushy there and made sure that everything I needed done before I could take the car was 100% done. would recommended Integrated to anyone looking for a very good car

My father has done business with IAS for quite some time now and they continue to be the best at everything they do. From sales to service everything is top notch at this place. The selection of cars is incredible and they constantly getting new ones to check out. They are by far the best car dealer I have ever bought a vehicle from. If you think anything is wrong with your car that you purchased they will gladly take a look at it for you & fix it with their warranty. Most other car sale dealers push or to make the customers uncomfortable, but not at Integrated Automotive Services! I met with Bob Holly, the dealer and he was very accommodating. And the owner and rest of the staffs are friendly. I was nervous about purchasing the used car, but the car was pretty much new! Purchased a 2005 BMW 325xi- good mileage, clean title, and got it at a manageable price. This dealership is specialized in used BMW, Volvo, and Rovers. It was worth getting to this dealership!

Bought a very nice BMW a while back and had an easy, no pressure, experience. Sales staff are very friendly and know the cars they sell. Worked a bit off the advertised price and let me have the car overnight to see if it was for me. I bought it and will give them a serious play on my next purchase.
