We had been searching high and low for a reliable and well maintained vehicle for our soon to be 16 year old. I contacted Clint about a car and set up a test drive the next day. It was a new arrival. People were looking at it but I had called on it first and Clint kept his word and granted me first test drive. Jamie went with me on a test drive. I never felt pressure, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It was great working with him also. Clint and Jamie made buying the car easy, fast and convenient. We are pleased with the purchase and our daughter loves the car! Highly recommend checking Iowa Auto Brokers out!

We were looking for a domestic, low mileage car, at a good price for our daughter to take to college. Jamie showed us some cars and then told us about one that was in the shop (no pressure to buy one off the lot!). Clint and Jamie let us know when the car was available for a test drive even though not all of the work was done (radio needed replacement). Vehicle was detailed, drove well and had new tires and brakes. As part of the purchase agreement, Clint made sure that new keys/fobs, spare tire/jack, and a manual was included in the price. When the car went back in to the shop to install the radio, it was discovered that the battery was bad. Clint replaced the battery at no additional cost to us ... which he did not have to do! In addition, when we received the title and registration documentation, an error was found on the purchase agreement regarding the license fee, and Clint was willing to send a check to refund the difference. Buying a used car "As Is" has its risks, and unfortunately, when we took the car to a body shop to address what was thought to be a minor rust issue, more extensive rust was found on the car than originally thought ... discouraging and disappointing. Upon notifying Clint at Iowa Auto Brokers, he has offered to work with us to get repairs made ... which we appreciate as he could have told us we were on our own. Overall, Clint and his team at Iowa Auto Brokers have been reasonable to work with. Another daughter of mine has also indicated that they were pleased with their shopping experience at Iowa Auto Brokers even though they did not end up finding a vehicle that met their needs.
