Really appreciated the support and positive attitude. My experience in the past with other car purchases is that salespeople do not always know all the details about the car. This salesperson, John Q. Mitchell, spent a lot of time with me to ensure that all my questions were handled and he did not give up even when there were issues that needed time thinking through. Having seen the new Q7 at the NYC Show I wanted one. On 4/1/16 I stopped by the JD showroom to learn more about the car and what version would be best for me. Mr. Raheel Mahmood was sent down to see me. His demeanor was cool and he never even said, Hello. He asked me what I wanted in a Q7. I said I didn't know much about them and needed to know more about the three different models and options but would know it when I saw it. There was a white Q7 behind me in the showroom. He never offered to show it to me so I walked over to it and told him I understood from what I saw at the Auto show that the Q7 featured a heads-up display maybe we could start with that feature. He never offered to show me the car, , never opened the door, and never offered to tell me anything about it. He just said that that was a Premium model which didn't have the heads-up; only the Prestige model had that feature and they didn't have any Prestige models available. Mr. Mahmood didn't say another word but just looked at me as if he wanted me out of the showroom ASAP. I had to ask him for his business card and he never said goodbye. What happened to courtesy?Well, I had to travel to Classic Audi in Eastchester, NY to meet Ross Lubell there to find courtesy, knowledge, his patience in explaining all the option packages - and he sold me a brand new Q7 Prestige. I knew it when I saw it. It's a beautiful car and I would certainly recommend Ross at Classic Audi.I thought JD was in the business of selling Audis but Mr. Mahmood certainly didn't seem interested in selling me one. As a footnote here, I phoned the General Manager afterward to ask why I'd been treated with such indifference. However, I left a message with Mr. Solomon Faizi's voicemail not realizing he was the GM at the Paramus JD. Even though it was the wrong GM you think he would have returned my call and try to sell me wouldn't you? But he never did.Thanks for nothing guys.

I have now bought 2 cars from Maria at JD Audi. I can't see myself driving anything else. I grew up on Audi's so naturally when my husband finished his residency he bought me a Q5. We later upgraded to the Q7 TDI. My car has been in for it's typical service and some detailing in between. I tend to gravitate to Michael Kenny at service. He is always so kind and helpful. Also Blanca is always friendly as well, although I have never had her as my service rep personally. Also I was excited to receive a detailing special for $139.95 in my email right after I dropped my car off for detailing. I am trying to save some money right now as we are in the process of building a new house.

I just want to be clear that I have bought many cars in my day and that this was the most transparent and simple car transaction I have ever been through . Went online found my car. Had two people contact me immediately Margaret and Marie who are extremely nice and enthusiastic. They transferred me to Matt Bell and he made the process so easy for me that I made the deal in the spot . When I went to the dealership to pick up my car the manager was so grateful for my business . How could you not refer people to go there. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone . Dino was the sales rep that helped us with the purchase of our second Audi. He was absolutely incredible. First, Dino and my husband came up with a price before we even stepped foot into the dealership. We went in for a test drive and I fell in love with the A3 that we purchased. Dino drove over an hour to my house to pick me up so that I could pick up my car on a Wednesday night. Dino spent well over an hour with us going over all the car has to offer. I would and will recommend Dino to any of my friends that want to purchase an Audi. We truly had a great experience with this dealership. We will never go anywhere else.

I bought an BMW from them and they completely messed up my car by attempting an "OIL CHANGE. " to the extent that it had to be sent to the BMW dealer to fix what they messed up. they would not call to inform me what was the status of the vehicle and this fiasco when on for 2 whole weeks! I was calling every day for my new purchase car and given apathy every time. to top it off the cars head light takes on water and they said "it's not covered under warranty" of course. this is a terrible dealer would not recommend them to anyone...

This dealership attempted theft by deception. I have an older, low mileage A4 with a low fuel pressure problem (CEL P0089 and a pending CEL P2293). Often this problem is related to a "Cam Follower" between the fuel pump and intake camshaft. Audi first addressed this problem with a TSB (technical service bulletin) and then later with and extended part warranty for 10yrs or 100,000 miles.After bringing in my car for inspection I was told that the Cam Follower failed with a hole in it, and the fuel pump was scoring the camshaft. The service representative said that I would probably need a new engine! So having hearing the bad news I decided to pick up the car without having any work done, and I asked for a repair estimate in writing. I brought the car home, and since I am an experienced mechanic I decided to take a look at the problem for myself. Guess what I found? There was no damage to the fuel pump, there was no damage to the cam follower, and there was no damage to the intake cam. The entire diagnosis was falsified, and this dealership tried to "take me" for several thousand dollars worth of repairs. If you are paying for the repair work (not covered under warranty), do not trust this dealership. I caught them red handed in a big lie. I have their repair estimate and pictures taken on the same day to prove it.

Our salesperson, Dino Stamatelatos, went above and beyond the norm of service to provide us with the best information he could before our purchase. Since we were out of state, he worked hard to do everything necessary to help us complete the purchase albeit in a different manner than was standard for him. Upon arrival at the dealership, each person from Dino himself to the finance department and the managers were not just friendly but even more helpful and generous than expected. Purchasing the car from such a long distance can be daunting but Dino and the team at Jack Daniels made it as easy as it could've possibly been. We are very grateful.

Last June, purchased new Q7. I originally wanted the Lexus GX460 which i purchased same time, but backed out of lexus deal because i had Q5 which was great vehicle and Audi sales manager talked me into Q7 stating its misc better and he knew i dive 25K plus per year. The problem is that the audi now at 16K needs new brakes, and this is very common for this vehicle which dealer conveniently didn't tell me. Shame on Jack Daniels.

My husband and I walked in the door and the receptionist walked out from behind her counter and met us at the door! Very nice touch!!! We were then set up with a sales associate by the name of Anthony Freda who went above and beyond to make our experience and purchase nothing less than outstanding. One of the sales managers, Al, came over personally, introduced himself and thanked us for our business. We now have a beautiful A4 sedan and couldn't be happier with our decision. Every person we met there was kind, respectful and very friendly. I highly recommend Jack Daniels Audi of Upper Saddle River, and if you go, ask for Anthony!

I found a 2013 Audi A6 3.0 on cars.com and requested more information. I was contacted by Margaret who told me more about the car and answered all my questions. She was awesome. I put a deposit on it to hold it and filled out a purchase agreement. We worked through financing of the phone. I live in Rhode Island, so I made plans to drive down and see it. At that point, Abdul took over the process and sent me the certification report, contacted my insurance, told me what I need to bring with me. When I got there the car was detailed and what I wanted, so I pulled the trigger. They were very honest with the financing, I use a car payments app when buying a car to detect any hidden charges that some dealers try an include. The numbers matched exactly. I would use them again!! Just a great easy experience.

I always have such a great experience with the service department at Jack Daniels. I brought my 2012 Audi a4 in for service this morning and was nervous that it would be in service for a while, but they assured me it would be as quick as possible. I was in a rush and on my way to work, and the entire process of checking in my car and getting my loaner took barely 5 minutes, it was perfect. Then, they called me before I even got out of work to let me know that my car was done! They cleaned my car and left it looking perfect for me. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and courteous, and made my early morning a little nicer. Sal and Mike are amazing people and truly care about their customers; it was a pleasure to work with them. My loaner car was beautiful and it convinced me to get another Audi when I'm ready for a new car! Thanks guys!

I would like to share my excellent shopping experience with purchasing my S4 from JD USR 3 weeks ago. It all started with an internet inquiry and my communication with Peggy. Peggy was extremely nice, friendly and professional. She was willing to take the time to speak with me and determine what I was interested in. When I visited the dealership, we went over some cars and at no time whatsoever felt pressured into buying anything. I was treated as a valuable potential customer and this shows a lot of respect and is well appreciated. I highly recommend reaching out to Peggy for any internet sales or questions. I have never met such an honest, down to earth, knowledgeable sales professional and car enthusiast like Dino in any of car shopping experiences before!! Each time I visited, he was extremely courteous and patient with me. I explained my thought process with what kind of vehicle I was interested in and shared that I was on the fence between a Manual & Automatic transmission. We test drove both last Winter and I walked away for 6 months to think about my decision. We kept in touch and when I sat down with him 2 weeks ago to go over what I had in mind, he did not hesitate to share his honest opinions with me and steer me in the right direction. I had a particular vehicle in mind and I was stuck on it...of course that specific vehicle was not available anywhere. After a few minutes of searching, we did find the perfect car I was looking for in the tri-state area. Dino did his best to help me get into the car by pricing the car in a way I couldn't refuse and by giving me maximum amount on my trade-in. The decision to pull the trigger couldn't have been easier. When the car was delivered 5 days later and I went in to pick it up, the only thing on my mind was to get in and just drive it. Dino took the 45 minutes to explain ALL the features in the car and to go over how the MMI works and everything else. I am so glad we did this because I would not have opened the car manual on my own. In hindsight, this was time well spent and I appreciated Dino's knowledge in going over the car with me. All in all, I am very happy to have finally purchased the car I've been researching for 3 years! Audi is the best value you can get for your money over the other German brands. I'm already looking forward to an RS5 or S6 in about 5 or 6 years :) Thank you again for the friendly and professional shopping experience. I highly recommend Dino & Peggy, you can't go wrong if you just spend a few minutes to explain what you are looking for. They will help you in a comfortable and enjoyable environment. I leased my new A4 from this dealership and had a couple of more questions after I picked it up. I called my salesman and he said come right in. When I got there he was with another customer. He greeted me and said let me have another salesperson help you and I'll come right over as soon as I'm done. He introduced me to Dino and could not have found me a better or nicer or more knowledgeable person. Even though Dino was not my salesman, he got in my car with me and gave me all the time I needed. I said to him a couple of times Dino I think you should go back now, I'm taking up too much of your time. Dino just said we want you to understand everything about your new car so don't worry about it. I'm here to help you. And help me he ABSOLUTELY did. He spent about an hour with me and made sure I understood it all. Dino you're the BEST... If you're looking for an Audi this is the place to go...

The team at Jack Daniels is awesome. I was shopping around and trying to decide between BMW and Audi. Hadn't planned on making Jack Daniels my first stop on the day I went shopping. That said, Margaret was very attentive and followed up with me via email after my initial inquiry. She and Marie stayed on top of answering questions and convinced me to go to Jack Daniels first. Jaime in sales worked with me and got me into the Q5 premium plus. They offered me more for my trade than the dealership where I got my previous vehicle. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be looking to them when it comes time to swap out my other car.

After a test drive and agreeing upon attractive pricing with our sales person, our intention was to drive the vehicle home. Unfortunately, we ran a bit short on time before the dealership closed at 6:00pm. Although asked, we chose not to leave a deposit on the car as there were two vehicles in which we were interested. We agreed to come back on Tuesday to complete the deal. So far so good!Our sales person said that the General Sales Manager wanted to meet us before we left. After shaking his hand, we were shocked when he became very aggressive and told us that he would rescind and not honor the deal if we didn't leave a deposit that evening. He proceeded to tell us that by not putting down a deposit we were insulting him - a man we had never seen or talked to before. I was not compelled to change my mind and he became angry, loud and extremely demeaning. My wife and I were stunned by his behavior and tried briefly to rationalize with him. He made comments about how we had kept him late and continued to rant and spew insults. My wife became emotional and was visibly shaking. I told the General Sales Manager that it was his prerogative to remove the deal, but we were walking out the door. We left stunned that a good experience had been destroyed in less than 5 minutes. His appalling and unprofessional behavior absolutely ruined the evening. I recommend that you avoid the heartburn we experienced and take your business to a dealership that respects and cares about their customers.

From the minute I picked up the phone to call Jack Daniels Audi and they put me on with with a salesman by the name of Spiro Milliaressis, I could not have been in better hands. I was taken seriously, offered accurate information and given straight answers. I arrived at the dealership just a short time later and Spiro was ready to have me test drive a car and negotiate a deal. He was professional, knowledgeable and cut through the red tape so that I was able to make a deal and take delivery of my car that very same day. It was the best shopping and purchase experience I have ever had. Cudos to Jack Daniels Audi and Spiro Milliaressis!

Wow what a great purchase experience. My salesman Fernando was amazing. When I arrived at the dealership. Before I even went inside, I was thinking to myself, okay just another salesperson and dealership. I was wrong. As soon as I entered, I was professionally greeted. Most executives at that pitiful dealership have been fired since my disastrous purchase of a new A3 convertible riddled with defects and safety problems which have mostly not been solved. It took me some time, however, to realize the extent of the deceit: Only when both left tires went abruptly flat in a pothole did I find out that the run-flat tires that had been guaranteed to me by a now long gone manager were nothing but another swindle. Then, not taking anything for granted anymore, I took another look at the pricing of my lease, only to find that the monthly payments were 20 to 30% above comparable leases offered on Swap-a-lease.com for comparable cars in the same new condition at nearby locations. According to helpful professionals who were not surprised, such tricks have been known to be performed by calculating a lease on a short period and then extending to the maximum the number of months. Assuming that Jack Daniels Audi would never do such a thing, I sent a certified letter to Mr John Nunley, the new Sales Manager, asking him to clarify the car's pricing. He received the letter over 3 weeks ago but I am still waiting for an answer.Admittedly, the people who were in place when I bought this car have been fired. Judging by the actions and the willingness to help of those who remain, one can debate whether those who were let go were dismissed for misconduct or rather because they implemented too blatantly the dealership's corporate and ethical culture. I am 66 years old and have seen some pretty outrageous business behavior in my career, but I cannot recall anything quite like this. Fargo is a 1996 Oscar winning movie, based on a true story, where the chief villain is a very crooked car dealer. Why is it that Jack Daniels Audi reminds me so much of Fargo?You may see my car on the road... It is the one with the NY plates BAD KAR and the front and rear bumper stickers . I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I was not looking to purchase a vechile instantly: I was just car shopping, browsing through to see what numbers I would get and what options were offered. Rafael Mushailov was my sales associate. He was not only honest with me, but he listened to every word I said and answered all of my questions. Afterwards, he asked what type of car I am looking for and what my price range was. He was very good with matching what I wanted. I thought purchasing a car would be difficult and stressful-but he made it very simple and easy. Also, he showed me the inside of the vechile and explained the difference between all the packages and prices. First time buying a certified pre-owned and the team, including my salesman Matt Bell, did an excellent job walking me through the certification process and the car looks brand new. Everyone in the service department is very helpful too - if you call them up with a question even they tell you not to hesitate to bring the car in and they'll check it out for you. Nice dealership with comfortable waiting area. All in all a very positive experience and I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

When I called I spoke with Matthew Bell.I'm leery of car salesmen but he wasn't pushy & seemed honest.It was during the last snowstorm & even though he said he was working late, he advised me it might be best to come tomorrow as the roads were pretty bad.I appreciated that honesty & mentioned it to my wife.We went the next day & Matt was there to take us for a test drive.My wife asked how the ride felt & I said I wasn't sure so Matt said lets do it again.As it's slightly used I was a little nervous, but that did it.Matt saying let's go for that second test drive & feeling how smooth & nice the car rode made me feel much better.It was a long process but trading in one car & buying another is to be expected.When the car was brought around after being detailed,Wow,it's a beautiful car. when i brought my Q5 into service after dealing with prior service manger who i really liked, i was a bit apprehensive about new manager. Well i have to admit even with some headaches early on this issue, Pedro did a very good job. I was given an Audi A8 which i really liked as a loaner. This dealership in general has been very nice to me in their services, and even though i may not always seem appreciative, its because i am a stickler to detail. And this last service was the best yet.

I should have known better.... but we all make mistakes.It started several months ago when salesman Matt Benincasa made me drive 30 miles to come try a car (an A3 Cabriolet)... which they had not received. He never bothered to call to cancel the appointment.It continued later when salesman Bob Weissburg finally took me for a test drive, focused on a few gadgets (admittedly cute), but was unable to answer several questions which I then only got partly answered by manager Curtis Aldershot (I am not sure.... It's a new car). The first real problem, however, was when salesman Weissburg, on the delivery day, could not hook up my cellphone, something a friend did that night in a second. This is the same salesman who, when I complained about difficulties to transfer CDs to the Hard Disk, told me Oh, you should load music from an Ipod, Ipad or Iphone... I did not know this was an Apple car.Then, the registration... Finance Manager Michael Motassis called a week later and told me to come and pick up the registration. I live 30 miles away, across the GW Bridge. Previous dealers had always MAILED it to me... It takes one day and costs $ 5 in postage including tracking and signature.More important, the car came riddled with about 15 malfunctions, some unpleasant like the computer being totally confused over CD downloads, some dangerous, such as the Forward Parking Alarm only working if one has been first in Reverse, or the Reverse Gear needing a STRONG push on the accelerator... then the car jumps.I have been to the dealership 5 times in 2 months, each time 60 miles and 2 GWB crossings. Finally Service Consultant Mac Drupka kept my car for a week, gave me a very nice loaner where everything worked fine, and did.... well, I cannot tell for sure but the result was dangerously close to NOTHING, except a tightening of the brakes which was not needed. On 14 of my 15 points, the Audi worksheet came back as Car works according to specifications (or similarly to comparable cars). These points, I strongly suspect, were not even looked into. At any rate most malfunctions are still there and nothing was apparently done, even when a simple computer correction looked like the obvious solution. These people look like they have neither the training nor the desire to solve their customers' problems once they have your payment. "Take the Money and Run" anyone ?As a cherry on the cake, salesman Weissburg lectured me as being The only buyer suffering from Buyer's Remorse that he has known in 2 years. Doesn't Mr. Weissburg read his dealership's reviews on Dealerrater.com ? (This quote, by the way, is admirable for a new model which has only been around for very few months and seems to have its share of teething problems).I have had enough of that arrogant incompetence, have pulled out of that Jack Daniels Audi dealership, and am taking the matter up with Audi USA in Herndon Virginia.I have bought bad stocks before; It is always unpleasant but one recovers. One loses a few thousand dollars and makes a note to be more careful next time. C'est la vie.For those of you still thinking about it, STAY AWAY ! You've been warned.

So my five week old Q7 couldn't remove the snow and ice properly during a recent storm. I had to keep pulling over to wipe the windshield down so I could see. Upon inspection of the blades, I noticed the wipers were mangled due to heavy ice accumulation. Surprising because I had the front defroster on the whole day I was driving the vehicle. This morning, I went to service and spoke with Dan Grifin and he quickly dismissed me by telling me that wipers weren't covered under warranty. He took a look at the blades and said "yep, these are not going to wipe properly. Sorry". I could understand if this was a five month-old vehicle, but five weeks? Come on. He told me to go to parts and buy new blades for $80. Since my hands were tied, I had no other options but to buy them. So this is it for Jack Daniels. I cannot deal with the incompetence and attitudes of these guys. I'm disputing the charge on my Amex and will find another Audi dealer to work with. Pathetic. Oh, I also emailed Dan a few weeks ago for door trim piece that wasn't properly repaired and he never responded. I don't think this kid cares about his job and his customers.

After my experience, I would not do business with this dealership again. Bought a CPO A5 Cabriolet with nav ( hard to find car in price range) from them as an out of state buyer, the pictures on their web page were of the wrong car, needed the original window sticker to actually know what the car had bc their description and video were wrong too. Got the CPO report before going there, and asked repeatedly what the repairs were on the car, was told the car is certified, it's perfect. When I flew to NJ to buy the car, found the flaws in their certification immediately, including dents in the body, slopped on touch up paint, and wheels with curb damage. Body dent and wheel damage was actually reported in their CPO inspection, but not repaired, even though they advertised as certified. Wasted entire day on their rush job on the dents and wheels, and complained about wheel balance problem on the test drive, told that tires were cold. Asked for wheels rebalanced, told it was done. Car was not clean or detailed well either. Bought the car against my better judgement, and drove home, feeling car vibrate all the way on 500 mile return trip on smooth highways. Turned out all 4 wheels on the car were out of round (bent) and paid out of pocket for rebalance, remount and to get them straightened to get the car to drive smoothly as it should. The 3 worst bent wheels were the same ones on the CPO report marked for damage, but at the dealer, they only did cosmetic repair when I pointed out the damage. Had to go to JDA corporate to get reimbursed for my expense to straighten the wheels, waited for weeks to get one of the JDA owners to sign the check. I don't trust their CPO process, and can't even begin to list all the mistruths and excuses and unreturned phone calls from multiple people at JDA USR. If you plan to buy CPO there, look very close, get the 300 pt inspection report and go line by line, ask a lot of questions, and be prepared to escalate to JDA corporate when USR drops the ball, or Audi USA. In fairness, I gave JDA corporate a chance to resolve it, found the right guy there who was the only person I found who cared, but only bc I didn't give up and was resourceful to get satisfaction. I was told my experience was very unusual. I'm not going to experiment in another purchase with JDA USR to find out if that's true. Read other Audi forums for their past history before you go, wish I did. Good thing this is a nice car, otherwise entire experience would have been a disaster. I have bought many cars from many dealers all over the country, this was the worst experience by far. Salesman asked me to give him all high scores on the survey, or he would not get his bonus on the sale. Hey, unnamed salesman, read this review, you should learn something from this experience, I sure did.

I purchased a 2008 Audi Avant wagon with 47,000 miles on a Cars.com listing. I took delivery via car truck and the MMI and Bose systems had issues. They gave me three options. 1. bring the car back and they would fix it. 2. They would come pick up the car for a full refund (250 miles away). 3. keep the car as is. Note that the dealership put $4800 of service into the car prior to shipping it with new tires, brakes, battery etc. the MMI/Bose just did not get turned on and there was no reason to think it was not working. The car was beautiful and hard to find. I decided to return the car as I do not live close to an Audi dealer to manage the repairs. Jack Daniels did a stand up job with a difficult situation. I have the full refund back in the bank. Buying a used car on the internet can be a scary process, I was blessed to have worked with such an honorable firm. They went out of there way, literally, to make a solid resolution happen.

On 04Oct14, I put a $1000 deposit on a new 2015 Audi. The sales representative told me that this vehicle I want is on the ship, approaching the dock at New Hampshire, and in order for the dealer to bring this car to their location I had to put a deposit. I was also told that if the car is purchased by someone else, then I would get $1000 refunded back to my credit card. On 08Oct14, the sales rep contacted me, saying the car I want is already sold to someone else. As of today 21Oct14, I still have not received my refund. I tried to contact the finance manager at the dealer, left her a voice mail, and she still has not returned my call back. I've been calling her since then, but no luck getting hold of her. It's almost unbelievable how busy she can be. I believe it is very disrespectful to ignore a customer. I don't appreciate such lousy customer service from a global company like Audi. Please do yourselves a favor and stay away from this dealer.

Just took delivery of a Q7. The process was easy and the delivery experience was a pleasure. Negotiating was simple and F&I was quick. Total time in and out was about an hour. Very impressive for a dealership.

Although I was out of town all week, everyone on Roger's team including Spiro and Margaret worked very hard to make sure that when I landed in PHL everything was set. Mike, the Finance Manager, had worked behind the scenes too preparing all of the paperwork and the lender arrangements. Not only was the car flawless, as advertised, but every aspect of the buying experience was perfect. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone, and I'll drive all the way back to get my son an A3 next spring if that's his preference. And I'll try to make sure it is! Just one thing -- you don't actually get a bottle of Jack with every purchase. Keep that in mind. ;}

My wife and I own our own business and have purchased more than 20 vehicles. From the start emails from Margaret were prompt speedy and professional. We receiveved a good price quote and drove from virginia thursday night and stayed at the intercontinental times square. The next morning we let Margaret know we wanted to test drive a new car. She informed me they would be closing at 1 pm since it was 4th of july. We drove to Jack Daniels Audi in Upper Saddle River NJ arriving at noon. We got a good offer on our trade and our sales rep Maria quickly subitted our paperwork to the finance dept. Sorry I forgot your name finance guy :) we quickly received a good financing rate. Great job finance guy ! The entire staff worked together great teamwork ! ! and stayed after closing to put us in our new black tts roadster. My wife Terri is very happy with her beautiful new audi, and that makes me happy. She let me drive the car back to virginia, I love it , I wont say how fast I went but I had a lot of fun and may purchase my own. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Great buying experience at Jack Daniels Audi. I contacted the dealership through a web inquiry looking for an Audi TT Roadster. I heard back from Margaret immediately which began the process of finding me the TT with the features I wanted. She was able to locate one at another dealer but assured me she could get her hands on it. 100 emails later (joking), I came in to test drive a TTS and met Margaret and Rich. Rich took me out on the road and I fell in love with the vehicle. They offered me a great deal, but I still needed to think about it. Never deterred, I received an email from the GM the following morning and we went back into negotiations. I think we ended up a very fair deal and I'm extremely pleased with the entire process. I went into pick up the vehicle after they obtained it and the paperwork was so easy and painless. I met Annaliese as well, who was helpful showing me the features of my TT. It's gorgeous by the way. Annaliese and Margaret actually followed me home in the TT since I didn't have a second driver. Great service and wonderful, professionals overall. I'd definitely go back and recommend them.

I did a lot of preliminary research to conclude the Q5 was the vehicle I really wanted. I just didn't have the time to spend at a dealer negotiating. So I identified a vehicle at Jack Daniels Audi that I liked and started an email conversation with Margaret. She answered all my questions very promptly, got me a fair price, told me the down payment and what the monthly cost was. Sold. She turned it over to Matt and when I visited the dealer we basically just had to do the paper work. The data we discussed via email, was exactly what it was when I got to the dealer. And Matt did an excellent job describing ALL the features of the Q5 ... and there are many. Excellent car to drive and a great looking SUV!

This was best new car purchasing experience I have ever had thanks to Joe Atshan the saleman I dealt with. From the start he was friendly and knowledgable and was happy and willing to find exactly what I wanted without pushing me towards anything else. As for pricing, I felt that he was honest and made every effort to get me the best price possible for the vehicle I wanted. There was absolutely no pressure on me to make a final decision. He did find my perfect car (the Q5) and I was thrilled with the trade in price on my 2006 Volvo xc90 that had 140k+ miles on it. My new car came from another dealership and once it arrived Joe sent me photos, inside and out! In addition to Joe, the overall experience I had at the dealership was great. Kendra Rowan the finance manager was a fantastic help and did not pressure me to purchase any of the various service packages/extended warranties. And Ernest Gomez, the delivery specialist was very thorough in showing me how to use everything in the vehicle. I have purchased several new vehicles in the past from Nissan, Volvo and Subaru. I will say I have not normally enjoyed the sales process at most dealerships but working with Curtis Aldershof and Joseph Atshan at Jack Daniels Audi was a great experience. The deal was simple and fair. The trade in hassle was minimized and they were quick about it. The car I picked out was in perfect condition. They even went the extra mile to repair a few defects in the rims I had not noticed. Overall this was a great experience and I would buy here again! You have my recommendation guys...

Ernest Gomez, Audi Brand Specialist (Tech Guy) walked me through all of the vehicles features when I picked up the car. As I developed questions about the cars wifi and navigation system in the following weeks he was quick to respond to my questions. I purchased the car in the middle of the holiday season. Joe and Kendra did a great job getting all the paper work and loan payoff in on time despite the hectic holiday season and back to back snow storms.

We had a very disappointing experience with our local Audi dealer so of course online we went. We mapped out three Audi dealerships with used Q5 inventory in the New Jersey/New York area. The first dealer on our trek was Jack Daniels in Upper Saddle River. We had the pleasure of working with Joe Atshan as well as Curtis Aldershof. What great guys, with a positive friendly attitudes. As we all know sales managers are an integral part of making or breaking the sale. Curtis introduced himself to us shortly after we arrived at the dealership. The service is courteous and friendly. The loaners are convenient. Those are the main reasons to come here for service. HOWEVER, at least twice now they've suggested thousands of dollars worth of work that was completely unnecessary. First time I declined the work, despite a really pushy "adviser" insisting it was needed. 40,000 miles later the same dealer said that this work was still NOT needed! My other mechanic agreed - complete lies first time around (finally needed only some of that work 65,000 later). Recently again I was told about very expensive work that was "not an emergency, but needed". I happened to stop by the other mechanic (the very next day!) for an unrelated issue - had him check and price the above work. His verdict: "I'd love to make the money, but this work is not needed". No issues with quality of their work, just the honesty of the staff.

We have purchased many new cars over the past 30 years. This was, by far, the best experience we have ever had. Working with Bob was seamless. He was knowledgeable, courteous and reliable. He called when he said he would call. He got the information he said he would get (on a timely basis), and he was honest. Overall, just a wonderful experience working with him and the rest of the people (Curtis, Jack, etc.) that were welcoming and helpful. We also worked with the finance man (whose name I have forgotten) that was just terrific too. We could not have asked for a better experience. The only one issue is that there is a spot on the passenger handle that doesn't seem to come off. We're not sure what they are going to do about it - Bob spoke about getting the handle repainted. That doesn't thrill me since this is a brand new car, but I am confident that Audi will work to get this fixed.Thanks for such a great experience!janet carp

I bought an A8l. The dealer was friendly, but frustratingly disorganized. I don't recommend using them if you are buying from out of town. I was told it had summer tires and it showed up with all season tires and a broken vent. They couldn't find the title to my car and my temporary tags expired before I received the title so I could register. Sales manager told me I would receive it in 2 days when in fact it hadn't been shipped and wouldn't be for another week. My bank sent me a letter telling me to contact the dealer because they didn't endorse the check properly. My salesman left the office after I paid, but before the car was shipped and nobody took responsibility for finishing the job. I spent 3 days trying to contact the first shipping company they set me up with and I never did hear from them. I had the car shipped to me and I went 2 days trying to find out if it had left the store. They have 2 offices and nobody seemed to be able to tell me where the car was. They were friendly, but it took a lot of work on my part to get this done, because they were either unable to get it right or nobody wanted to be bothered with taking charge of situation. Extremely frustrating experience. Love the car.

I traveled from Brooklyn to NJ just to meet Spiro because I felt the friendliness from our phone conversations. My experience with Spiro was perfect! He showed me what was available and did not pressure me to buy anything until I was ready to pick on my own. I test drove a cpo 2010 audi a4 that was and still is in great condition. Lastly we negotiated a good price and everything was ready to go. I will be coming back to make additional purchases when I am ready.

My wife and I went to jd Audi looking for a pre owned a4 for my newly graduated college student Steve. I really wasn't expecting much from jd Audi but was I suprised! After pricing and test driving a brand new a4 I was convinced that was the way to go. I was still worried about the price difference though. A new a4 fully loaded was less than $100. / month difference .No brainier ,after working with Charlie and Keith it was a simple and pleasant experience. No high pressure talk no switch and bait ,really one of the most pleasant experiences to buy a car that I ever had. No BS.I presently own a bmw m3 conv but am seriously considering an s4 next time and I will definitely go to see Charlie and Keith..Mike & Vicki G.

It was a pleasure visiting this dealership. From the minute I walked in I was impressed. The dealership was very clean and inviting, and the staff treated me like royalty. I was greeted by Kari who set me up with my salesperson, Joseph Atshan. I've never had a better buying experience. It seemed as if Joe knew everything there was to know about the Audi brand. He was able to answer any questions I threw at him and truly put me at ease. After a nice tour and a test drive, he and the managing staff were able to get me a few great quotes on the models I was interested in. The only reason I didn't drive off in a new Audi is because this was the first dealership I visited in search of a new car. I plan on looking at a few more brands but have a strong feeling I'll end up back at Audi. I live about a half hour away from the dealership but the drive was certainly worth it. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family.

Buying a new car from Jack Daniels Audi was truly a five star experience for me. Not only did they pay top dollar for my trade in, they also worked with me on a great deal. I have dealt with JP Stuart and Keith DeYoung, and both of them were very straight forward and easy going salesmen (not the pushy type like most dealers) that really went out of their way to ensure that I was happy with the car I am getting (and the price). To be honest I did not intend to purchase a car right away and initially just wanted to test drive the new S6 to see how it stacks up against the new E550 4Matic, and if it wasn't for JP and Keith I would've probably walked away as I did not expect a good deal, and most importantly the amount I wanted for my trade in, but fortunately I was wrong. Overall the staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and thanks to that I am now driving my new 2013 S6. They took good care of me, and got my business in return. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new Audi (or to anyone that's cross shopping for a luxury car).

We actually didn't expect to buy our car when we went to Jack Daniels Audi of Upper Saddle River. We had planned to go there, test drive the car of our choice and then decide on which dealer to choose for our purchase. Boy were we surprised when a couple hours later we drove off in our new A6 leaving behind our previous one with about three months left on the lease.Why did we buy? The team we worked with including Greg Crilly, Curtis Aldershof, Rich Nicola and Michael Motasis just made our decision so easy. The price was great. All our questions about service and distance from our home were answered. They each were so positive and professional and left no questions unanswered. We realized that there was no longer a decision to be made and left with our beautiful new Audi.

As first time buyers of an Audi, we choose Jack Daniels by the great inventory and prices of CPO Q5's. Although the first car we saw on the website turned out to be sold, Charlie Roller informed us of a Q5 that was there but not on the web. We went to test drive the Q5 but Charlie was busy with a customer and introduced us to Luis Valencia. Luis was very knowlegable with the car and we got a great deal. We also received a fair price for our trade-in. Mike Motasis in the finance department got us a great rate shopping all the banks. I can't imagine the service department will be any different than the sales department. I would recommend this dealership with no hesitation.

On Saturday, December 15, I entered Jack Daniels Audi in search of a used Audi Q7. I met with salesman Luis Valencia and he immediately made me feel very comfortable and gave me the sense that he wanted to earn my business. Luis did an excellent job of answering all my questions, and if there was something he wasn't sure about, he didn't give me some lame answer, instead he met with his colleagues to be sure the answer he was giving me was honest and accurate. Throughout the process of purchasing a Certified Preowned Q7 it became obvious that Luis wanted me to be a lifetime customer. Jack Daniels Audi should be very proud to have a Professional Salesman like Luis on their floor. He does a wonderful job of representing your dealership and brand. This was my first Porsche.(Cayenne) When I got to the dealer, everyone was very nice, top of the line dealer. sales man Paul was very professional, explain everything even though the car speaks for itself. Financial manager Evan was excellent. he was not trying to sell any other hidden things, very straight forward, and didn't give me any run around. he gave me THE BEST DEAL, he will beat any price around NJ. I would recommend him to anyone who want to purchase Porsche. My wife love the car. I would like to thank you guys ( Paul & Evan, Jose) for taking care of me and my family. Keep up the good work. I ' was ' a long time customer of JD Audi. Purchasing almost double digit cars from them in less then 8 years. They unfortunately don't believe in customer retention. They don't discount because car is newly released, please !! Even had it brought to senior management attention, and the attitude is win some lose some. Other Audi dealers were more receptive, and willing to work on a deal without blinking and I never purchased from them. Unfortunate they didn't want to keep a customer, so they lost my business. 2 new cars in 3 weeks purchased from one of their competitors.

Recently bought a "Certified Preowned " CPO, car. After the first day, I felt a vibration in the steering. I had to go back to the dealership and found out that 3 of the rims were bent. A moulding in the trunk was broken, and during the service call, they just put black tape on it instead of replaceing it. (very shoddy work)This occured before the first payment. The CPO process is 3 pages long and I was told the car was "perfect" . This dealership most likely did not even complete this certification, but simply checked the boxes and send in the paperwork to Audi to "Certify" the car. Very poor showing for the dealership and Audi. I would NOT reccoment this dealership to anyone.

I would not recommend doing any business with this dealership. They effectively tried to blackmail me into doing business with them after lowballing me on my car trade-in value. I originally went to another Audi dealer to purchase a new 2012 S5 and wanted a very specific color combination. However, given that it is nearing the model year end, Audi was not taking anymore special orders and my choices would be limited to only what dealerships had in stock. The Audi dealer I originally went to located the model I wanted at Jack Daniels Upper Saddle River and it was basically the only one left. They were working to swap cars with Jack Daniels to get me the car but the process was taking long and I was anxious to get the car. So I told the Audi dealer that maybe I should just go directly to Jack Daniels and even though the Audi dealer would be losing my business, they were supportive and understood that I needed to do what's best for myself (good business practices). I then called Jack Daniels and spoke to Ernest Gomez and told him, very candidly, the situation and outlined the deal the other Audi dealer had offered me (effectively $1K off MSRP on the car and $23K for my trade in value) and expressed that if they can give me the same exact deal on the car, that I would come in within a few days and purchase the car. I had given them honest information on my trade in car over the phone (year, model, mileage, the fact that a carfax would come up on it because it was in a minor accident where I was rear-ended and all that was done was replacement of the rear bumper and muffler) but that every dealer I went to (Audi, BMW, Lexus, Land Rover) all offered me at least $23K and that I would not do any deal for less than that value. Ernest agreed to the deal, contingent on them inspecting the car onsight and I left a deposit. I subsequently drove an hour and a half to the dealer, sat there for an hour waiting for them to inspect my car and make some calls only to have them come back and tell me that my car is worth $18K because of the carfax (something they should've known when i told them that there would be a carfax on it over the phone so I wouldn't have to waste my day going there) but that they could push the value up to $20K to make the sale, something they thought was very generous even though every other dealer I visited confirmed $23K. As a result, I told them I couldn't do it and we parted ways. I then went back to the original Audi dealer, told them how I was lowballed which they agreed and actually thought it was a bit offensive to quote the car (a 2008 335xi with 35K miles) at $18K. I asked the original Audi dealer if they could still try to see if they could get me the same car from Jack Daniels and they said they would try. After attempting to do what I asked them to do for a few days, I get a call from Ernest Gomez that I ignored. He left me a voicemail that basically said that he believes the other Audi dealer is still trying to get the car from them but that they will not release it to them and suggests that if I want the car, I go back to Jack Daniels to work something out. So instead of supporting their dealer network and giving a potential new Audi customer what they are looking for, they are saying you either come back to us or else you're not going to get the car at all...seems pretty spiteful when you think about the fact that I offered them the business but they turned it away. Can you blame me for going back to the other dealer when I'm getting significantly more value for my trade-in? At the end of the day, I decided that there was no circumstance where I would want to do business with Jack Daniels when they portray such poor business ethics and sense. I ended up buying another model of the S5 with a higher price and more options from the original Audi dealer instead. I would rather have to pay a few thousand more for a car than have to do business the wrong way with the wrong people. In conclusion, you should definitely look around before settling on doing any type of business with Jack Daniels since they were the most egregious on the trade in value, have questionable business ethics and clearly show that they are only looking out for themselves and not the customers' best interests.

Purchased a preowned Audi. Salesperson was in a hurry to "spot" deliver car, so vehicle was not cleaned or prepared. Later found damage from a repaint on the bumper. Someone who painted the bumper used their fingers to test the wet paint. Dealer denied knowledge of this. The dealer eventually did pay for the repaint. Dealer could not obtain title before my temp expired. Salesperson said they would give me a letter to show police if stopped. Did he think I was born yesterday? F and I person tried to sell me extras I did not want. When I refused to buy them she told me they were already in the car. I said I would then purchase a different car as I did not want "window etching" for hundreds of dollars. She told me it was in all their cars. They even tried to pass it by me by preprinting it on the invoice. When I refused, she got nasty. The only person really helpful was a manager named Mike who went the extra mile to make sure I got my registration in time for a business trip. My compliments to Mike. I am now going to have the vin number checked to confirm that all recalls were done as the salesperson did not seem knowledgeable about this.SORRY, BUT THIS REVIEW REALLY APPLIES TO JACK DANIELS OF UPPER SADDLE RIVER.

Purchased a nice used 2009 Scion XD here. The salesman was personable and we got what we wanted. However, we are still waiting for our license plates. It's been over 30 days, and the temporary permit has expired. My wife has called them expedite the process, with no results.

Recently I purchased a new Q5 3.2 from Leslie and I must admit it was the best buying experience I've had to date with any salesperson or dealership I've ever dealt with in the past!Not only was she very pleasant to deal with, but was also very knowledgeable in assiting me with learning all the details of the vehicle (Since this was my first Audi purchase, but certainly not my last).Over the weekend my son got the opportunity to drive the Q5 and fell in love with it, so I have decided that for his first vehicle I will purchase him a Pre-Owned Audi and will make sure his experience was as wonderful as mine and send him directly to Leslie! Leslie was very nice until we were in the process of buying the car. Although when we asked her about any car features or specifications she never knew the answer. She wasn't very knowledgeable about the cars they had for sale. After we bought the car (certified) we noticed that there was some paint issues. We called/e-mailed Leslie but she never called us back. So we decided to stop by at the dealership one day. She was very surprised and acted busy. We talked to her manager, who didn't didn't even bother to get out of his office to look at the problem with the car. We were running around, but everybody ignored us.We had a very bad experience.We even call Audi to file a claim. Nice cars sold by wrong people. I would not recommend this dealership at all.

Ernest is the man! He knows everything about Audi's and has a very good personality! It was very easy to work with him in picking out the right car for me. Based on how much I was willing to spend, I decided on a new Audi A5 with some pretty nice features in it. The whole staff at Jack Daniels was great!

I had a great buying experience with Neils. I've never been treated so well from a salesman, let alone a car salesman! Got a very good deal on a 2010 Q5, and wife is very happy with it. Everytime an Audi commercial comes on the television my kids get excited and tell me that it's our car! Great brand, great salesman, and great dealership Jack Daniels!

After visiting 2 other car dealerships on Route 17, I went to Jack Daniels where I expected the same type of used car salesman to give me the same speech the other dealers gave me, and try to TELL me which kind of car I should be driving. It was not the case when I met Frank. He really made me feel like I was in the driver seat, which was great. From now on, when I'm driving my A4 down Route 17, I will be sure to stop into Jack Daniels and say hello to my new lifelong friend Frank

I figure "better safe, than sorry" and went with the car that would get me through any weather. I went to Jack Daniels Audi and was amazed at the treatment I recieved. Finding the perfect car was easy, and I left knowing I had the car I always dreamed of.

Great experience at Jack Daniels Audi. Charlie was an amazing sales representative. He was very nice and was able to work out a very good price with his manager Stephen. My wife and I went in there knowing exactly what we wanted (a Q5 with low monthly payments), and they were able to work out a number we were very happy with. They didn't try getting us to pay extra for features we wouldn't use. I would definitely buy again from them when it's time for another new car.

I went to Jack Daniels Audi of Upper Saddle River to buy my 2011 A4. Sales staff there is awesome, Max especially. The atmosphere is very friendly and I am always treated like a King when I go there. I didn't even have to wait a minute for a sales member to assist me which was great. The entire transaction was good! I got a great deal and didn't try getting charged any hidden fee's. Max was very honest and I really feel like he was trying to get me the best possible price he could give me. A rare find in a job that's based off of commission! Absolutely wonderful experience! I was interested in purchasing a new Audi A6 and I always see the Jack Daniels Audi building on my way down Route 17. It looked really nice so I stopped in over on a weekend. The receptionist was super friendly. We talked for a few minutes and then she asked me to please have a seat in the waiting area because it was really busy. She brought me over a nice hot cup of green tea while I waited. I had to wait maybe 5 minutes and then Neils came to help me. He was by far the nicest car salesman I've ever talked to!!!! And my brothers a cars salesman! We took a look at one of the A6's on the showroom floor and Neils answered every question I could think of pretty much. We went on a test drive down Route 17 and Neils showed me all the different features on teh car. The car was beautiful and handled great!We drove back to the dealership we went over the pricing. My brother works in the business so I kind of know how it works. I told Neils this is the price I want to pay, and can't afford any higher with the tax and fees included. To my surprise the final price was actually LOWER than what I told him!!LOVED LOVED LOVEDDDD doing business with them!! I am going to tell all my friends and family about Neils which will probably upset my brother lol!!

I was so excited to purchase a brand new Audi Q5. I called Jack Daniels Audi in USR and Maria Andrieu-Gomez answered the phone. I advised Maria of what I wanted and that I did have a current lease that would expire in July. I also advised that I was an employee of AT&T so received the supplier discount. Maria advised me to come in over the weekend to test drive the vehicle. I went in on a Saturday and had to wait a very long time. I understood she was with a customer so even an acknowledgement that I was there would have been sufficient. I called before I came in as instructed. After I came in another couple had come in to test drive the same model. After waiting I realized that the couple who arrived after me was put in a test car prior to me. I will say the receptionist was very apologetic. This was on Saturday March 6th, in the afternoon. She did seem to feel bad that we were kept waiting and that we were bumped for the test drive. After the drive Maria did give pricing with the supplier discount. She advised that since I was getting this there was really no room for any additional negotiation. She advised that the dealer was not making any money off the vehicle because of this discount. Some time went by and I decided to purchase the Q5 earlier than expected. I called Maria again on April 22nd to talk about it. I told her about a deal my friend was given at Jack Daniels in Fair Lawn. She advised she would call me back. When she called me back she gave me a price that was significantly more than the one my friend received on an even more upgraded model of the Q5, but it also did not include my supplier discount. When I told her she said she would call me back. She called me back and advised that again because the dealer was not making any money off the car due to the discount, she would need to charge 125.00 to detail the car, 95.00 to prep the car, 50.00 for gas. I asked for the bottom line# and she provided a number and then later added 299 for the doc fee, 30.00 for tire tax, which she later corrected to 7.50 flat. I told her I would call her back. I researched with another Audi dealership, advising of what Maria had advised. I was also looking at the vehicle price specifics on the internet and was well aware that the dealer was still making money off the car. Aside from the fact that saying things like this are extremely unprofessional. Maria called me back again and again came back with a price without the supplier discount. It was really like she didn't want to honor it. Even the first time I mentioned it she hesitantly advised she would see if they honor it. It is listed on my company intranet that they do take it. I advised that she didn't include it and she answered me with an annoyed tone and said, " yes, I did include the discount." I ended up purchasing the Q 5 at another dealership and picked it up six days later on April 28th. I paid for the car outright and am very happy with that dealer, their service and the price I received. I am not sure if Maria is a good representation of Jack Daniels Audi in USR, but I can tell you it is a shame for them that I experienced her lack of service. I will not go back to this dealer nor will I refer them.
