Was just there yesterday and we were trying to talk about a down payment and the cars and info we would need when someone came out of the building and told us we aren't customers so we gotta go. We were potential customers, we just needed more information on the cars we were interested in, etc. Won't be a customer now, horrible customer service and wanted us off the lot if we didn't have money on us. Ridiculous.

I chatted with a Jeff R on the chat line to help me and make sure I ordered the correct tire. He was so very patient with me, even though I had no clue even after he was telling me what info he needed and how to order. So he ordered the tire for me after explaining several times how to add my card info privately so he nor anyone else would see it. Thank you very much for being so kind and I will know next time what to do

Buddy is a shady car salesman he agreed on one price for the vehicle and my trade in told me it was buy here pay here then put me in for a loan with 2 different places for his price and said the vehicle I wanted may or not be fixed and if not he will put me in another vehicle plus told my fiance when I went to the bathroom he could lock me in and they could have some fun the guy is a shady business man and a pig don't go there
