Matthew was very helpful and professional. He explained the type of Acura services which were needed. And, I agreed to add a few more services based on his honest input. Plus, Matthew assisted with finding a desk where I finished emails and worked on tasks --- while my TL was with the mechanics. Later, Matthew handed me a comprehensive document which gave info from the inspection of the TL. Some of the items were color coded. So, it was easy to see what needs services on the months ahead. Overall, it was a great experience. 👍 Will bring my TL for more service. David

I just purchased my fifth Acura from Prime Acura. The sales team offered me a great deal without a lot of haggling. The Finance Manager that handled my paperwork was easy to work with and included a few extras such as free maintenance for three years. Over the past several years I also received excellent service from their Service Department.

Great service and always a friendly smile here. This is my 11th year coming to Acura Prime and I couldn’t be any happier with the service I get here. All the service managers are great and Mona is wonderful! Albert was very thorough and helped answer all my questions! Thank you for your service!

Service was done promptly and thoroughly. Marc the service advisor does a great job, as does the entire staff. Kept informed and updated throughout the process. Always appreciate the car wash and vacuum.
