After reading all the reviews, I was a bit skeptical in going to this dealership for a vehicle but I gave it a chance anyway. I am so glad that I did. John helped me all the way in my process of deciding and ultimately purchasing my car. He was extremely honest and straight-forward. He worked with me for over a week in getting the car polished and clean for me to come visit. He always made sure to follow up with my requests. Surprisingly enough, someone I knew was his best friend in college without even realizing it. It is such a small world. He definitely got me the best deal for my car. Gregory, the business manager, was also extremely helpful in giving me final advices for things he think is best for me to add on for my car. His advices were given based on the perspective of a customer and he is always assuring me that I don't need to get something if I don't want to. If you are coming to this dealership and unsure who to ask, I highly recommend asking for John V. and Gregory N. for their service!!

What an amazing experience I had with Jack Daniel Kia! Before I even went in person to Jack Daniel Kia I was corresponding back and forth with Diamond. She clarified any questions I had ,which were plenty. I have purchased about 5 vehicles from different dealers and I feel that Diamond was by far the most friendliest , helpful and cooperative sales person. Many individuals who sell cars tend to use a rhetoric that is text book. Diamond on the other hand spoke to me like a genuine person and made me feel pleased to be investing/purchasing from Jack Daniels Kia. In addition to Diamond the manager Lou assisted in providing the exact deal that I wanted. Lou is a cool respectful and straightforward gentleman. Lastly, I have to give a shout out to Mark from finance provided an awesome closing to the experience. Not only is he funny but he has knowledge and experience in a plethora of categories. We will be back soon to purchase another vehicle. Typically I don’t write reviews but when the service is that exceptional one must spread the word.

I had an amazing experience with Karim. He was knowledgeable and had a great personality. I had a lot of hard financial issues to navigate and he did it with ease. He was able to get me a great deal. I highly recommend working with Karim at Kia in Fair Lawn.

I was in the market to trade in my current vehicle and decided to stop by Jack Daniels in Fair Lawn since I was already in the area. From the moment I walked in, everybody was friendly. The sales rep that assisted me, Jackson was the most helpful and professional rep I have encountered in a while. He truly provided excellent customer service. The manager Jay who also assisted was very helpful and fair! They both listened and worked with me. I would highly recommend Jackson as a sales rep and recommend you stop by this dealership!
