I just bought a vehicle with Irving Motors. Roberto was super helpful and very patient with me. When it came to signing the papers Jacky explained very thing in detail. If I asked any question she was able to answer me. I will definitely be coming again to buy my next vehicle!

Great customer service and the vehicle I purchased was in great shape except for the tires had issues. Yet one must wonder about a company that guarantees that they sale quality used vehicles but doesn't put at least a 90 day warranty on them. Nothing bad against them I'm just saying.

Needed a truck for our company. I said if this works out, I'll be back to buy another. I was given one key. They said the other key would come with the plates. Plates come, no spare key. Now I have to buy and wait for one from the GM dealership. Meanwhile, the vehicle is not on the road making money. It's costing money. On the way to pick up the key from the dealer, the A/C doesn't work anymore. The only miles we have put on it, is for servicing. Even the oil was old. I called to see if they could help, they said I should have bought their extended warranty. I noticed other complaints mentioned this extended warranty. I'm still waiting for an appointment for an AC company to fix. Truck still parked costing money. Update: Just got an estimate to repair the AC up the street from this dealer. $946.18 and week in shop to repair. Update May 7th: 3 months later, truck still has issues with AC stops cooling, 2 trips to different mechanics for the same issue they cant figure it out and so far $2K repair costs and truck down time continues. The dealership offered to buy back the truck at $3.5K less than purchase price, not including $2k repairs and $800 upgrades. Hilarious.

Thank you IRVING MOTORS CORP for my 2015 Nissan Altima thanks Jackeleen and Robin for your help; after all my research looking for a lot of cardealerships with no luck, I came to these dealer by the airport and I found the perfect car for me and they were very helpful and courteous, I call the number at their sign and Robin came out and explain me different options they had for me , the same day I was driving my car home, The place is beautiful and the customer service outstanding, I will recommend my family and friends from church to Irving Motors corp anytime, and they have a loyal customer for the rest of my life. A+++
