I saw the vehicle I wanted online. I immediately called and made an appt with Aldo for the same day. When I got here, he had the car ready to look at and test drive. It had only been here for a day but he made sure to get all info I needed and answered any questions I had. The buying process was so easy. Aldo was very straight forward with me, which is what I like so much about him. No sleezy car salesman!! I had been doing my research so I know that the vehicle was priced fairly. They met my requests and we had a deal on the table within 15 minutes of test driving it! It was the easiest experience I have ever had. Aldo has went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that I was happy with my service. I highly recommend him and JK to anyone I talk to. We are actually checking in with him every so often so we can buy our next vehicle from him. Just waiting for it to pop up on his lot. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! I do have to say this, I was very hesitant about coming back to JK Chevrolet because of the horrible service and rude salesman I had dealt with in 2012, but he has changed my outlook on this dealership. Thanks to him, I will be back!

If you are a man then come on. The sales person we had doesn't like to deal with a woman and when asked a question he wouldn't answer it unless my husband had to ask it. Lack of respect and tried selling us something we were not at all interested in. Our money our decision.
