This was my first time buying a new car (I have owned several used ones) and Svet Valchev and JC Phelan made the entire process as easy as ever. All of the people at Jack Phelan Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM treated my wife and I like family and answered all of our questions. Svet made us feel very comfortable and confident in what we were purchasing and we love our new Dodge caravan. I would highly recommend using this dealership when you go to purchase a car. Just want to say how wonderful of an experience I had at Jack Phelan Dodge in countryside. Svet Valchev and Dan Taylor worked very hard in getting the best deal I can for the Dodge Charger R/T that I purchased. They were very considerate and very unstressful. I just bought a new used car from dealer. I was extremely happy with the service and sales people. They went out of their way to be sure I was satisfied. I did not have anyone with me at the time of purchase and they offered to follow me home so that I would not have to come back to pick up the vehicle. I will return to them with any future purchases.

I MADE AN OFFER ON A VEHICLE ON TO THE INTERNET MANAGER. HIS RESPONSE WAS WE ARE $4000 APART AS IF I CANT DO THE MATH. HE DIDNT BOTHER MAKING A COUNTER OFFER I WAITED 2 DAYS THEN WROTE HIM BACK ASKING ABOUT EXTENDED WARRARTIES, HE NEVER WROTE BACK. I FINALLY CALLED AND TALKED TO A REAL SALES PERSON AND OF COURSE THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD. JOHN OFFERED TO HELP FIND A COMPERABLE VEHICLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TRYING TO PURCHASE VIA EMAIL. CALL JOHN.

I've had warranty work and regular maintenance done on my Isuzu here, and these guys are fair, straight-forward and easy to deal with. Their mechanics know Isuzu's and that makes the difference.
