Was shopping for a new vehicle and was ready to put down a cash deposit and wait for the vehicle to arrive. It was explained they were not going to negotiate on the price because they were already giving me a deal by not selling the vehicle for 2K-4K over asking price. Odd negotiation tactics, to offer a price for MSRP and then we could charge you more, but we did not. This was the decision given by an Ingram. It did not sit well with me. This would have been my third vehicle purchased from Jack Ingram. Decided to drive to another MB dealership.

The customer service was lacking. Ben was my service advisor and he was much less than helpful. He could not meet the simple commitment of calling me back or providing an estimate at times he said that he would, so I knew better to get my car out of there and go to a dealership that could handle a ton of business at one time.

My husband recently retired from MBUSI and had a benefit discount of 12.25% in writing. The info was carried to the salesman who communicated with his manager, and the deposit was paid. We then built the vehicle with features we wanted over a 2 hr period. The vehicle arrived 3 months later, we were contacted. When we arrived it was on the showroom floor. We was told the discount would not be honored initially, On the 2nd visit with spoke with a general manager, told the same, and no discussion would change his mind. After months of waiting we had to start over with another dealership.

Excellent service from beginning to end with Carlos Harper and ending with Tim Benefield. It was not a long and drawn out process to purchase car, no coming back next day to complete and sign paperwork. Carlos took the initiate to have loan approval before my arrival; I made car selection, took for test drive and finalized paperwork. I arrived at the dealership about 5:45pm and was leaving about 7:30 pm. Car was washed, cleaned and gas tank filled. I have bought a few cars but never this swift. Kudos to the Carlos and Tim, it was worth the short drive from Birmingham!

I went by to look at used vehicles and Don Brown helped me and I was able to drive a new car home. I informed Mr. Brown of my financial status and I was looking at the Versa but I really wanted a Sentra. Don worked with me and we drove around the lot in the cart to look at vehicles and he stated he would try for the Sentra lease for low payments for me. My credit was approved and I drove my new car home. I thank Jesus for Don who listened to me and did everything he could to help me get out of the 1995 Nissan Altima into a brand new car. This is my 5th Nissan vehicle. I love Nissans. Thank God for Don Brown.

Purchased vehicle from dealership, had all services serviced at dealership; recently, in an accident, car taken to dealership for repairs. Body work done without incident, nonetheless, repairs necessary from the service department were severely neglected. Vehicle was returned to dealership on 4 different occasions to correct same problem. Informed each time something different caused the problem, problem was never corrected. Confidence shattered with service department, money spent to correct problem resulted in nothing being fixed. Presently, another "suggestion," and I mean suggestion, (since none of the other diagnostics were correct) has been made...costing over $1800.

One of the best experiences we have ever had Dealing with Don Brown and Jack Ingram Nissan was one of the best experiences we have ever had purchasing a car. We do not live in Montgomery, but they had the car in stock that we wanted. We made a call to find out the price of the car before making the trip to Montgomery. We have done this before with another dealer, only to find out after we got there, that what they quoted was not what they tried to sell us the car for when we arrived. This was different, they quoted us a price and that is what they sold it to us for... We did quite a bit of shopping around and Jack Ingram just didn't beat others by a little, but saved us enough to make it well worth our trip to Montgomery. Don Brown was a pleasure to work with. Even after the sale was over and we were leaving the dealership- he took the time to show us even more about the cars features. From top to bottom, Jack Ingram was helpful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.... and you cannot say that about many car dealerships. I highly recommend that you check out Jack Ingram Nissan and ask for Don Brown- you wont be disappointed!

Recent car purchase Cannot say enough good about my experience with Jack Ingram Nissan and my sales consultant, Landis Richardson. This is my second auto purchase from Jack Ingram Nissan. Bought my first Altima brand new in 2003, and have never had a bad experience. "She" finally blew her transmission after 11 years and was towed into the dealership. Would have cost way too much to repair, so we really had no choice but to purchase another vehicle. Financially, this could not have happened at a worse time for us, as we weren't expecting to have to purchase another vehicle for another year or two. Landis Richardson was a complete professional and was caring and very sensitive to our situation and also to our needs. Totally looked out for us. Took time to talk about multiple options. We honestly thought we would only be able to work out something with a older used car, but he steered us to a new Altima, and unbelievably, the payments are FAR lower than we would ever have expected and also lower than the budget we could afford. Still can't believe it! He also took extra time to explain all the features on the car and make sure I knew the workings of it before I drove it off the lot. I actually bought the most basic model of the vehicle, and it did not come with floor mats, so I knew after I got home that I would need them and would need to purchase them since they didn't come with the car. Called Landis the next day to see if he could procure a set of mats for me and when we came in the next day, he had them ready for us. No stones unturned. We LOVE this new car!!! I must also include Debbie Ritzus in the service department who I have dealt with whenever I have brought my car in for service over the years. She had to deliver the unfortunate news about the blown transmission and the cost associated with it. Not a pleasant job for her, but had to be done, and like Landis, was completely professional, caring and sensitive to my situation. We've been dealing with Jack Ingram Nissan now since we first moved to Montgomery in 2002, and all experiences have been positive. Will recommend the dealership and most definitely, Landis! Thank you again!

I just bought by second Altima from Jack Ingram. Both times, the experience was painless. Let me say that I have been at other dealerships where, when I left, I felt like I'd been beaten with a tire iron. Not at JI. The staff is friendly and attentive, but not pushy or obnoxious. I didn't get my last Altima regularly serviced at JI, but I will with the new one. Since I retired, JI is more convenient for routine oil changes, etc., and Tony Richardson and Derrick have been really easy to work with. I trust them to tell me if something needs immediate attention or can wait a little bit. Also, the price is comparable to outside businesses. All in all, I think whoever is running the show over there, or setting the tone for customer service, has hit the nail on the head when it comes to overall customer satisfaction--in both sales and service. Jack Ingram Nissan's staff is friendly, knowledgable and professional. We drove all the way from Irvington, Al to Montgomery ( a 2 &1/2 hour drive) and got two great deals. Our salesperson, Carlos Harper, was absolutely WONDERFUL. We test drove every vehicle that we were interested in and he never lost patience. Sadly, after attempting to resolve my issue directly with the service manager and not being able to, I can no longer recommend Jack Ingram. On 9/27/2013 I took my 2010 Nissan Altima in for a simple oil change. While sitting in the service area I witnessed a service technician recklessly drive my vehicle into a service bay. Due to his carelessness he struck the vehicle lift with my right front tire causing irreparable damage, ultimately requiring the tire to be replaced. To their credit, Jack Ingram put a brand spanking new tire on my car free of charge. Fine so far, right? Ok, upon taking possession of my vehicle and driving it a short distance, I noticed that the vehicle now pulled to one side, obviously favoring the new tire. I returned to the dealership and argued with the service manager at length on why I felt I should have been provided two new tires even though they only damaged one. He disagreed and we were not able to come to a mutual resolution. I'll detail to you why I believe I should have received two new tires instead of only one and let you decide who was in the right. 1. The industry wide practice is to replace tires in pairs if all 4 are not being replaced at the same time. 2. My Nissan owner's manual and maintenance booklet also advise this is the preferred practice. 3. Having one new tire and three worn tires substantially changed the way my vehicle drives and handles. The service manager argued that while not the industry practice, replacing only one new tire poses no safety risk, irrespective of the best practices noted in Nissan's documentation. Furthermore, Richardson said I should be happy that I got a new tire, he could have given me a used tire from out back. The tires on my car are 3 years old and have 32K miles on them with 6/32 of tread left. To hear them tell it you'd believe I drove in there with four bald tires. In the grand scheme of things, this boils down to one thing: the cost of a new tire. Given the industry wide practice of replacing tires in pairs, I felt I was entitled to a second tire at no expense. Let me be clear: I am well and able to pay for a new tire or even a set of new tires. I was not trying to get something for nothing or trying to take advantage of the situation. What should have been a routine service visit resulted in me leaving with a car that has mismatched tires when I went in with a matched set, albeit worn according to RIchardson. He seems to believe I'm in a better position now than I was before which is simply not true. All I wanted was to have two matching tires instead of having one new one and one older one on the front of my car. Richardson felt that I would be unjustly enriched if he gave me a second tire. He felt that one new tire put me at or in a better position than I was before they damaged my tire. I bought this car brand new from Jack Ingram and have had it serviced there for the 3 years I have owned it. I was considering trading in my 2010 Altima for a 2013 model but I can now say that is no longer a consideration. A $135 tire is minuscule to me and Jack Ingram in the grander scheme of things. Loyalty should have been the deciding factor and Jack Ingram decided that a $135 tire was more valuable to them than the repeat business and loyalty of a customer. While I'm certain that for every customer they lose they gain many more, I don't feel the treatment I received today was representative of the service they say they strive to provide. I'm sure in a few weeks I'll receive a survey from Nissan USA, as I typically do whenever I have visited the dealership, but this time I will have to give them the review they rightfully deserve.

They are very friendly and helpful. My story is: I took my 09 VW Beetle into service. I had just purchased this Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle in February and love it! The EPC light in the vehicle would come on and my car hesitated and the battery light came on and the vehicle just shut down while driving. Being a single mother of an 11 year old daughter; I could not except this. Chris Brock and Justin Worthington felt my pain. I was not happy with my 09 VW Convertible Beetle (Red). I talked to Mr. Fred Jackson who sold me the 09 Beetle in February and I explain my pain to him. He and Guy Martin spoke to me and reassured me it will be alright. When my parents went to Nissan to look for a Versa for me they were helped by Dee Dee Coleman. She was so kind and helpful, going over every aspect of what we could expect in trying to purchase a vehicle. She wasn't pushy, but listened to all the questions my parents had about a purchase. I know my Mom can ask a lot of questions about everything. However, she was so impressed with how knowlegeable Dee Dee was of what would be a better deal for me that she could not wait to tell me to go to Jack Ingram Nissan and look at the car that I wanted to purchase. When I finally got the nerve to go and talk to Dee Dee we finalized all the paperwork that day and I drove home in my new car. I really appreciate the help she provided and the fact that she put my parents so at ease with this purchase. Thank you, Dee Dee.

My wife and I were interested in purchasing a new VW Beetle. We first went to Panama City and were not impressed with their sales staff. They were not very friendly or interested for that matter in finding the vehicle we were looking for. We decided to try Jack Ingram in Montgomery and are glad we did. This was the most enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had. Mario was our sales person and went out of his way to get us everything we asked for in our new vehicle. He was friendly, professional, and more than willing to find us the vehicle we wanted at a price we are very happy with. Great experience. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to others.

The service that we received at Jack Ingram Nissan was Outstanding. From the moment we meet our sales associate Andy Lard until we signed the final contract with Randy Tucker, we were treated with nothing but respect and professionalism. Andy answered all of our many questions without trying to force us into a vehicle and options we did not want. He give us the information we needed to make an informed decision and allowed us to do that. Randy was great at explaining the financial side of the deal and making sure we understood our rights and responsibilities. Overall, this is by far the best car buying session I have every experience in 25 years of buying cars. Everyone at Jack Ingram Nissan was great, but Andy and Randy were superstars. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

I am very satisfied with my new 2013 Nissan Rogue. I walked in around 4 pm and asked for a female salesperson and was introduced to Dee Dee Coleman. Her customer service was absolutely perfect. I felt no pressure from her which is very much appreciated by not only me but anyone choosing a vehicle. Her professionalism was one of the reasons I purchased this vehicle. I am sure she is this way with every customer and she definitely deserves to be rewarded.

I just leased my first car through Jack Ingram Volkswagon. Mario Powell is not your average car salesman. He really does genuinely care about each of his individual costumer's unique needs and requests. Mario actually listened to me instead of talking at me or pushing me in a direction I did not want to go. He was really such a delight during the whole process. Mario's professionalism was evident from my first phone conversation to driving away in my brand new car. He made absolutely sure everything was top notch and that my experience with leasing my first car was everything I hoped it would be and more. Most of all, Mario took his time explaining everything and costumizing my car before I left. I know Mario will be there for me in the future whenever I need him in reference to my car. So, if you are looking into buying a car or leasing make sure to ask for Mario Powell!!!

My Mother is 86. Her car was hit by a cement truck making a wrong turn in May 2012. By July finishing with truck insurance we went to Jack Ingram Motors looking for a used car for her. My Sister took her to look at a car we saw online. The Salesman, Eric assured her that he had driven the car several weeks and it was in great condition. His manager, Tip Thames was with him when my Sister called me in NJ to let me know what these two said. They assured my Mother they would clean the car and get it ready. When she and my Sister picked up the car, Eric again assured her allwas well and he would car for her as for his own mother should anything happen. The day after picking up the car my Sister was blessed to be able to get off the highway when the car suddenly stalled. She went to have it checked out and told by a car repair place what is supposedly needed. She did what he said and it worked about a week. This time my Sister had returned to GA and my Mother was driving the car herself when it stalled. She was distrought since she had just been in an accident in May. Eric got the car and supposedly had it worked on. It stalled once more. We knew we had to make a change and attempted to work with Eric and Tip to get a newer car. Every car we called them about that we saw online, they ignored and would call us back about another. Every one they told us about was one that had been in an accident. I then called Jack Ingram (owner) and shared our concerns. He promised to look into it but when nothing happened I called him again. His assistant, Michelle, said he was away for the week but she would check. That day while I was on the phone with my Sister, the GM called himself on my Sister's cell phone which was on speaker.He told my Sister not to call them back again because no one was going to send us out another listing or discuss it with us. If we wanted to do business with them, my Mother (86 years old) could come out there herself and test drive some cars and pick out one. Otherwise, we need not call them again. My Jack Ingram (owner) NEVER got back with us nor did anyone else. I was grateful because I knew I could not trust them to be honest and sell trade us for a good car.I do not know if it was a racial issue since we are African American or they simply are not a trustworthy car dealership when it comes to their used cars. We went to Reinhardt Motors and the Salesman Joe Knight and the dealership were outstanding to work with and we found my Mother an excellent car at a great deal. M.J.NJ
