Edit: It’s been a year since I leases my car, and I went in for car service and had such a great experience. Employees were so friendly and even though I didn’t have an appointment I was able to get the maintenance done in a timely manner. Thank you all for your hard work! Had such a pleasant experience leasing a car from Edward and Richie! Was able to get a great deal on a Honda. Very happy!!!

Edward Dabrieo was absolutely the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with! He was patient, informative and best of all not pushy. He actively listened to what I needed and wanted and worked tirelessly to get me into the right vehicle that met my needs and was in my budget. Highly recommended Prime Honda!!!

I called this morning asking if I could make an appointment for an oil change, the woman says "you don't need an appointment for that express service and they do close at 4pm", I said "If I make it there by 3:35 will that work" and she said yes. I never gave my name since I didn't need an appointment. I get there at 3:35 go into service and ask for an oil change with express service and she says "they closed at 3pm today, would you like me to make an appointment for you?" No was my reply, she offered to check out back to see if they could squeeze me in. Fortunately they did, I would not have returned if they had not been able to service my car.

I dropped the car off Tuesday afternoon so it could be worked on Wednesday. I was called promptly Wednesday morning at 9:30am with the mechanical issues with my car. I was told parts wouldn’t be available to the next day and I should hear by noon. On Thursday I called at 2:30 and my car wasn’t ready and they wanted to keep it another day. I agreed as I didn’t have a choice if I wanted my repaired. On Wednesday morning I was told the cost would be in the $1,700 range. When I picked it up today (Friday), to my surprise it was another $200 more ($1,926.82). An extra $200 might not mean much to others, but it does to me as this is my sons car and he’s helping pay for it. And to top it off, they failed to reset the service light. It was an easy fix but after 3 days with my car, to now be late because I needed someone to reset a light. I wasn’t totally pleased. Everyone was friendly and I’m sure the work was done well. I wish the cost and timing were more clear from the beginning.
