Just bought a car from Irvine Coast Motorcars. I was a bit nervous as I purchased the car unseen and hat it delivered to Illinois. They were Amazing to work with. Jasmine showed me the car using FaceTime and pointed out every little scratch it had on the rims. From shipping the contract overnight and managing the entire sale first class. I would buy a car from them at any time again.

I purchased a car here a few months ago. The sales rep who sold the car to me used a power drill to install license plates, which made it harder for me to attach plate later. Also, the manager told me that in Orange County it is ok to have just one plate, which was not true, and I got a ticket for this. I did not really complain about this to them because even though they made small mistakes, I thought it was not a big deal, and I liked the way they treated me (they were friendly, confident, etc.). But, the way a dealer named Jasmine treated me today made me write this review. I called them to ask a question where I get an emission recall proof. She bluntly said "I don't know." Then she asked me when did I pay the registration fee, and I explained that I tried to pay the registration fee past the deadline through a third-party website, but I found that the order was canceled because an emission recall proof was required. She told me that I was late to pay the registration fee, which I told her I already knew. I told her again that my question is where to get an emission recall proof. She told me that your way of expressing was not clear, I was trying to address different issues at the same time, and I didn't ask the question in the first place and now I was talking about different things, which was clearly false because I asked that question (where to get emission recall proof) in the first place, and she was the one who asked me when did I register my car. She was very confrontational and rude the whole time we talked. After I asked her the question like four times "where do I get an emission recall proof," she finally said I have to contact the authorized dealership. I chose to buy a car from ICM because I liked the way they deal with customers when I bought the car. They were patient, confident, and kind. Maybe it's just the dealer Jasmine. But, I was very disappointed by the way she interacted with me.
