Our recent experience with Jackson Nissan was very positive. Our salesman, Neal; was so helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. We never felt any pressure and were treated well. Matt, our finance man was very friendly, showing us our options with patience and confidence. This dealership is unique and a rare find. Of course my husband and I LOVE the Rogue!!!!! It is an outstanding vehicle in quality and appearance. I should have bought a Nissan a long time ago! Thank you Jackson Nissan team for making us feel valued. I highly recommend them!

I completed an online application and request for more information for a 2021 Nissan Rogue on a Tuesday evening and honestly had been car searching for a few weeks - all the sales folks were either snappy or didn't have inventory. I had no expectations but felt it was worth a shot. I heard back from Neal Kotlarek bright and early the next morning. He reached out to learn about my needs, wants, and what I was looking for and then went into next steps. Often when you connect with a car salesperson, you feel pushed or rushed - I felt none of the sort with Neal. I felt like he was genuinely interested in helping me vs making a sale. I work from home and he was also very thoughtful with the times that we would connect with updates and making an appointment to come in and look at the vehicle. By Saturday morning I was driving away in Ruby (that's her name). Not only did he make the experience feel natural and fun, he made it special. When I arrived Neal and Matt Walsh had a bow on my new truck and were ready to take pictures. Then we spent time going over the paperwork and all the business details - and then we went and took more pictures! My mother came with me and they were very welcoming to her as well. Even Kathi at the front desk was nice. It was about an hour drive from me, but I am telling everyone who compliments my truck and that I know that it was absolutely worth it. If you are looking to make a new purchase or lease - this is the dealership to go to! My experience with this team was remarkable. I felt like more than a customer and I am sure that you will too.
