I purchased a truck$35,000 3 months ago. Time of purchase ( Mike) up sold me a warranty($2,850) to specifically cover lifted trucks. 2 wks after purchase rear end goes out. I called them asked to buy back TRUCK DUE TO MECHANICAL ISSUES was told NO. Mike again assured me it was covered. $300 DOLLARS AND 2 WEEKS later out of my pocket was fixed. Not more than a wk later Transmission goes out. Now warranty company will not cover it.COST ME $4,000 NEW TRANSMISSION ON A NEW $35,000 TRUCK WITH WARRANTY. Called Mike and was reassured again it's all covered. Well here we are it is NOT COVERED and J BRINKS WILL NOT HELP AT ALL!!! I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING TO A DEALERSHIP WHO HONORS THERE WORD AND HAS SOME BUSINESS ETHICS. IN MY EXPERIENCE YOU DO NOT GET ANY HELP ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY. I'M REACHING OUT TO OWNER TO DEE IF THEY CAN HELP OR AT LEAST HONOR WHAT THERE EMPLOYEES ARE SELLING.

Husband and I had a great experience buying our family van! Savannah got us in exactly what we were looking for and the process was smooth sailing. We even had the kids with us and felt well taken care of and didn’t feel like an inconvenience like we had felt at other places. Will definitely come back again, highly recommend J brinks!
