Horrible customer service they lied about the vehicle I bought!The person I’m talking about is Fred and there’s also somebody there by the name of John. I was told the car was never involved in an accident according to the Carfax as they came up clean. He said he went through the entire car with a fine tooth comb. The ABS and traction control are also bad on the car and when I arrived it had a small leak which was repaired luckily. The photo is my passenger side quarter panel that has been pulled out and repaired according to the auto body shop I went to. He also said he couldn’t believe how great the car looked for its age because it has original paint which is also a lie the entire car has been painted. The interior panels were redone sloppily by the so-called upholstery guy. there is glue everywhere. unfortunately I was in a rush to drive 7 1/2 hours back home. That’s when the traction control and the ABS light came on because of a speed sensor also causing my cruise control to glitch and accelerate by itself. Right now I’m seeking legal assistance. do not buy from this dealership they are frauds. They didn’t even give the car and oil change which is basic when dealers take a car in. I also spoke to these people and they were not willing to help at all. These people are a joke. I was also told the interior was great and when I got there there were several tears in the leather. By no means did I expect a perfect car but I did expect honesty and decent service. obviously this is not a place of integrity!

Not an honest dealer. Was told about all the mechanical problems of other trucks on the lot and how they were working on them before selling and then directed toward one in "great condition", a "safe vehicle for your family". Turns out the brakes are completely shot and all 4 control arms are virtually ready to fall off. Not trustworthy and I highly recommend you go elsewhere or get permission to take the car to your local mechanic to check out before you buy.

Contact by phone, representative was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have not purchase the vehicle as yet but I like the courteous manner in which I was treated. My daughters and son-in-law will visit to see vehicle I wish to buy.

Very poor customer service, had a lot f trouble dealing with them. Charging well over value of the car, stating its in perfect condition when the AC doesn't work, there is very noticeable cosmetic damage, and all of the tires need to be replaced. Don't waste your time with these people.

Liked a veh. on lot . asked full price out door so i could stop at bank get a cashiers chk. for pmt. Seemed simple to me. Never heatd back from anyone there. Im guessing they dont need to sell veh. there sales are so good :) So i went to # 2 and got a answer and paid my cash and drove off happy .I think that comes under there tuff luck on lost sale.

Went to look at a car they had priced $200 over the bluebook value in perfect condition. This car needed at least $1000 put into it, and they said they would give some consideration. "What would that be?" I asked. $200. So they wanted to sell me a car in average condition at the bluebook value for perfect condition. NO SALE. Their pricing strategy is to overprice the cars, which need work. We walked the lot and noticed a lot of cars needing one thing or another there. They did not offer to fix anything either. We walked off without making a purchase and will not even consider buying a vehicle from them.

Fred is a total disaster providing customer service. He is totally not happy to be working there. Apparently he doesn't know that customers will always try to get the best deal so when I came up with a negotiation approach, he replied. "I am not negotiating." It is not what you say, Fred, it's how you say it. Facilities are awful. I work for a consulting company providing customer service and sales training to thousands of companies globally and this is totally unacceptable.
