This is the most impressive used car dealership that I have ever dealt with in my 64 years. If only every car dealership could be like Ivey Motors. Kevin Ivey and his team are true professionals. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Ivey Motors and each time it is a unbelievable experience. They take the time to show the vehicles features and walk you patiently through the financing options. Kevin Ivey does a great job bringing in vehicles that he himself would own and you can tell he is very passionate about what he does. I look forward to dealing with Kevin and his team in the future. I highly recommend them as a company that delivers excellence in an industry that sometimes lacks that.

I had been looking for a used Lexus ct200h and through an internet search Ivery Motors came up.I stopped by to look at the car and was instantly impressed with this place. The car was immaculate and salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy, which I liked. I was thrilled when the salesperson reached out to me a week or so later and told me the car had a price reduction. I decided to go by and drive it. The rest is history. They made the trade in and purchase of my car so easy. What a great car buying experience. I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come. Thank you Ivey Motors!

Kevin and his staff did an amazing job of helping us find a beautiful Audi A5 Quattro Convertible with a rating of 92% on Carfax and a like site! We were impressed with the straightforward no hassle selling. Comparatively, we had worked with another dealer that was and still is bugging us on a weekly basis to come in and "get a great deal" even after requesting to be removed from the call cycle on the salesman's roster. This was our first new used car purchase and we feel that we did get a great deal on the entire transaction from purchase price to trade in value on the vehicle we traded. Also, Ivey Motors was very upfront with the fees that tend to be buried in the paperwork with other dealers and the fees were the lowest of any dealer that we shopped. Kevin has gone above and beyond our expectations and we look forward to recommending him to our friends and family and will return to him when we are in need of a new vehicle in the future!

The staff greeted me as if we'd been long time friends and after seeing the car in person, it was every bit as beautiful as the pic's and accurate description had suggested! I had a complete proposal including financing that totally exceeded my expectations within a few minutes of my visit. Buying a car can , at times, be like going to the dentist, but the Ivey Team made it painless & pleasant. I will not hesitate to buy from them again if & when the need arises! In over 25 years of purchasing vehicles both new and used; I have never had a more enjoyable, simple, educational, and humbling experience as I have with Ivey Motorcars. This is NOT your stereotypical car dealership. It's a small intimate, caring, honest, quality, and knowledgeable dealership. The cars on this lot are truly hand selected under what appears to be with the utmost critical eye. It would be hard pressed to find a single flaw with any car on this lot. My wife and I looked nationwide for our recent vehicle purchase (Audi Q5). We looked at new and used alike, after visiting this dealership it was immediately clear that we had found the right place. The Audi that we were shown, looked and drove like it just came directly off from the showroom floor. It was flawless. When it comes to purchasing vehicles I am very discriminating buyer, this concern was put at ease within moments of speaking with Kevin Ivey on the telephone before my visit, and then absolutely confirmed once I met him and his sales agents Dennis and Reed, both offered the same level of integrity that Kevin offered earlier, In over 15 different vehicle purchase's stretching over 25 years, this experience exceeded them all. I will most definitely be returning for the next purchase. Additionally, if you cannot make it to this dealership due to geographical constraints, I am 100% certain that if you were to purchase a vehicle sight-unseen and have it shipped to your home, it would arrive in better condition then you even expected. As I am writing this, it feels like it is a bit overzealous of a review; but it is not. This really is a rare find when it comes to car dealerships (New or Used). I highly recommend them and if what you are looking for is not on their lot, they can source exactly what you need. There is no one that I would trust more to hand-pick me out my next car, as I would Ivey Motorcars. I simply cannot say enough good about these guys. EVERYTHING was handled perfectly.

On Dec. 3, 2014, I was able to purchase my dream vehicle that I had been searching for for months. Me & my husband had the pleasure of working with Michael Hayes at Ivey Motor Cars. It was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. No pressure or hagling back & forth over pricing. Mike Hayes was always upfront, honest and very helpful. Great experience and love my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee!!

As I told Kevin Ivey when we were signing our papers... "I hope you take this in the way that it is intended because I consider this a big compliment. I do NOT feel like I am at a car dealership. I do not feel pressured. I do not feel like people are taking advantage of me. I do not feel mislead. I feel like a friend has helped me find the perfect car for me." All of this is true. At Ivey, its like dealing with friends. They are open, honest, friendly, and laid back. You are treated with respect and openness. No pressure. Nothing is hidden. A first-class operation throughout. Kevin Ivey is a virtual "walking, talking google" when it comes to cars. His knowledge is simply amazing. And he listens. He finds out what you want and seeks to find the perfect match between car and driver. We also dealt with Joel and Mike and both were of a similar mold. The entire team at Ivey is top-notch. As for the car itself... A++. The price was as good or better than anywhere else. And I know that this car has been thoroughly inspected and is of top quality and value. To be honest... These are the adjectives that I would use to describe Ivey Motorcars. These folks are Honest and treat you with Respect & Integrity. Theyll give you a fair trade Value as well as a great Value on your new purchase. Customer Service is what they are all about and they go out of their way to make sure that you get more than you expect. They truly value their Reputation and have built it on all of these qualities and principles. I should know; I am a 59 year old Insurance Agent that has bought dozens of cars from various dealers over the last 35 years. I have experienced all kinds of sales people and these guys are absolutely among the best! After a 30 minute telephone conversation with Kevin Ivey I drove 120 miles (one way) to see if they were as good as I thought, and, fortunately for me, I was not disappointed. I drove to the dealership in a BMW and drove out in a 2011 Lexus LS 460 with fewer than 20,000 miles. It is a beautiful car that is every bit as good as Kevin said it was. I went there as a prospective buyer and left as a satisfied customer that felt like I had just done business with a friend. In November of 2014, I purchased a 2011 BMW 328xi from Ivey Motorcars. My overall experience was excellent. The people were friendly and honest, the prices were fair and reasonable, and the facility was in great condition. In addition, the car I purchased was in top-notch condition. If you're looking for a luxury vehicle, I highly recommend that you check out Ivey Motorcars.

Two years ago I almost bought a car at Ivey and instead decided on another model elsewhere. Recently, I saw the Range Rover Evoke on their lot and drove it on a whim. The car was unique and intriguing. I didn't come out that day expecting to buy a car. I drove away in the Evoke in an hour! The owner and Michael Hayes were wonderful and made the process efficient and pleasant. They let the car sell itself. No harassment, stalking or hovering that can occur even at luxury dealerships. No preconceived impressions of ability to buy based on my attire of sweatpants, cap and questionable hygiene for the day. This was on a Saturday afternoon and my bank was not open. I was expecting to come back on Monday to deliver my car and title for the trade and the check, leaving the Evoke on the lot for the weekend. Instead, I left my trade, drove away in the Evoke and delivered the title and check on Monday. Pleasantly surprised by the human element.

I never dreamed I would by a used car. Until we shopped at Ivey Motorcars. The selection of cars on their lot is incredible. We purchased a 2010 and 2012 Lexus RX350 on Dec 11th 2014. Both cars look brand new! In fact all the cars in their inventory look brand new. Mike, Joel, Reid, and Kevin were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! We got a very fair deal on our trade in too! We also plan to have our cars serviced there too. If you are looking for a great deal on a beautiful luxury automobile go to Ivey Motorcars!! You will not be disappointed! Wonderful experience!

My family has been going to Ivy for the past 5 years when wanting to buy a car. They always have the best of the best in stock, go above and beyond to make the process smooth, and are great folks to work with. These guys work together as a team and really focus on customer service, not just selling a car. If you want to work with a dealership that respects you and treats you like a friend, look no further. These guys also know their stock and make sure you understand how to work your new vehicle. Can't say enough good things about them. My family and I will continue to use them when in the market for cars!

Christmas came to our house early this year when I called Kevin Ivey at Ivey Motorcars in Burlington, NC, about a 2005 Lexus GX470 SUV. Immediately in the conversation I realized Kevin was straightforward in completely answering each question asked with facts and supporting information. It was very refreshing that his words did not contain any sales pitches usually associated in this type of situation. An appointment was set for the next day to look at the SUV. When we arrived we were greeted by Kevin and found the SUV to be exactly as he described (excellent condition) and beyond the expectations we had for it. After a test drive, a close inspection and detailed information about every aspect of the SUV, we completed the purchase transaction and drove it back to Virginia. I am most thankful for the complete honesty and integrity we found in dealing with Kevin and Ivey Motorcars. We have owned several Lexus automobiles over the years and have always appreciated the way Lexus dealerships treat their customers but Ivey Motorcars demonstrated to us a new level of customer care and impeccable professionalism in the way they handle their business. We have owned the GX470 for one month today and are still thrilled with the whole experience of the purchase and ownership. To be sure, we will be contacting Kevin for any maintenance on this SUV and possible future purchases. Honesty and integrity are rare commodities this day and time and we found them in abundant supply at Ivey Motorcars.

I have never liked the experience of buying a vehicle....until I brought my Tahoe from Ivey Motorcars. From the vehicles on the lot, the facility, to the staff....the entire experience was awesome from start to finish. Mike went the extra mile to get the best rate and the best deal in a professional and courteous manner. Buying a vehicle from a "dealership" doesn't come close to doing business with Ivey Motorcars. If you are looking for a top quality used car, do yourself a favor and look at Ivey's before going anywhere else. You'll be glad you did. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Thanks Mike and Kevin for changing the way I feel about buying a vehicle again.

This sales staff went above and beyond as far as I am concerned ! The car I purchased surpassed my expectations in every aspect ! I would say even though it was 2 years old it was pretty much in show room condition ! I traveled well over 200 miles to pick it up as no one in the Charleston SC area had anything close to the price nor the quality ! and well worth the drive ! There was a member of the sales staff waiting for me at the train station to pick me up. The weather that day was rainy ,nasty and cold and they had even gone to the trouble of keeping my vehicle in the in the shop as to keep it pretty and dry until I arrived ! Never have I been so impressed with a dealership as they were professional ,courteous and on the money !!! and I say this from the receptionist to everyone else involved ! A special thanks to Mike and Joel for making this such a easy transaction !!!

What an awesome experience, if you happen to be in the market for a pre-owned mint condition, flawless, spotless new luxury automobile then you have to visit www.iveymotorcars.com and come to Burlington to take a test drive. The past two weeks my I wife and I spent countless hours traveling to various car dealerships locally and in other cities. I was very disappointed with these larger car dealers, the very unclean condition of cars shown, and the ridicuously high prices However, upon arriving at Ivey motors on 1/1/14, We met Joel White and Kevin Ivey to discuss a car that we were interested in and finally purchased from Ivey Motors. They walked us through the process with upmost respect and concern for us, as well as showing us detailed carfax history of the car we bought and what to look for when buying a high quality used car such as those at Ivey Motors Additionally Ivey motors provided the best financing rate than any other dealership had to offer by several points. To top it off, Joel White even called us up the next day and said he was able to get us a better rate than the rate quoted on 1.1.14.. WOW PS. On September 25, 2013 I saw Ivey motors had a car listed on the net that I was interested in . I did not think I would be purchasing a vehicle that day . When I got to the dealership I took the car for a ride. It was a very pleasant experience and the car is a cream puff. I now have the car 3 months and its perfect. In September of 2012 my son in law called to inform me that Ivey Motors had my dream car available for sale.The car is a 2009 E550 Mercedes Benz; perhaps, in my opinion, the finest example of the E class. Living 900 miles away, I had no way of telling just how perfect the car was. After conversations with both my son in law and Kevin Ivey ( owner ) I was sold. I picked the car up several weeks later. The car was perfect in every way. Truely a geat experience.
