Went for a free oil change. Very friendly staff. I just feel the wait should have been shorter for the services provided. An oil change should take no more than 30 minutes. I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes

Beside's the customer product great customer service, between Joseph Digarba the sales Manager and Daniel Sinnoan who was excellent. Helping me set up my bluetooth and having everything processed within a day was great also Sorry don't remember the finance gentelman but he was great also.

fast , courteous, had a customer svc rep walk around and check on you, everything always clean, tv and coffee avail, was waiting for my car to go into work, made sure they had me out reasonable , explain in detail work done and needs to be done

I recently bought a used car from island mazda. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by sales consultant Phil Dugo. His energy was amazing , he offered me a bottle of water and made me feel very comfortable.He fought for me and got me a great deal. He was very professional. The whole process took 1 hr . Joe D and Steve also were very friendly. I definitely recommend Phil Dugo and the island mazda team!!!

He listened to what I was saying and got me exactly what I was looking for. Then we meet with Joe D the manager and he was also amazing. There was no pressure in upgrading me to another vehicle. I recently leased a Mazda CX-3 with Island Mazda, and could not ask for a better experience especially thanks to my sales consultant, Phil Dugo, who was beyond excellent! Phil is extremely friendly, charismatic, energetic and a genuine person who went out of the way to make sure I was informed, comfortable and at the end of the day did what was best for me. He treated me like family from the moment I first entered Island Mazda. The finance process was also smooth with no tricks. I would recommend anyone to Island Mazda, and especially to Phil Dugo!

I had a problem with the turbo on my CX7. Their estimate was a little higher than my local mechanic. However the service person explained why. Certified Mazda tech and parts! Went ahead and got it done and I'm very happy with the service.

I wasn't sure what car I was going to get my lease was almost up and I was way over on my miles so I message my old Mazda salesman Freddy Bosco he set up a time to meet him and he showed me a few different brands of suvs and when we drove the Mazda and he showed me all the great safety features the car had and how it would fit my needs I was finally done car shopping I will definitely be back for another Mazda and would recommend anyone else looking for a Mazda to look up Freddy Bosco on Facebook he treated me great

I blew the tranny in y 03 Mazda 3. Everyone said junk it. I took it into Island looking to get a few bucks toward a new car. These guys in service said I was crazy! They gave me a great price and replaced my tranny and I'm back on the road.

I went to Mazda knowing what car I wanted to test drive and I felt very welcomed. They did not try to sell me a car I wasn't looking to buy and I felt no pressure at all when deciding on my purchase. This purchase was my first car ever and I couldn't of asked for a better experience. It was a great pleasure to work with Michael Daniel to process a paperwork to lease a new Mazda 6. The service level was very high and kind of seamless to me. Time went fast and I received a deal I was looking for. A negotiation process was reasonable and I meat my expectations. I was quite surprised that my vehicle was inspected and registered while I was waiting. I am coming soon to replace my second car with Mazda 6 as well. I definitely will recommend this dealership to my friends.

I went car shopping at Island Mazda and I reside in queens. I was looking at the new 2016 mazda mx-5. The sales consultant Christina Buhagair knew what I was looking for and made sure that I was getting a vehicle to satisfy all of my needs. She went through all the different options of this vehicle in detail and gave me a breakdown in the pricing for this vehicle. She gave me detailed pricing of each monthly payment and which options were more beneficial to me. Christina was with me from start to finish, and answered all of the questions that I threw at her about the vehicle. Most importantly she also followed up with me after I made the purchase, just to make sure I'm pleased with the vehicle. That truly shows how much she cares for her customers. The manager and her staff were all very polite and had great customer service. They definitely made this a great experience and also a fun one.
