Cindy was also great to work with in finance, once again low key, thorough and was very patient with all of our questions. We have purchased a lot of vehicles all over but will return here for our next purchase. Great people!!

When my husband & I went to Iron Trail Motors in Virginia MN. To purchase our 2019 Camaro. We were greeted by a super nice & patient gal Krista. She went through all the details with us, step by step, answering any questions we might have. Krista was great! In the end, we walked out smiling with a pretty sweet car, I must say! We love it, & we would go back to Iron Trail Motors again. 😊

Would have been a 5 star, but for the time it took. I had made an appointment and indicated that I would be waiting, since it was an oil change and quick check up on 2 technology items that just required a diagnostic run and they found no problems. However I sat waiting for 2.75 hrs.

I was super excited to buy my first truck, especially since my car was about to quit on me, but instead of getting the "new car joy", I got completely ripped off. Had me pay nearly 10K over the listed price for an old truck! They had me wait hours while they "talked about deals", they changed my down payment amount 3 times, they were harsh and inpatient, nor did they even thoroughly clean the truck before I bought it. It had chicken under the seats and nuts and garbage in the cup holders. In short, DO NOT GO HERE. Go anywhere else. They will lie and rip off anyone they can for their commission checks.

I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Super Duty F-350 from Iron Trail Motors and I have to say it was one of the better experiences I’ve ever had! Isaac Rocha was a top notch salesman, very friendly, and bent over backwards to fulfill my needs with a vehicle. There was a lot of back and forth leg work between Isaac, his manager and I on dealing with my trade and we were able to come to terms. I’m very pleased with my truck and I would definitely do business with Iron Trail again as long as it’s with Mr. Rocha. Chances are pretty slim now that I went back to a Ford, but if I ever need another vehicle, Isaac will be my first contact! And I encourage anyone reading this and is in need of a new vehicle to look him up! Thanks again Isaac!
