Typical car dealer run around. I got a price on TrueCar and looked up that the current deal was 1.9% financing. We told them in advance we didn't want to spend the day in a dealership so we wanted to work out the details ahead of time. They assured us it was and we just had to test drive it. We traveled well over an hour to the dealership (which had 5* ratings.) We drove the car and liked it okay so we went in to do the paperwork. First he said the rates were 3.9%. I said that's not what is advertised so he went to the "manager" and came back and said okay 1.9%. Then he said, "so are we all set?" I said yes but let's just verify it's the price I was quoted. He rattled off a price and I said that's not what I was quoted. He said you're forgetting the "doc" fees and title fee and I said no I'm not, I have factored those in. Your math is off. He went back to the manager and said if I want the lower rate the price is higher. So I said okay, forget financing, we'll pay cash but I want the quoted price. He said if you pay cash it's the higher price. That's when we stood up and said thank you for your time and left. There are plenty of other cars and dealers.

Our Sales Rep, Financial Manager and Service Manager were all friendly and enjoyable. My previous experience with this dealership was similar. Prior to our visit I had researched on Kelly Blue Book the Fair Price for our trade-in as well as the new model. I usually use this as reference to negotiate. As it turned out, with all of the discounts I did better than I had expected and came to an immediate agreement on the purchase price.

This was my first trip to Irwin's and my first Hyundai - I am very happy with both. I don't like car shopping and Steve (salesperson) and the person in finance made the whole experience easy and not as annoying as I have head in the past with hours and hours of waiting and "I need to check with my manager" stuff. Straightforward, helpful, upfront and didn't try and talk me into things I didn't want or need. When options were offered and I declined, we went to the next thing, no problem. I fee like I got the car I wanted, and it seems to me that Irwin will stand stand behind their vehicle.

Its been two weeks, still missing items owed, spare key and touch up paint. No call from Salesman or dealership? I stop in on Thursday August 25th, was told product scheduled to arrive on Saturday the 27th and I would receive a call, still waiting, its Monday August 29th, tomorrow will be 2 weeks.

Steve Dudley was my salesman, and when I spoke with him on the phone while I was travelling I set up an appointment to look at a specific vehicle. When I decided I did not want the vehicle, Steve was willing to help me find what I ended up buying. His combination of knowledge and low pressure selling is what convinced me to buy at Irwin. I would whole heartedly recommend this dealer to a friend or family member.

This is my third Hyundai and over the years I have visited 6 Hyundai dealerships. My experience with Irwin has been by far the best. I needed four new tires for my Toyota Tacoma. I called Toyota Service and they were unable to take me today, but between Mike and Cindy they were able to set up an appointment with Irwin's Hyundai Service department today. Since we also have a Hyundai and have received excellent service I felt very comfortable going there.. Bob greeted us in his usual friendly manner and within 1.5 hours I was out the door with all new tires as well alignment adjustments and wheel balancing.

Great, great, great experience at Irwin's Hyundai yesterday! Have owned an SUV for 20+ years and had been looking for couple of months to transition to a car. Wanted comfort and luxury and found both in the 2017 Sonata 2.0T Limited. Once we decided on this particular vehicle, we shopped several Hyundai dealers in VT, NH and MA and Irwin Hyundai offered the best price and trade in value for my Tahoe. I live in VT but traveled to Laconia, NH to purchase my new Sonata. Couldn't be happier with my car and the service from Steve, Scott and crew at Irwin Hyundai was superior to any of the other Hyundai dealers we visited. Will definately recommend to my friends. I've never been pressured to buy more car than I can afford nor have I ever been rushed to "buy the car today." Got the Sonata we wanted quickly and without fuss at right price. Small business problem was worked out for both parties. Was in and out quickly! Went in knowing what I wanted and wasn't persuaded just given information on it. He worked with my financing options...which were limited and did great getting me into payment, was even under my limit. It was nice conversation as we waited not forced or fake. It was like buying a car from my father or as my daughter said he reminds me of grampy. They even delivered it to me in Maine as my work schedule was complicated that week. Overall was stressful like I anticipated.

I scheduled my 15K service through Kaylynn Brown at Irwin Hyundai and received a choice of dates/times for service that suited my convenience. She checked to confirm that I had no outstanding recalls pending and explained what the 15K servcice was.In the past I have dealt with other excellent service writers at Irwin and Kaylynn lived up to those excellent standards. Even though I had not worked with Kaylynn before, I had every confidence that everything would be done properly and expeditiously simply based on the quality of this dealership.Irwin Hyundai has serviced both my 2015 Sonata and my wife's 2011 Sonata and we have been pleased with our experience with everyone we have dealt with.

I was in on Saturday March 26th for service to have my oil changed along with my tires rotated. I wanted to let you know how professional and friendly Kaylynn Brown was. I was greeted by her with a smile and asked are you here for service or can I help you with something? Kaylynn got me right in and made sure everything was explained to me on what was being done for the service. While waiting they realized that my cabin filter needed to be changed. Not only did she bring it out for me to see and ask me if I wanted to have it replaced, she didnt pressure me to have it done that day. I did request that they change it that day. The service that I receive at Irwin Hyundai is the best that I have ever had. This will be my 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Irwins and one of the reasons is the service that I receive every time I come in. Thank you for giving me the best service. It tops anyone around!!!

This is the second car we have purchased from Irwin Hyundai in the past 3 years. We are very pleased with the product as well as the service we have received from Irwin Hyundai. We had looked at an advertised car at Somersworth Hyundai and had a very bad experience with the manager of that dealership. We immediately called Irwin Hyundai ,as we have always had nothing but the best service with them, and purchased my new car. I've had my Sante Fe Sport for 2 years now and while I don't drive much (not even 15,000 miles yet!) I love the car! Took it in for its (early) 15,000 check up, prepared to be sitting around for a while. Bob Cote greeted me, going over everything they'd be doing to the car, as well as some extras per my request. And then surprised me by telling me the service should be completed in about an hour! Sure enough, not even an hour later the car was finished. Awesome! Over all a very good, quick and thorough car sale. It should never take hours to get your new car and it seems that Irwin's has mastered the car-selling process by getting you in your new car in about a half hour... They clean and prep the car, then coat with Resistol (if purchased), while you fill out the papers, then you leave with your new car... and they do actually stand in the door waving goodbye like in a TV commercial... LOL

Nothing against my local store, but they're nothing special. Bought 4 new cars there. When we had problems with 2 of them, they basically did the minimum, which I expected. I bought a used Hyundai from Adham Darwish at Irwin Hyundai a couple of years ago and had a problem. Again, I expected the minimum. Instead, I was completely blown away. All the reviews will state that you get a great deal, a pleasant experience, and friendly environment, all true. This one let's you know that they will go the extra mile if they can to satisfy you AFTER the sale, and that means a lot to me. When I wanted a new Hyundai, it was easy - call Adham! The car was waiting for me, the experience was painless, and I know if I have a problem, if Irwin's can't help me, nobody can! Worth the drive.

I loved my experience. I test drove 3 different cars and found no pressure to buy any one of them. I ended up purchasing a beautiful stick shift Elantra. It is honestly the most fun car I've ever owned! Very zippy and hugs the road. Joe Collie was a great salesman. My son bought a car from him last April and had a great experience so I looked him up when I went over. Joe remembered my son (even remembered it was my son's birthday when he sold him his car). I felt Joe was very relaxed and gave me the time I needed to make up my mind on what car I wanted. One of the cars I test drove was far more expensive than the one I actually purchased but he never pressured me to buy it. I felt no pressure at all from him about anything - which I really appreciated. There is another Joe in Parts and Service. He bent over backwards to make sure I had everything I needed. Really made me feel like I was the most important person in his day. Overall experience was great! I would definitely go back!

What a pleasant surprise this car-buying experience was for my husband and me.We found the car we wanted on Edmunds.com on a Thursday evening, called ahead and asked that it be held for us. We drove down to Laconia the next day, where we met our salesperson, Adham Darwish, who was extremely helpful, charming, gentlemanly and knowledgeable. My husband and I are both technophobes, and Adham was very thorough and informative in explaining the many new technological features in the 2016 Hyundai Elantra we purchased to replace our 2003 Elantra. Additionally, as a female, I am used to being ignored at automobile dealerships--but thankfully, this was not the case here. All in all, this was perhaps the most pleasant car buying experience we've had in the past 40 years, and our final price on our new 2016 Hyundai Elantra was even lower than the price we saw quoted on Edmunds.com, and without any haggling!

We went in to trade our 2013 Hyundai Elantra for an SUV. Right away Steve Dudley was there to help. He looked through the inventory and found exactly what we were looking for. We had negative equity on our car meaning that we owed more on the loan than our car was worth. We knew that we would have to roll the remainder of our loan onto the new loan. Steve didn't beat around the bush he told us right away that the numbers may not come back the way we would like, but he was happy to crunch the numbers for us and see what he could offer. We turned down the first offer that he came back with and told him that it was nothing against him we just couldn't swing it. We thought that was it and we weren't going to get the SUV. He immediately went back and had them crunch some more numbers and came back with an offer that we couldn't refuse! He got us more money for our trade and was able to keep our monthly payment close to what we were already paying on our current car. He was great to work with! He wanted to make sure that we would be happy and he wanted to make sure we walked out with the car we wanted!

At my age (78) I have purchased and had serviced many cars. In regard to Hyundai, I drive not my thirdGenesis Coupe 3.8. Over the years I acquired considerable knowledge of cars. Found this dealership through TrueCar and ended up doing some shopping on their website. They have a decent site and were displaying most of the available discounts in their "internet price" (which most dealerships, it seems, don't do) - they offer them when you begin to talk price to make it seem like you're getting an even better deal than you thought.Once I got to the dealership I explained what I was interested in (I had visited some other dealerships so I knew what I wanted, for the most part) and they answered all my questions without wasting my time or trying to sell me a different vehicle. Kevin (the salesman) was friendly and helpful, and when it came time to talk price, they were able to work with me to get within the price range that I was looking to pay, though they did try to negotiate for every penny they could, of course.Overall, it was a great car buying experience, and they were able to work with me to make it convenient for me to take delivery.

I had my 7500 mile service on my 2015 Sonata at Irwin Hyundai. Bob Cote was the service rep and as usual he took a personal interest in seeing that all the necessary service items and warranty issues were addressed. He accurately predicted the costs and time for the service to be completed and arranged a ride on the Hyundai van so I could have a leisurely breakfast in town while the service was performed. I have also had my wife's 2011 Sonata serviced at Irwin and the service is also outstanding whether it is Bob Cote or Dennis Ackley. This is a no pressure operation that gets things done efficiently with the customer's comfort and convenience in mind. I had an issue Thursday afternoon with the breaks on my car and I called service and spoke to Dennis Ackley and he was able to get me an appointment the next morning and when I got there I was 20 min early and he took my car in immediately and was able to take care of my service needs quick and with great customer service. I wanted to compliment Bob Cote and the Service Department at Irwin Hyundai. Last week, during an out of state trip, I thought I had damaged the under body of my 2014 Hyundai Azera after bottoming out on the highway. Upon my return to Laconia, I contacted Bob Cote, the service manager, to have my vehicle checked out. He was very pleasant and accommodating and gave me a same day appointment. When I brought the car in, Bob had Tim, the service technician, do a thorough under body inspection. I was very pleased to hear there was no damage. When I was ready to pay for the service, Dennis Ackley, the Service Advisor, informed me there would be no charge for this accommodation. I sincerely appreciate the quick response to my request, the professional inspection of my vehicle and the fact that the dealership did not take advantage of my highway misfortune. I have been a loyal customer of Hyundai Irwin's from the moment I purchased my vehicle from them. I have always had respect from service and sales, and the atmosphere feeling welcoming. On July 16, 2015, my view point significantly decreased. I felt the service advisor was more about getting more money out of me and pressuring me to mend to his ways versus me making the best choice for myself, my vehicle and my wallet. I felt bullied, and felt like my opinion did not matter. I need tires, Dennis Ackley was intent on me buying the lower priced tires based upon his judgement on what was good for my tire. I explained the cost is not important to me and I would rather have a better quality than worry about the price. There was no acknowledgment, but more so there was pressure to focus on the cheaper tires and feel that's because they were in stock, whereas the other tires recommended were not. I had a concern with a rotational noise, and before even double checking with the technician, Dennis claimed and was very arrogantly confident that it was something to do with the tire or the alignment, and that "I have heard this story a hundred times, and with what you're saying it definitely sounds like a tire or alignment issue"...moments later, after I insist on him double checking comes back and says that it's not the tire or alignment, the sound is coming from my brakes sticking to the holders because of dirt and grime. I declined all services to be done to my vehicle like i have always done in the past, because not only is my boyfriend a mechanic, but so is my stepfather, and I trust them more to steer me in the direction of them fixing my vehicle issues or if its best to go back to the dealership. Dennis seemed to be ok with me declining services, but was very adament about telling me the pros to buying tires from Irwin, and the services they provide. If he was all about Customer Service and writing reviews is what Irwin prides themselves on, then perhaps they should have service advisors or the service department in general check the customers profile, where they would see that I have bought tires before (good quality ones, and more expensive ones), they would also see how I am a loyal customer and do not need to be bullied or treated like I do not know whats going on with my vehicle. In addition, they should have common sense that with buying the vehicle and being a loyal customer with everything I have done to my vehicle, they would not treat me like some little girl where this is her first time having something done to my vehicleI left the IRWIN HYUNDAI feeling quite perturbed and feeling like perhaps this dealership after so many years isn't for me anymore. I write this review as a way of letting others know that if you are to be dealing with Dennis Ackley, put your guard up, and if you are to consider Irwin hyundai for a vehicle purchase, please have your eyes wide open for how not only sales, but how service treats their loyal customers. I am thoroughly disappointed, and my high opinion of Irwin Hyundai is not where it was before and I held them in high esteem. It's a shame that one person can bring the character of a dealarship down, but if Irwin Hyundai is going to hire people like Dennis Ackley, I do not trust their judgement on my vehicle in regards to quality services versus how much money they can milk me for before I leave the parking lot. I am disgusted.

I brought my new Hyundai Sonata in because the low tire pressure light came on, thinking that just putting some air in the tire would take care of the issue. It didn't, the tire was punctured by a screw and the staff at Irwins turned what could have been a very unpleasant happenstance into a completely comfortable experience. From Dennis Ackley, who took care of everything to the technician who repaired the tire, it was absolutely painless and very quick. My hat's off to Irwin's staff, very considerate and professional!

I went here to buy a used car and I did. I had to bring it back another day for the inspection sticker and cleaning since the service department was closed. I offered to leave the car to let them clean it and then pick it up the next day but was told no they prefer I take car after I buy it and bring it back for the cleaning. My only real complaint is the car only had 3 gallons of gas in it when I bought it. I've owned 11 cars new and used and everyone always came with a tank of gas. Feels cheap that they couldn't afford to fill the tank up. Little things like that hurt the odds of my return business.

I never write reviews, but I just had to applaud everyone at Irwin for making our leasing experience an enjoyale one. We live about an hour south, but it was worth the drive up to get a great price on a Sante Fe and to meet the friendly and knowledgable staff at Irwin. Now we know why they have a 98% recommend rating! We will absolutely recommend them to all our friends. We will even bring our vehicle there to be serviced because of the incentives and their customer 100% recommend service rating.

I was told that the vehicle I bought was awd...come to find out it drives like a mustang in the snow...doesn't go anywhere...the dealer was nice but lied about the product to make his wallet fatter and now I'm stuck with a vehicle that belongs in Florida...will be contacting my lawyer about fraud possibility...reccomondation get it checked somewhere else...never been ripped off like this before!

I'm not the type of person that goes to a dealership to just buy a car.I research what i want in a car and then start my car hunt. Most dealerships sell cars that aren't exactly as advertised,they tell you anything to make a sale and often speak without knowing if its a fact or not. Well Irwin Hyundai is a different experience , Micheal was my salesperson experienced ,knowledgeable and extremely low key. He answered all of my questions and when I asked for a second car to be brought over to the one I was interested in (for a comparison) he did so without question. Top notch in my book! But it didn't stop there, Scott was handling the finances he present multiple purchasing options -clear and concise. he too was knowledgeable in his field and answered the many questions I asked. I had been to 17 other dealerships before I found Irwin -Irwin Hyundai and their team was the best by far!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my car from Irwin Hyundai. Shamus gave me a very competitive online price and responded to my initial inquiries quickly and honestly. From there, Kevin was a huge help. He stayed late so that I could take a test drive and start my paperwork, understanding that I drove an hour and a half to get there. He was very low-pressure right from the beginning and honestly answered all my questions. Kevin continued to be a good sport even after I barraged him with emails the following day and requested a higher trade in value. When I returned to purchase my Santa Fe everything was ready to go and the paperwork matched up perfectly with what we had discussed. Kevin and Scott had me in and out in less than an hour. 5 months ago Irwin Hyundai replaced both valve cover gaskets on my 2007 Santa Fe due to oil leaks. I noticed that the front gasket started to leak again just recently. I took it back to Irwin and they very graciously said they would check this out. Half an hour later I was told that indeed the front gasket was leaking and they would replace it right then if I cared to wait. I did wait and an hour later the job was done. As usual they also gave me a a comprehensive vehicle report to tell me some other problems that would need to be addressed in the near future, with associated prices. I find Irwin Hyundai to be great people to work with.

I had to take my car in two times in close proximity for different issues and was very frustrated by the time I went in for the 2nd visit because they were big issues, On that second visit Matt couldn't have been more friendly or patient with me and went out of his way to explain all sides of the service needed. I don't think there is anything that he could have done to be more supportive.Mike, who had been equally great at the first visit, also continued in the same helpful and friendly manner. I also spoke to Melissa several times by phone with the same experience.I want to thank Matt, Mike and Melissa for making a stressful time as easy as possible!

I knew the car I wanted to look at when I showed up at Irwin. It turned out that car was sold so my salesman, Frank brought another up for me to take a look at. No pressure, no annoying tactics. Just a friendly, no nonsense, no pressure consumer to consumer experience! Frank found me a loan that could not be beat anywhere else and did so in a quick and fair manner. He was personable and experienced and never once tried to sell me something I was not interested in. This dealership was one that my family has dealt with for years, but then left due to their favorite salesman leaving. That has completely changed after dealing with Frank. I did my research. I knew what car I wanted (2011 Sonata), I was already approved for a low-APR loan, and I was ready to negotiate the pants off of the next fast-talking dealer who tried to upsell me on a vehicle. My experience at Irwin Hyundai blew me away. Not only did I get the best Hyundai Sonata deal in three states (New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire), but he found me a loan with an APR rate that was way lower than the one I brought in (and mine was already one of the lowest many dealers have seen). The car color and condition were superb and my rep (Mike) was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. He didn't even try to turn an extra buck by tacking on unnecessary warranties or rust-proofing or anything like that. The process was quick, fair, and completely transparent. To top it off, he recommended an amazing steak and lobster place for dinner (and it was amazing). A+ experience at Irwin Hyundai - I've already started recommending it to everyone I know.

I purchased my Hyundai Elantra on 7.23.14. I worked with sales rep Mike DeNauw. Before going into Irwin Motors I spent the day visiting surrounding dealers with little luck and rather frustrating results. This was my first experience buying a car and I knew that I had a poor credit score. I believe it was John from Winnisquam Auto who recommended I go to Irwin Motors, he said Irwin Motors are able to work with people in my situation. Which is exactly what Mike DeNauw did. Mike reviewed my buying situation and explained to me the best ways to get a good vehicle, without a huge interest rate and monthly payment. As he stated, we are problem solvers. Which I believe Mike was successful in regards to my purchase. Buying a new car was a big deal for me and a stressful decision, but being able to work with Mike made that experience a more pleasant one. My wife and I just traded in a "97 Catera on a 2011 Kia Optima and last Oct we bought a new 2013 Hyundai Sante Fe. Both times the Salesman was Adham Darwish at Irwin Hyundai and we were very pleased with the total experience both times. Adham is very low key and knowledgeable, and he fronts for a team that is very easy to deal with. We have been very happy with the quality and performance of our Santa Fe and the Optima appears to be cut from the same cloth. They gave us a fair price for our trade-in and did their best to meet our price budget. They even took the time to work out a referral award for our daughter who had previously bought a used car at Irwin Toyota. The paperwork was handled by Amy quickly and efficiently and in a friendly way. We road tested the Optima before the service team had touched it and they quickly worked the car over so that it was fully inspected and spotless by the next afternoon for pick-up. We will definitely be back to see them again.

We just got a new 2014 Sonata from IRWIN Hyundai in Laconia. Worked everything out with Shamus the on line manager. I was very skeptical as the price was so low, even though they were going over 100 miles to pick it up at another dealer as I wanted a red one. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out everything they told me was true and the price was exactly what I was quoted and even included the tittle fee. We tried many other dealers and had some rather unpleasant experiences at some of them. Not this one everyone was great, the paperwork was mostly complete we just signed it. Craig was very helpful and even connected our cell phones to the car radio for us. Thoroughly explained everything about the car and made sure we were 100 percent satisfied before we left. First time I have been really happy about buying a car. I am not easily pleased and prefer to deal with the dentist than car sales people but if all dealerships were like this one the reputation of car dealers would be very different. I spoke with Mike DeNauw at Irwin Hyundai and explained that I needed a safe, reliable vehicle and had a very tight budget to work with. I needed something that got good mileage and had enough room for my family. Then I proceeded to tell him that my credit wasn't great, my trade in was only good for the scrap yard, and I didn't really have a down payment. After some looking, Mike found me nice 09 Hyundai that was perfect. He was very straight forward and didn't feed me a bunch of BS just to make a sale. Amy in finance was able to put together a great price and explained all the details of the extended warranty. Mike and Amy were a pleasure to work with I would recommend Irwin Hyundai to anyone.

Everything about this went incredibly smoothly. First of all, there was absolutely zero pressure to buy a car. We agreed on a price and there were a couple things I wanted cleaned up (it's a used car after all). Mike had his crew made the car look like brand new. Fantastic! I picked the car up on a Sunday afternoon, and needed a way to get it back to the house across town. One of the guys was kind enough to follow me home and drop the car off for me. We had an appointment with Shamus on June 6th my birthday. After e-mailing and phoning we set up an appointment with Shamus to see a new Elantra GT that was advertised on the Internet for $17400. He said it was still available and it would be left out front ready for a test drive. After an 11/2 hour drive we met Shamus who then handed us off to another salesman and we were told we would be well taken care of. We were told by Shamus that the car was at their other annex facility and the salesman would go and retrieve it. Meanwhile we roamed around the lot and our salesman showed my wife and I the features of another Elantra GT. He then disappeared for about 15 minutes inside the showroom. When he emerged, he told us that the car we came to see was sold or actually promised to another dealer. Both my wife and I were disgusted and asked why no one contacted us being the appointment was set the previous day. After roaming around the lot we were shown the car we came to see buried in the rear lot with no sign of a sold sign. The salesman went inside the showroom again and after about 20 minutes my wife and I went in. Our salesman came to us with another offer for the same featured car at a price of $19800. I asked if this was a typical "Bait N Switch" deal and he said that it is what other dealers are asking for the same car and he wondered where that MSRP came from. We told him we were leaving and we wouldn't do business with Irwin and plan on telling others. We feel that the salesman was only doing his job and for some unknown reason Shamus felt that we would buy a car for $2100 more than advertised. What a way to waste a birthday.

Had wing installed on my car approx: 2 mos.ago. Got car back within a day. However wing leaked, brought it back. Wing leaked about a week later. They ordered a new trunk and sent it out to an autobody shop for paint and re-install of wing. Got car back quickly again. Now paint has bubbles. Brought back again. Throughout this whole ordeal the customer service rep Melissa Severance has been great to deal with. They gave me a loaner car each time, and they have strived to make this issue right time and time again. I feel confident that I will give them all my future business. Customer service is excellent in my eyes. Melissa went out of her way to find a web site to help me with my other vehicle that has frame rot...thanks to her above and beyond efforts we found out it's under recall. She saved me tons of money. It's refreshing to see that good customer service still exists.

Looking to purchase a new Hyundai, did the research, and drove 3+ hrs. to make the deal. Understanding a dealer needs to make money to stay in business we still received a very fair deal with better discounts at Irwin. So unless you buy your car from a dealer sitting in a cornfield with no overhead, please don't expect to get off completely at wholesale. Volume and not as greedy is what we found at Irwin, compared to the 3 other dealers we visited. Frank our salesman was very nice and understanding throughout the process. Never did we feel like we just couldn't stand up and walk out. I guess I mean to say we weren't attacked, and pushed into a deal/car we didn't want with typical sales tactics. Please stop by Irwin Hyundai and give Frank a chance in your search for a new or used car. Try a couple dealers 1st, they go to Irwin and I hope you see the difference we did in sales approach. My experience at Irwin of Laconia was great, I was fortunate to find Mike DeNauw my salesmen, whom I met at another Hyundai dealership a few years ago. He worked with me and my daughter until we purchased the car we liked. I will more than likely return to Irwin to purchase a newer car in the next few years. Our service experience today was just outstanding! I am a previous customer of Irwin Hyundai having leased my 2013 Sonata just ten months ago. I cannot say enough positive things about the service experience and ease of doing business with everyone at Irwin Hyundai. I arrived at Irwin Hyundai today with my son Ben to purchase a used vehicle for him. I was looking for something safe, reliable, cost-effective, and dependable that he could use throughout his college years. I was thrilled when I saw that Adham Darwish was working today (Memorial Day) because Adham handled my lease and I trusted that we would be well taken care of. Adham was patient and took the time to show us several used vehicles that were in our price range and answered all of our questions in a thorough and honest manner. He is friendly, easy to talk with and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. This was our first visit to the Irwin dealership and we were impressed with the overall experience. We weren't hounded by sales people when we first drove in which was nice. The truck we saw online on their website and went to the dealership to look at was exactly what we thought it would be. There were no gimmicks or cover ups. A friend of mine just recently traded in her car to Irwin and was able to drive out that day in a new car with a very good price so i thought why not. Once i got there Frank could tell i had no idea what i was doing and he helped me step by step (with alot of patience mind u too lol) to make sure i was able to get the right car for me. My experience at Irwin Hyundai was far more than I expected. EVERYONE was friendly, not only to me, but to my 5 month old puppy. I test drove the Santa Fe Sport, handed over some information and soon I was walking out with a better deal than expected and NO money down! A fabulous warranty, improved since I bought my last Hyundai in 2006, covering bumper to bumper, and on top of it all a topcoat protector all financed in to my monthly payment, barely noticeable to the wallet. By the time I left the dealership I felt like I was friends with everyone in the place! Happy Shopping, Happy Driving!

My husband and I walked into the Irwin Automotive Group to meet Craig Johnson about test driving a Hyundai Sonata Se at 4:pm but we were a half hour late. Craig said "better late than never". He talked to us for a few minutes and then brought the car around to the front of the store. All the doors were open as well as the trunk. He showed us how the seats fold back for carrying longer items in the back. We test drove the car around town, came back to the dealership and started the paperwork. We needed that car before the end of the day. Craig worked fast and efficiently to get us in that car. He kept his sense of humor even when the computer glitch wiped out one of his forms. We are very happy so far. We walked out of there around 7pm as brand new Sonata owners!! Thank you Craig and Irwin Automotive Group! John & Adham "LISTENED" to what our needs were and did not push or try to change what we knew we could not do. They were respectful and engaged in who we were personally. We came in just looking and ended up staying late without us even realizing what time it was. Time after time we noticed that Adham was "in tune" to what we wanted and what we could do and he continued to work with us within that boundry. We have purchase cars from you and the past, our F150 was purchased from Irwins and we will continue to do business with Irwins. We will have no problem referring friends and family to you. The only thing I would say negatively is that the Recon of the car maybe could have been better. It is a cream colored interior so maybe the stains we are seeing could not be removed but the sand in the seats could have been cleaned up better. Adham scheduled our first appointment for an oil change when we picked up the car. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Adham and John. While this is only a used vehicle, to us it is still a big deal. We felt assured about what we were doing and are happy with the end results. An open letter to potential Hyundai buyers:My parents started purchasing Hyundai autos in the 1980s starting with the Excels (2), then the Elantra (1), then Sonatas (2). Having driven my mom's old sonata into the ground, it was time for me to buy my own car. I decided that I would purchase a Hyundai. After all, why switch brands when you know what you are getting? My dad helped me find my perfect car online with the help of Irwin Hyundai's internet sales manager. Although I live in seacoast NH, I was able to save almost $2,000 on the purchase of an identical car by travelling to Irwin Hyundai in Laconia. The 60 minute drive saved this college girl a lot of money.My dealership sales representative was Craig Johnson. I was cordially greeted at the entrance and welcomed to the dealership. Craig helped me make my first time experience of buying my own car very easy! Every employee in the dealership was very friendly, but Craig was wonderful to work with. He explained the new vehicle features and explained the financing process. After the test drive, I knew that this was the car for me. Bank approval was smooth and I qualified for very competitive rates and terms. This college girl has a new "Marathon Blue" Accent for about $200 a month with $0 down!!!.The finance manager ( Amy Gill) explained the paperwork that had to be completed to finalize the sale. Amy explained the paperwork to me and my parents and fully answered my questions. She also gave me some advise on how to maintain and improve my FICO scores. I arrived at 10:05AM Saturday morning and I was on my way home with Tiffany ( I named my car already ) by 12:55PM. New car purchased in about 3 hours total (test drive, finance approval, paperwork signing, car prep, and delivery). Can it get any easier? We found the car we wanted online and worked out the pricing with the Internet Manager. We went in for a test drive, etc., we agreed to purchase the car and then waited for four hours to complete the sale. At the end of the four hours, our "salesman", Craig Johnson, was more concerned about making sure I completed this review, he even checked to see if I completed it, while we were waiting for the car to be "cleaned". The cleaning they did was not worth the wait, they cleaned half the car and did a swipe on the dashboard and left us with an overwhelming oily smell. I had an issue with the car on the ride home, when I spoke to Mr. Johnson about it the next day, I was blown off. I thought that perhaps they may want to help me out after just purchasing the car from them, he told me I would be better off finding a dealership a little closer to home. However, Mr. Johnson was quick to ask about completing this survey. In an email from Mr. Johnson the following day, he manages again to ask me to complete this survey. I sent an email to the Finance Manager with some financial documents, in the email I asked to receive a confirmation from him that he received it and that the additional key they found would be mailed out to me. It has been three days and still no response, however, the bank called and told me they received the paperwork, In my opinion, all they car about is the sale and not the customer service after the sale. However, we are very happy with our car.

My husband and I stopped by Irwin Hyundai on Saturday so that I could test drive a Santa Fe. I love the exterior design of this vehicle and although I am a tried and true Subaru owner, I wanted to see what the Santa Fe was all about. It exceeded my expectations, as did the service that we received as soon as we walked on the dealership lot on Saturday. I have only had the vehicle for 3 days however I am absolutely certain that I made the right choice in vehicle as well as in the company that I will be dealing with for the time that I own my vehicle. I know that if I call Kevin, he will be attentive. There are so many awesome features on this vehicle that I know I'll be calling or stopping in soon for him to remind me of how to operate them all!

I'd heard great things about Irwin's in general; that on top of having heard nothing but excellent reviews on the Hyundai's, I knew Carl would point me in the right direction. And he did exactly that. Taking into account my needs and knowing my driving history he immediately knew what would work best for me: The Santa Fe Sport, AWD. This is not the first car we have purchased from Frank in fact he is one of the main reasons we go to this dealership. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. I was purchasing my third hyundai santa fe ( I love them ) . We also have a hyundai tuscon and a hyundai accent (purchased thru Frank). They also found the best interest rate they could. All options were explained to us and he also took the time to review a lot of the features with the car. We started out a little rough. My husband and I entered the dealership and waited for some time before approaching someone who looked as if they worked there and asked for a salesperson. I was actually thinking of leaving the dealership when no one approached us for so long but am glad we did not leave .Once David DeGrace was sent over to assist us, all went GREAT! David was a pleasure to work with. He was very attentive and made sure to ask alot of questions as to what we were looking for in our purchase. David was great at the whole process, right down to the delivery of our "new" used car. He did not rush through just to get us out the door. He spent the time to truely explain how the options worked in the vehicle. I believe David made this a positive experience. I will most definately send people to deal with David! And just to make a note about our finance person...He was great too! I unfortunately did not grab his business card but he was a pleasure as well!

Bought the exact used car I was looking for at a good price from Adham. Then I had a problem with the car the first week. Figured they'd give me the runaround like every other dealer. Couldn't have been more wrong! They fixed the problem and any future problems related to the repair. I was so stunned by the whole experience I actually brought cookies to the dealership! They're 45 minutes away from me, but I would drive further for service of this quality.

Purchasing a vehicle is always said to be stressful, But we have to beg to differ. We went up to Irwin's looking for the right vehicle, and ended up finding two. The sales team at Irwin's was extremely friendly and helpful. Not just our sales person, but all of them. We personally worked with Adham Darwish for both vehicles, and his service was outstanding. He was very knowledeable and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We did not feel like we were being pressured and the entire process was stress free which gives a sense of comfort. I am very pleased with the entire team over at Irwin's. They have a great system over there and eveyone works well together, which makes for a pleasant work environment for employees, which in turn makes for an awesome buying experience!! I have been very pleased with Irwin's Hyundai service department. My 2006 Elantra has 150,000 miles on it and they keep it running smoothly and safely. When it came time to purchase a Elantra, I thought I'd try out their sales department. In their showroom they have a plaque that says words to the effect that they understand that consumers have resources available and access to information, that they will answer questions honestly and that they will give the buyer "room to breathe." And in fact that is exactly what they did: I worked with Frank Cacciatore and found him to be a consummate professional. He knew the product line inside and out. He was very responsive to any questions and issues that arose. He explained the features of different trim levels expertly. We were able to get to a very realistic price (which beat out a high volume, big city dealer) very easily and with no drama. The financing through Hyundai Credit was smooth. In fact the whole experience was just as smooth as my new car rides. I would happily recommend Irwin Hyundai and Frank Cacciatore to anyone.

I had brought my newly purchased car in for it's first oil change and multipoint inspection. Service Writers were friendly, accommodating and proactive in informing me of the recommended mileage service approaching, but not pushy and we scheduled my next visit. I have had the pleasure of working with Matt Cheverie in the past and I am glad to see he joined up with Irwin's, it was nice to see a familiar face.In addition, I had not had a chance to report back on Sales until now. THE BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesperson Adham went above and beyond to find us the vehicle that fit our needs within our budget, we gave him what we were looking for and budget and he did all of the legwork. The entire atmosphere in the dealership was non pushy family friendly and for the first time ever in all my years buying a vehicle it was enjoyable. It was the 6th dealership we visited this month and had I known how great it would be we would have stopped here first.

I was approched my crystal and she was so welcoming, unlike other dealerships i didn't feel like i was being stalked ... she asked me what i was looking for and price range we looked at a few vehicles and she knew i was just browsing and not looking to buy right then and there which i really appreciated . i felt like she asked all the right questions aand actually got to know me as a person and know my needs. she wasn't hassleing me to jump into something. Belknap Hyundai and later Irwin Hyundai have been doing the maintenance work on my 2007 Entourage since I purchased it used in 2010. I was impressed by quality of the Entourage and was disappointed that Hyundai discontinued the van line. I have always been very happy with the quality and cost of repairs at the dealership. My wife and I decided to trade up our Entourage to a crossover SUV and made a short list of cars to check out including the Santa Fe, Chevy Traverse and Toyota Highlander. Our first stop was at Irwin Hyundai and we sat down with Adham Darwish. He was very knowledgeable and low key in his approach. We test drove the Santa Fe and loved the 7 passenger GLS. It has plenty of seating for the grandkids, almost as much carrying capacity as our Entourage plus AWD and heated leather seats. Adham and the business manager gave us such a good deal we closed that night and never saw the competition.

If there was a 2.5 star review, they would get it because we had a totally split experience. The salesmen were fine. Not pushy and we agreed on a fine price on a loaded base-model Elantra (18,300). Then the fun started. The financing woman was very pushy. Know your facts and stick to them when you go in there, people. Hyundai/Irwin offers several kinds of supplemental insurance. I understand it's the financing person's job to sell these kinds of insurance. I don't think they're valuable, but hey, some people like Justin Bieber, so everybody has different taste. We were offered an extension on the 5-year, 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. You can make it a 10-year, 100,000 warranty for a mere $2,000 extra! I told the financing person: We drive 20,000 to 25,000 miles a year, so the extended warranty wouldn't get us anywhere time-wise, it was really a warranty from 60,0001 miles to 99,999. I don't believe we'll have $2,000 of work done, especially since the powertrain is still under warranty up to 100,000 miles anyway. "Oh," she said. "My husband is a mechanic and I assure you, if you don't think you're going to spend $2,000 in repairs, you've got another thing coming." I won't argue about how the financing person drives her vehicles. Suffice to say, we drive almost exclusively on interstate roads and we don't put our car up on jacks and red-line the engine just for fun (and if we did: powertrain warranty!). But to tell somebody "you've got another thing coming" is not appropriate. We declined the coverage. Thanks for making us feel like jerks. ... Or that you're a jerk. There were other insurance offers. We could insure the exterior and interior of the car as well. "What happens if you run over wet paint and then there's paint on the car?" "Then I have paint on my car." Do you want to buy "gap" insurance, so when your car depreciates when you roll it off the lot, you have insurance to pay off the outstanding loan balance? Uh, no. We put "money down" on the car, thus our regular insurance payout would cover the "gap" between what we owe and the value of the car as determined by our insurance agency. But whatever. I did mostly Internet price research and Irwin had some of the best prices I found. The salesmen were fine to deal with. Maybe this is how they make back the money they're leaving on the table with their pricing. I don't know. It was not a pleasant experience. I look forward to buying a car on eBay.

Irwins has a kids waiting room with toys and a TV that is seperate from the adult waiting room, so our daughters noise didnt make anyone else's time there unpleasant.

It was time to trade in the Azera and my wife likes the Sonata Turbo. We shopped around and the price at Irwin was so good we drove up from Portsmouth! When we got there, the car was ready, full tank of gas, and all the paperwork was ready to go. I was looking for a new to me car. I spent well over a month looking on line, traveling around my state, test driving, researching. I was very frustrated after meeting with several sales people who didn't seem to understand what I was looking for. Joe at Irwin's was fantastic!!! I felt very at ease immediately with him and Irwin's. I live less than 5 miles from the dealership but had never thought of them, then I was driving by and noticed they had alot of inventory that fit the criteria I was looking for. I was very pleased with my experience at Irwin Hyundai. My wife and myself are from New York City and we were visiting my parents in New Hampshire for the week. We were telling then about our interest in possibly buying a car when we got back home to NY and they suggested instead to take a look in NH. I did some research online and then I came across Irwin Hyundai and decided to go and possibly test drive a car. When we got there we were helped by Joe Collie. I cannot say enough good things about the service we received from him. He was very polite and answered all of our questions and when we test drove the Hyundai Sonata and liked it, he gave us a very good price for the car. We decided to buy it right there and then. We then had him take a look at our 2007 Toyota Yaris to value it for a trade in and he gave us a very fair price for that. The whole process was very smooth and hassle free. After the deal was done and we were given the keys, Joe spent another 15-20 minutes with us to make sure we understood how to use all of the cars features and everything. Being from NYC I know sometimes the car dealers around here tend to be very pushy, manipulative and always try to rip you off. It was the exact opposite at Irwin as they are the kind of business that wants to do the right thing for their customers and not just squeeze every possible dollar out of them. It good business practice for them because now I feel motivated to write a review and share my positive experience for the benefit of others who are in the market for a new car.

Shamus was very helpful in helping me in pricing my new car providing phone calls and e mails as well. When i arrived Adham was waiting and showed me the GLS and the GT Elantra that i went tro see. He took us on a test drive in both models and expleaned all the features. Aftering returning to the dealership he went over bumper to bumper. After we decided which model we wanted, He was very helpful in us buying the car of our choice. One of the best thing was I was never pressured in buying anything. I want another car I will call Irwin and hope to see both Shamus and adham. I would like to give all big tens in everything.Gerry

Service technicians were fantastic. They did a great job explaining the work needed as part of a regular service trip, and also explained what else might need to be taken care of in the future. They did not push any unneeded work on me. Staff was very friendly and work was completed quickly - less time than they had estimated. Cost of service was reasonable. Overall an excellent experience and I will continue to have them service my vehicle!

The entire Hyundai Team is amazing. From the moment I call to let them know that a piece of my shifter broke on my 2012 Sonata until the time I left the dealership was a great experience. I called to let them know that a piece of my shifter broke off when I tried to put it into park and made an appointment on my lunch break. When I went in, they told me there was also a recall on something to do with the brake. I asked if they could give me a lift to work because I only had a 1/2 hour (at that time 25 minutes). The service technician was there and said that if I could wait they would have me back to work in 20 and since it was warranty and recall they would just mail me the information. I was a little skeptical but agreed to stay. True to their word, my car was done in 20 minutes and I was on my way, back to work in time.

After almost a year of searching for just the right vehicle, we stopped into Irwin Hyundai to take a look at what Hyundai had to offer. They had a great selection of vehicles, and after trying several we were able to find one with all the features we had been hoping for. They were great about not pressuring us into purchasing, and even allowed us to take it overnight to really get a feel for how it would work for our family. Once we decided to purchase our Hyundai Touring, our salesman really worked with us to come up with a payment that would fit our budget. Even the loan closing was a breeze, with no high pressure sales to buy the extras, just information that would educate us on making our decision without being desperate to sell us add ons. (Like our last experience at another local dealership). Even after the sale, John has been great about answering any questions that have come up. We would definitely recommend Irwins to anyone.

I had a great experience with Irwin Hyundai recently. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure at all here yet they were definitely willing to negotiate with me. My 9 year old son tagged along for most of the process and the hospitality shown by Irwin's employees really made us feel relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere is down to earth for sure and only confirmed my decision to buy local and stay out of the larger cities. I also walked out of there confident that I got a fair and competitive price on my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends and I hope to have a similar experience with their service department in the future. Have I also mentioned that I LOVE my new Santa Fe Sport.

Before coming to Irwin, I went to couple other dealers and also did my own research. So I knew what I wanted in my new 2013 Sonata and what would be a fair monthly payment and down payment to lease it. I presented those numbers to Ed and initially he came back saying it was low but finally agreed. So in the hope of getting a better deal, I went back to the other dealers I dealt with to see if they could beat Irwin's offer. But both dealers simply couldn't match the offer let alone beat it. So I was satified that I got a good deal.I then called Ed and asked him to proceed with the paperwork. We did most of this on the phone or through email so when I came to pick up the car, all I had to do was sign the papers and I was good to go. A small personal note about Ed - He was extremely professional throughout the whole process. He was patient and listened to what I had to say. Not once did he pressure me to do anything I wasn't willing to do. He answered all of my questions. Ed was also kind enough to wait for me beyond 7pm (regular working hours) to pick up the car despite the fact that it was raining heavily on that day. Overall, I had a great experience with Irwin. Thanks to Ed, the process was smooth, efficeint and hassle free. I am yet to experience their service department and I hope to have similar experience with them as well. I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a Hyundai.

I found the exact car I wanted online on your web page and emailed from that sight that I was very interested in 2012 Red Elantra Limited. I received a quick response from you and we emailed a few more times about different things. When I arrived at your dealership I asked for Joe Collie who was busy with another customer at the time, but it was only a few minutes wait..until he came to great me, and had someone take me to the car I wanted to look at while he was finishing up with his other customer. I then took a test drive, was given the best test route directions, when I returned, Joe was waiting to help me purchase my car. He was efficient, kind, and curtious, and everything progressed quickly and without any hastle. Then Scott Chavanelle assisted with all the financing, he was also friendly , and kind and efficent. I needed a new vehicle and researched about what to get. I decided on Hyundai. I loved the Tuscon but my 2nd choice was SantaFe. After contacting several dealerships. Irwin Hyundai was the only dealership out of 7 that didn't pressure me or speak to me like some used car dealers do with their fast talk. After several conversations my husband and I went to Irwin. We met with Joe Orlando. Our credit wasn't good so we didn't know what we could afford. Joe sat us down and had is fill out a credit app before even looking at the vehicles so we'd know exactly what we could qualify for. I had originally contacted him about a 2008 Hyundai Tuscon. Joe had to work hard to get us qualified, like I said our credit was bad! He finally found a bank that would take a chance on us without killing us with interest. Joe came back and knowing I really wanted the Tuscon, went round and round with the bank to make the Tuscon fit their perameters. They took our trade (which was 23yrs old), they paid the bank fees, and just went above and beyond to get me that Tuscon. After test driving I loved it even more! Then we met with Scott Chavanelle to do the paperwork. He explained everything, took his time with us and was equally great! I drove home in my new Tuscon! Our experience there at Irwin I just couldn't believe. You really feel like you're with friends who go above and beyond to give you what you want. After we were home I must have gotten 5 or 6 emails thanking Me! Then they give you all kinds of free coupons for maintenance and other things. Not only would I recommend this dealership but I wouldn't go anywhere else! If you go to any other delearship and not Irwin you're making a mistake!

We bought a Hyundai SantaFe and within 6 months it needed a new transmission. Hyundai does not replace it with a new on but a rebuilt on. Multiple other problems with this car until the engine went. Hyundai and Irwin refused to work with us saying it was our fault.Since then we have found web sites citing numerous complaints with Hyundai products and Hyundais failure to honor their warrantee.

I had a great experience with Irwin Hyundai. I had to buy a new car in a short time frame, since my previous car was rear-ended and totaled. I went through several dealers in Maine and New Hampshire. Irwin's salesmen Steve and Ed were highly professional, knowledgeable and I never felt pressured. Irwin's finance person Scott explained me all the papers that I was signing. He was professional, knowledgeable and very nice. Irwin's prices are very competitive and they will not try to take advantage you either with pricing or financing. I think they deserve the reputation that they have and I would enthusiastically recommend Irwin Hyundai to anyone. Irwin Hyundai e-mailed me several times even after my purchase, which indicates that they actually care about their customers before and after the purchase. They will be my number 1 choice next time I buy a car as well. Thank you Irwin for making my experience so much better!

I've been pleased with the service I've received and would defintely recommend my friends and family to buy their next car there. You may or may not be able to find the car you want at a lower price at another dealership but I bet you wont find another dealership as committed to service as these guys. Keep up the good work!

I shopped dealers in Mass and NH and Irwin had the car I wanted. They were courteous, friendly and not at all pushy and quoted a fair price. The questions I had after the sale were answered promptly and the salesman even remembered my name.

I bought my 2010 Accent from the previous owner of Irwin Hyundai, so was a bit worried about the transition to new ownership this past year. The service team, headed by Rick, is still in place, though, and they still do a fantastic job on all fronts: timeliness, ease of making an appointment, price, and being able to explain patiently what the options are. I have had no issues and go to the service area just for oil changes and inspection, and I expect this to continue since Hyundai is such a great car. I love my Accent Blue.

I droped my 2011 Sonata off for service, I had called the day before and was given an appointment first thing the next morning. I was given a loner car so I could make it to work.I recieved a call around 11:00am that my car was ready, after work (4:00 ish) I went to pick up my car and was plesantly surprised to find it not only fixed but washed and vaccumed. One of my reasons for choosing this car and dealer was their great service,location and reliability. I wanted to be "taken care of" and I am! Thank You!

Coming into the Irwin Zone has always been a very pleasant experience for me and my family. The employees always treat you like family and their is never any pressure to make a purchase. I was able to my schedule my cars for service back to back and was given an outstaning price for mounting an balancing tires that were not purchased at the dealership. I was also made aware that for my next tire purchase Irwin will match the price with free rotations.

I had a major clutch problem that could have caused an accident......The dealership I bought my car from told me that's just the way Hyundai makes their standards. The clutch can be a little touchy but will loosen up in time. It was getting to the point where the car clutch was stuck on the floor and sometime you had to pump it a few times and it would come back up. Sometimes I could not change gears while in traffic. I would be in 3rd but I would put my foot on the clutch and it would stick to the floor and I could not get to the next gear. I was so scared to drive this car for the longest time. Rick at Irwins said "bring it in I think I know what the problem is....here's a car for you to use". Then he called to tell me they fixed the problem and it was all covered. I was so happy with the staff and the great service that I can't thank Irwins enough. I feel like they also helped avoid me getting in a major accident with this car. It runs great now and I'm so happy. I will be telling everyone about them and hope to be getting a Tuson or maybe another Sonata sometime in the future and if I do it's going to come from them.

Our overall experience may have been better if your finance department had paid better attention. Our experience with your sales staff (Nick Brough) was the only reason we didn't just cancel everything and walk out your door. He saved the sale that the people in the office were otherwise chasing out the door. There were way too many "Paperwork Errors", leading to too many return trips to your dealership, too many phone calls to try to fix their mistakes, time that I had to take off of work, not to mention the time my wife missed as well. They lost my insurance binder, so we had to chase that down again for them. And the last experience, of having my date of birth wrong, they had a photocopy of my licence right there. leading to you putting the incorrect inspection sticker on the car, which lead to more confusion when I went to register it. So I guess I'm kind of on the fence as to weather I would or could recommend you. If I do, it will be directly related to your sales staff only.

I called the dealership looking for an appt for an oil change for the Sat b4 4th of July. I believe I called on that Thursday, not really expecting to get in. They gave me my choice of 2 times. When I arrived there I was taken right in and did not have to wait at all. I got out of there in a decent time frame and was able to continue on with my holdiday weekend.

I was able to work directly with the General Sales Manager, Matt Kelley, and he was great. Where else do you get to sit with the boss and buy a car?? Belknap Hyundai is a small, family owned and operated dealership, which makes it much more relaxed and actually enjoyable to buy a vehicle! And to top it off, their price was just as low, if not better, than every other Hyundai dealer we went to. I highly recommend that you give them a try!

Last year we went to Belknap Hyundai to look at a '08 Veracruz we found on their website that we ultimately ended up purchasing. We had a perfect experience there. First off, their prices were fantastic. Between the deal they gave us and the kickbacks from Hyundai at the time I think we paid less that what we'd paid for our '02 Santa Fe when it was new. On top of that, we were able to negotiate some extras into the deal. They were very happy to work with us. There was plenty of back and forth but no games or tricks -- very straightforward.The sales experience itself was very friendly and professional. My wife and I took individual test drives. The kids had plenty to do inside the small dealership while mom then dad did their thing. When the deal was wrapped up, they handled everything including delivering the car to us in S. NH and taking the trade back to the dealership. The car arrived spotless with all options installed and working. The salesperson came along to make sure everything was perfect.

I went in to buy a used Jeep, and traded in a used Jeep. When we found the vehicle we wanted, it was missing some things, like 2 cupholders, and a rearview mirror. Additionally, the battery was dead when we went to take it for a test drive. They assured me that the battery would be charged when i bought it, and filled out a 'we owe' slip for the cupholders, a spare key, a rearview mirror etc.... the next day i picked up the vehicle and teh battery died on me later that day, so they came out and replaced it with a brand new battery. Now... a month and a half later, i still haven't seen any of the parts i need (cupholders, rearview mirror etc...) except for once...when they sent me the wrong cupholders and the wrong rearview mirror. Alex is the manager and service manager, and is very nice, but an absolute FLAKE when it comes to actually managing the business. The younger alex is about 14 years old and is absolutely clueless when it comes to sales, service and creating recurring business. I believe this dealership just wants you to come in and buy a car, and they don't care if you ever come back.
