Don was great to deal with at J&J Autoville. Even though it was a holiday Don made sure he was available when we arrived. Don had the car ready for us and the car looked exactly like it did in his pictures. There were no processing fees as advertised. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. It was one of the best experiences we had in buying a car.

Great Service!!!! I've purchased several cars from J&J and have always received great service and great deals on cars. I've tried other dealerships but J&J is the best. It's also great not having to pay a processing fee.

I had a wonderful experience buying my first car here. Don was very upfront about any known issues with the cars I was interested in and provided printed copies of the Carfax—so helpful! He was happy to let me take the car I was considering purchasing to my mechanic (shoutout to Wayne's Imported!) and responsive to concerns I had based on that evaluation. He made the whole process pleasant and I feel confident I got a fair price on car that I absolutely love!

Bought a 4runner about 1 month ago. Owners are extremely friendly and good to work with. Believe they are resetting Check Engine lights on vehicles tho to try and make sales. Check Engine light came on mine for a Transmission code the 2nd day I had it. This code takes 2 drive cycles for it to come on so they must have reset it before I was there and prior to me picking up after buying. Same thing happened to a friend of mine purchased a Honda Accord from them and 2 days after purchase they received a check Engine light for A sensor on the car costing roughly $400 to repair. I'm still trying to resolve mine. Buyers please beware and make sure you have someone read engine codes prior to purchase, because they are resetting the light on vehicles.
