Best experience at car dealership ever . Got my dream car already . My fault was not check carefully the tire before we left. A week after I came back and they fixed and wash it .Welcome me back ,they did not blame anything on me. Love these people (Danny,Mario)they are very professional and help me quickly, the procedure is clear. Enthusiastic, considerate, friendly is what I have seen. Highly appreciate your business. Easiest car buying experience ever! Josiah made the whole process simple! I walked in knowing what car I wanted and he was very supportive of myself decision and made the overall experience pleasurable. He’s was easy to talk to and we shared quite a bit a laughs! I highly recommend buying a car here and seeing Josiah as your salesman!

I am so impressed by the NO pressure salesperson who helped me purchase my first Mercedes. The service department is also top notch!!!!! I had my first service oil change, etc… with ease of in and out with a loaner vehicle. I appreciate the honesty and straight forward service that is needed. Max Grunhof is so helpful and makes what is usually an anxious process so comfortable. Two days later, I had TWO different flat tire experiences in ONE day and both were fixed with the best customer service and patience. Thank you Jackie Cooper Imports and Max!!!

This was the easiest car buying experience of my life. Jeremy and Nathan made the sales side of the process a dream. These two went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were well acquainted with the Mercedes and all its amenities. They put us at ease throughout the entire time we were there. Kendall made the finance process as painless and short as possible. I walked in to his office and out within 10 minutes. Dillon took great care to teach this non tech savvy person how to use the fantastic technology available in the Mercedes. I traveled 2 hours (away from my local Mercedes dealership...cause snobs) to deal with the most down to earth and helpful dealership as a whole that I have ever been to. I have found my Mercedes dealership for life! Thank you Jermey, Nathan, Kendall and Dillon and all of Jackie Cooper Imports for being FANTASTIC!

Dalton Stephens is hands down the best salesman/ customer service person I’ve encountered in ANY field. I have bought vehicles from him before and was 100% satisfied. I did not buy from Jackie cooper this time just because they didn’t have specifically what I was looking for but I did sell them my trade because they had the best offers in town. Dalton goes above and beyond and there were several complications in this deal (not from Jackie Coopers end but mine).They worked through all of them with Dalton doing everything he possibly could to make things easier. Thank you to all that helped me and GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! He went above and beyond at every turn
