We had such a great experience at this dealership. Our salesperson, Adam, was really incredible and so knowledgeable about the vehicle. Charlie in finance was also great at taking time and explaining options to us. We were very nervous about buying used but the vehicle was certified and that made us more confident. Adam even offered to go over the vehicle details with my daughter after we surprised her with this gift. I highly recommend this dealership! We were just thrilled with everything!

Purchased a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus and the SUV is very good. Irwin Lincoln in Freehold was also very good to deal with. My only disappointment is that I did not realize the car came only with regular cruise control and not dynamic cruise control. My 2018 MKZ came with dynamic and I just assumed, without double checking, that the top of line Nautilus 3 years later should include it. I miss it. Steve.

The intake receptionist was courteous and efficient and projected a desire to satisfy any needs I had. The Service Manager explained what would be done, was open to all questions, and went over more details after car service was complete. I was pleased with everyone's attentiveness.

Although the car, MKC, is excellent what took the sales over the top was the salesperson Steve Spertos.Very knowledgeable about the product. Took his time and explained everything about the dealership and most importantly took his time with the sale (lease) and a thorough explanation of the vehicle.PS: Why isn't Steve Spertos' name listed below?

Car was represented to have a clean Carfax and accident free, when the paint started peeling off the front bumper I took it to the body shop only to find out it had in fact the car had been in an accident. Repeated phone calls to the used car manager go unanswered. Some decent customer service after the sale would've been nice. BUYER BEWRE!!!

Steve was very knowledgeable, very patient and extremely courteous throughout the process of selecting the right vehicle. Of all the vehicles we test drove at the MKX price level, our 2016 MKX Crossover is by far of the best ride and best value.

This is our second MKZ-HYB that we acquired. We traded a 2014 version for the current 2016 version. While the changes are evolutionary The new one has improved the quirks of the original (so they listened to the users comments). Our sales representative was fully prepared for us with the information we needed to complete the deal--we had a great experience with him 2 years ago. The desired vehicle was available within 2 hr although we picked up the next day. Due to great response and preparation the deal took less time than the paperwork. and signatures.

I am on my fourth lease from Irwin I have looked elsewhere but always go back to Irwin they are honest, friendly customer oriented and always available. I will continue to lease because I have the same salesman who is always available no matter how small the problem. Their service dept has always accomadated me because I have some health issues but they have gone beyond my expectations for service.

15 years ago we visited Irwin Lincoln in need of a new car. Although I had just come from work and probably looked homeless, we were treated like royalty by every member of the staff. We drove away in a Continental that served us well for years. My daughter actually gave the car a hug when we traded it in yesterday on an MKS. Yes, we went back to Irwin. Michael and Wayne went out of their way to make us feel at home. Matthew and Chuck made sure the financing went smooth and Janno was right there to answer any questions we had. (Tell your dad to be careful on those bikes Janno!) Not your typical bunch of car salesmen. Hopefully we'll get many years from this car and when it gets tired, you'll find us back at Irwin Lincoln.

Dealing with Irwin Lincoln has been a delight. My salesman Mike Minneci was wonderful... He did everything to make us happy when purchasing our new Lincoln MKX. He was so sweet and couldn't do enough to help us find the car in the right color and with the equipment we wanted. He even had everything prepared and ready when we came to pick up the car and didn't have to wait hours like we used to. I definitely recommend dealing with Mike Minneci.. Ok where to begin. I purchased my car and was very happy with both the no pressure and price on my new MKZ. From there everything went down hill quickly. I dive the car one day to the mall with the sunroof open, came out opened the sunroof and it cracked. Service said a rock hit it or something because there was a missing piece of glass. I tried to explain that is what happens when glass breaks, a piece cracks off at the stress point. there was no other pings or dents on the car from any rock. I had to call Lincoln and complain that is was a brand new car with maybe 1,000 and they offered to fix it. When I got the car back the inside where they replaced the sun roof was really dirty on the fabric from someones hands. Then I started having problems with the electronics on the car. I had the center screen go dark (no display), the buttons on the steering wheel not respond, the ambien lighting on the car just reset. they said they updated the software twice and it should fix the problems. So far so good.Next problem, when they got my car I guess they traded another dealer for the car. They gave it to me with tinted windows. I found it very hard to drive since the reflection from the side windows made it look like there was always a car because it reflected the vent. The back window at night made the car lights behind be oblong. after dealing with this for a few months I could not take it any longer so I asked them to remove the tint off the windows. after a fight they agreed. What a mistake when I received the car back 2 days later I could not take the smell. whatever they used to remove the tint smelled up the car really bad! When I finally did take back the car I noticed the side and back windows were ALL scratched up! After fighting with them and dealing with Carlos not calling me back and when he did screaming at me like a crazy man they agreed to put in writing a letter that they would cover any costs involved if I was charged to the windows and then a $500 escrow. When they finally replaced the back window and I got my car back I had 5 issues. The smell, the glass I found all over my car, the cut fabric by the speaker, the glass in the speaker and lastly the person with the dirty hands all over the back of my car. so again I gave my car back for them to fix. If you believe a car can have a curse, this is it. At this point I want to give back the car and get a new one. I believe I have the PROBLEM car but I cannot get anyone to call me back and discuss this. But it is in the back of my head the car has gone back 2 times already for electronics, once more and we are talking lemon law. The car now had 3k miles on it and is now 4 months old. should I have this many problems with a new car???

I was following the MKC since it was announced. I sent Wayne a ton of e-mails before ordering the car, and after I ordered it. He always answered my questions timely and kept me in the loop of the latest MKC news and news on my MKC. He even set me up with Date Night and it was truly a great weekend. Sometimes car sales people have a bad reputation for being shady, I know I dealt with some in the past, but that was not the case with Irwin. Wayne was a pleasure to work with, friendly, honest and trust worthily. There were no "games" played over the price. I really enjoyed working with him. He is also very knowledgeable on the MKC and showed me all the features.I would highly recommend Irwin and especially Wayne Calabretta. I am extremely loyal to the brand and I look forward to working with Wayne on my next lease!!

I picked up my car on Saturday, May 3rd. Everything went well,, but when I got home and inspected the car again, I saw scratches in the one of the doors (driver's side) which was poorly repaired with touch up paint. There is also a minor dent in the same general area. Did not expect this to be overlooked when the car was prepped for delivery.

Horrible ,Wayne tells us to come . We drove There and the car we came for was not there. He tell us some stupid storyAnd he wants to call us on wed. We called on wed and Wayne was off and the car was sold Already . All the time and driving for nothing. What a liar he is.
