Took my car in for annual servicing and it cost nearly 4x what it should have... Service was not Great and I had to call to get an update on my car after they had it all day. When I picked up the car my paperwork wasn't ready not everything was complete so I have to take it back for additional services. I'd recommend a more cost effective option and you'll likely get treated better!

Service department was very helpful. We we're a drop in, but they asked a few questions and made of recommendations. They were friendly even though they couldn't fit us in for service.

I purchased a used BMW. It’s obvious I bought the previous owner’s headache. Multiple problems with this vehicle and no one at the dealership cares. I do not recommend this dealership and will not purchase another vehicle from International Autos.

Sold me a car with no Tpms sensors, a blown out steering pump and rack, and played it off like it was inspected. THAT IS STATE LAW TO INSPECT A VEHICLE. THAT IS A SAFETY ISSUE. LIKE THEY COULDN’T SEE THE FLUID EVERYWHERE WHEN LIFTING IT OR PUT SENSORS ON IT! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM!!!!! ITS VERY DANGEROUS. WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER!!

REALLY really, a great experience. We were greeted very professionally and purchased our Audi in a very short time. The team here took care of us every step of the way and I never felt like they were untrustworthy. In fact, quite the opposite. Seamless would be how I would explain our experience. We picked it up today, and I haven't felt better about buying a car before, as much as I did here!
