DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUTO DEALER!! Every car on the lot has a problem that this dealership cannot handle. Their idea is to get you in a car the nicest and fastest way possible with a big smile and promises that are not kept. The owner will fast talk you so be on your toes, if you still do decide to shop here PLEASE bring a reputable certified mechanic as their in-house mechanics are not certified and are not knowledgeable of vehicles on the lot. Their auto repair shop is a revolving door for mechanics in about 6 months they went through 3 mechanics. Do not let the lipstick fool you these cars are not checked, maintained or cared for. I personally purchased a vehicle recently from them and have had problems ever since, 4 times in 6 months my car has returned with the same problem and no fix one mechanic even put a part in backwards and argued with me that it was right it definitely was not as I make my own repairs on other vehicles. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE KEEP DRIVING KEEP SCROLLING PAST J AND A AUTO do not experience what I’ve gone through.

I purchased a used BMW x3 from J&A in Dec ‘20. It had an issue with the ABS that I requested get fixed prior to purchasing the car. Jason stated the repairs were made prior to signing. A month later the ABS light came back on as the repair was not properly made. Jason said it was under warranty so he took it back to get fixed under warranty. It’s now 7 MONTHS LATER and I still don’t have my car back. There has been no attempt from J&A to update me. Every time I’ve called they’ve claimed “it will be ready this week.” This is absolutely unacceptable, and I highly urge any potential car buyer from doing business with J&A.

Very friendly and willing to work with you so you get the right car at a good price. Right now the registry is slow to process paperwork so it takes a little longer on that end but not their fault.

My wife and I bought an Audi A4 here two years ago for our son as his first car. It over heated as soon as it got on 495. We called the dealership and he brought coolant to get it back to the dealership. It was July 4th week and his mechanic was on vacation. Once the hose was replaced the car ran like a champ. We bought it with roughly 80k miles, my son put 20k miles on it as a pizza delivery drive for Papa Gino's in the Worcester area. We just traded the Audi and we got there for 2k dollars more than what was owed. While i would characterize our experience here as not ideal, it was not horrible either. We also brought our own financing so I cannot speak to their financing process. The photo is from when we first got it home. It was bought from them for just under 10K dollars, the total trade value for the car after two years of usage was 4900 and 2800 was still owed. All in all, I am happy with the purchase we made there. I would say it is/was a 4 star experience, we got a good car at a good price and they took care of the initial mechanical problem without issue and when we traded it in yesterday we got a great value on the back side as well.

I found a car here online at a good price. I went in on a Saturday and test drove it and was interested. I returned Sunday to make an offer and despite the Web site and all the signs on the building stating that they were open 10 to 4 there was no one there. I ended up buying the car. They said it would be ready Monday and I advised them that I work till 6. Owner said no problem call me and I can arrange to meet you. I called Monday and was told that they were closing at 6 and couldn't stay how about tomorrow? I called next day and was told they couldn't stay open. I told him I would be in Friday AM as I was not working. On Friday I showed up. The guy there was new and didn't know where the title was so he called the owner who advised that they were locked up and he would be there in 20 minutes. He showed an hour and half later and acted like my time didn't matter. Cracking jokes like nothing happened.

We recently purchased used Audi Q7 diesel from this dealer. A very rare car to find in a low 20k price range. I had good luck with high mileage German cars - so I was specifically looking for this model - after visiting this dealership, I can comment that they had a number of vehicles that I would consider buying.... People were nice and we've got a great deal on this car. Facilities are very modest - but I was looking for a good deal, not for a special treatment at a premium price. So if you are looking for a good used car at a fair price - this is a good place to go. I had some reservations after reading previous reviews - but my experience with this dealer was very positive in all respects and I especially appreciate honest treatment and no "selling games" attitude.

This is a very unreliable company. We (the owner and I) agreed on the price and while I was waiting for him to get the deposit he turned his back and took another deposit. Until he got the full the payment he kept me waiting and hoping to finally tell me couple days later that the car is sold. It was a cash deal. The owner never returns calls. He will always tell you that he has customer and will call back. I will never deal with this company.

This place is very friendly and they got me my maxima without complaint even tho i was a little difficult. They stayed with me through what i was going and they were very understanding. They helped me alot. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.
