Another exceptional experience. Second time buying from Integrity and haven’t had a bad one. Oscar Merrick was knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. Someone had left early and he was swamped, but he ensured we were given the attention we needed. He even stayed after close to take care of us.

We just purchased my daughters first car from here. Actually she purchased it. I just helped her find one and negotiated. Asten is the salesperson we dealt with. He is a really nice fellow and has a great attitude. The other people here seem to be really decent, also. I would definitely do business here again.

My husband and I had a great buying experience when we recently bought our truck from integrity motors. All of the guys were great throughout the whole process. Originally the visit was great traveled 5 hours to get the vehicle I got and I loved it it’s still a great vehicle for me and do not regret getting it, they were very polite helpful and honestly initially. Upon them sending the title to me once I brought it to the bank , found out they only charged me 4.25% taxes instead of charging me 7% which is the their local tax rate, I only expected to pay a small amount on the title being that Ohio’s tax rate is 7.25% but since they did their tax rate at such a low rate it left me paying about $1,700 to get the title done which is in my opinion shady and bad business, I know out of state loans can sometimes be tricky but this is something every car lot knows and sometimes just goes to show not everything is as expected even though the original visit went great now that all paper work is said and done nothing can be done about it and it will be chalked up as a loss on my end which is partially my fault so that’s fine too. Although they did pay my car off which was great but when someone pays $40,000+ for a vehicle you would think they would pay the taxes and title fees at least at their tax rate not under .
