Adam was a great salesman! So very helpful and kind. He made everything simple and easy! And the manager was also very nice too. Everyone and every thing about the sale, from start to finish was great! I would recommend this place to anybody if looking for a Mazda or Lincoln.

Through the stress of a car shortage, I was fortunate enough to try Irwin Lincoln where I dealt with Jeff!! From my initial contact to the day the deal was complete, this was by far the best experience I have ever had leasing a car. I found Jeff to be very knowledgeable. We had such a great experience at this dealership. Our salesperson, Adam, was really incredible and so knowledgeable about the vehicle. Charlie in finance was also great at taking time and explaining options to us. We were very nervous about buying used but the vehicle was certified and that made us more confident. Adam even offered to go over the vehicle details with my daughter after we surprised her with this gift. I highly recommend this dealership! We were just thrilled with everything!

Purchased a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus and the SUV is very good. Irwin Lincoln in Freehold was also very good to deal with. My only disappointment is that I did not realize the car came only with regular cruise control and not dynamic cruise control. My 2018 MKZ came with dynamic and I just assumed, without double checking, that the top of line Nautilus 3 years later should include it. I miss it. Steve.

The intake receptionist was courteous and efficient and projected a desire to satisfy any needs I had. The Service Manager explained what would be done, was open to all questions, and went over more details after car service was complete. I was pleased with everyone's attentiveness.

Traded in my '08 MKZ. Looked on line to Irwin Lincoln which is close to my home. Saw the exact car i wanted. I was fortunate to meet the owner Jay the next day. I test drove the '17 w him. Car drove like a dream. Purchased it the next day. I will always drive a Lincoln. It handles beyond all expectations!!!

Buying a car was a pleasure. Steve S was not the typical salesman and was patient and explained everything. No hidden costs and no games. The finance with Chuck also was smooth and calm experience. I truly felt like a customer and would absolutely recommend to others.

Irwin Lincoln and Steve Spertos our sales rep were simply outstanding. They simplified the leasing process and without any hidden cost. Steve was very knowledgeable, very patient and extremely courteous throughout the process of selecting the right vehicle. Of all the vehicles we test drove at the MKX price level, our 2016 MKX Crossover is by far of the best ride and best value.

My experience was pleasant with buying a vehicle. I saw the car online, while searching all over for a car and found this as the best car, almost no mileage, at the best price, and the nicest, professional, sales person named Gill. Ask for Gill Truedsson. He will help you. He took the time & energy to show me everything with operating the inside of the car and walking me through the process with ease. I purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKX. I love the car.

We consider Wayne as the top sales person around. He follows-up and makes sure the Customer is happy. Irwin is very lucky to have him. Irwin's service department is excellent. Steve know all his Customer by name, when a customer walks in the door he greets them with a big smile. That smile is like saying, we are so glad to see you. Another Star for the Irwin team. Good management, keep up the great work. Satisfied employees bring more than satisfied customer. Wanted to lease a new car for my daughter. I did everything over the phone and online. When I showed up to get the car all I had to do was sign on the dotted line. Everything was done ahead of time and waiting for me. Got a great deal. They beat out all of my local dealers prices. Jay was an excellent guy, gave me a great price, took pictures of the car with a bow on it so I could wrap it for Christmas and even spent time with my daughter in the car to show her all the features and how they work. Would definitely buy here again.

Visited Irwin Lincoln Mercury last week for a 2016 Lincoln MKZ. Process could not have been easier. All paperwork was ready when I arrived and I was done signing in less than a half hour. Jay went over the entire car with me sparing no details. Carlos was extremely easy to contact during the whole process. This is my second transaction with Irwin Motors and they now have a customer for life. Great job by everyone!

I went in to purchase my first car and was greeted by Mike M. He was very friendly and helpful in helping me select the right car for me and giving me more than enough options to look for. Once the car was selected, the process was very smooth in getting me approved and helping me setup the payments. 15 years ago we visited Irwin Lincoln in need of a new car. Although I had just come from work and probably looked homeless, we were treated like royalty by every member of the staff. We drove away in a Continental that served us well for years. My daughter actually gave the car a hug when we traded it in yesterday on an MKS. Yes, we went back to Irwin. Michael and Wayne went out of their way to make us feel at home. Matthew and Chuck made sure the financing went smooth and Janno was right there to answer any questions we had. (Tell your dad to be careful on those bikes Janno!) Not your typical bunch of car salesmen. Hopefully we'll get many years from this car and when it gets tired, you'll find us back at Irwin Lincoln.

MY WIFE AND i WENT TO BUY A NEW MKS. We were told to ask for Jay Irwin. This guy didn't want to bother with us. He was not friendly. He didn't have any product knowledge about the car. I also asked about a used MKS. He pointed to a dirty one and said there. He didn't offer us a road test. All I can say is "STAY AWAY".

I recently leased a new MKX Lincoln from this dealer and all I can say is WOW! I was treated like a KING here. I shopped around and they beat the best payment I could find by $12 a month without negotiating. They truly did help me with leasing the car. Made sure it was the right vehicle for my family and I and were totally concentrated on my best interest. Bravo Irwin!
