I have owned my Honda Accord now for a little over 3 years. I have always had all of my service completed on my Honda at Jack O'Diamonds Honda. I have always been treated with respect and honesty. I truly appreciate Andy who is my service person and has always helped me take care of my Honda. Thank you to the Jack O'Diamonds team who works on my Honda and keeps it in great running condition!

I LOVE MY JACK O' DIAMONDS FAMILY HERE IN TYLER, THEY MAKE SURE YOUR TAKEN CARE OF. I purchased my preowned car from Roman 2 weeks ago. The customer service continues to exceed my expectations. The ease of purchase was great considering my credit. The staff worked with me and assured me that we would find something for me. The extended warranty they offered was perfect, that was a concern with purchasing a used car. The overall process was quick and easy. Roman has done an excellent job at keeping contact to make sure I am pleased with the purchase. I had a complaint that wasn't caught during the test drive and had no problems getting in right away to have it serviced. I highly recommend Jack o Diamonds because of the quality cars and the great customer service.

Sales John Hunt is VERY rude and unprofessional!! Highly recommend to stay away from this dealership!!!! He does not return calls and he acts like you are putting him out when you call. He did not even try to work with my credit situation. When I finally got him to answer my questions about trading in my car for a different one he was very blunt and rude saying "can't help ya". Whatever the situation may be when buying a new or used car....there is absolutely NO reason to treat someone with not so great credit bad like he did. I will NEVER recommend that dealership to anyone!!! In fact, I will be telling all my friends and family to stay far away from Jack O' Diamonds Honda in Tyler, TX!!!

After researching the internet for inventory, we drove from Lufkin to Jack O'Diamonds in Tyler for the best selection. Mr. James McLouth and Mr. James Cole worked tirelessly to provide us with the very best auto at a fair price. They each stressed the Life Time Jack O'Diamond warranty and took extra time to ensure our choice to purchase with them was as easy as it was a smart one. We were extremely time constricted and even after the purchase, these exceptional salesmen kept our needs ahead of theirs. The car was serviced and detailed in a very short time in order that we could leave with a used automobile that looks and drives like a new one. Well done! We would most strongly recommend James and James along with the entire Jack O'Diamond's team for your next purchase.

We visited Jack O' Diamonds Honda Dealership to see and drive the new 2012 Honda Sport Fit. They did not have one in stock. We did look at other models. This is a great dealership and we highly recommend them. Their Honda mechanic ( with 20+ years of experience) is the best service mechanic I have ever met. We did not have a problem with our FIT but he did provide a service regarding a Honda safety recall which turned out our car did not have a problem.
