Right when I first walked through the door, I was pleased by the friendly environment they had. The staff were laid-back and understanding people. They definitely weren’t like other dealerships that are out for every penny you have. They make an effort to sell high-quality cars at low prices and it shows. I bought a car from them today and I am super happy with the price I got, especially, considering the fact that it was $4000 lower than it would be at other places! :)

Buyer beware! We drove 39 miles to look at a Ford Focus that specifically says in the add NO ACCIDENTS. when I noticed masking tape that had been painted over I asked one of the salesmen, he said it’s an 11 year old car it’s not perfect. Then he confirms it had been in one accident. See add below. Furthermore when we asked for anything else in that price range he told us we would have to pull up the website on our phones and look online. This vehicle is still listed for sale with no accidents. Needless to say we took our cash purchase somewhere else and bought a much better car the next day! 5k purchases deserve much better customer service. Take your business somewhere else!

Awesome experience! We were there just this past Saturday. We were nervous because this was our first time buying a used car. The manager is upfront and tells you like it is—they made us feel very at ease. More than fair pricing. Not at all like the used car dealership I was expecting. If I ever have to buy a used car again this is where I am coming. We love our new (to us) car!

My son just got his first car and we couldn't be happier ! This is a small lot, but the cars are very clean and the prices are great. Lee was such a help, he showed us a few cars and explained the differences between them and we ended up with a great car. I actually left the car lot feeling like we were treated fair and got a good deal. I highly recommend go to J & M for your next car. Parking is sparce , but talk to Lee and you will have a great experience like we did. * Chocolate chip cookies are on the way !
