Had a great experience at Jaguar Hartford, Sales staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Overall they had a very nice staff and facility, I would definitely recommend doing business here!

Thought we were getting a good deal... Guess not! We went in to purchase a used car off their lot. Seemed as though things were going great. They went thru car, said it was great, we took delivery of car, happy. First long drive, it comes up with an error code that requires immediate attention, DO NOT DRIVE. Brought it to our certified mechanic, came up with (SEVEN) 7 codes. $1000 later, this dealership won't warrantee, after being told if there was anything within 30 days to let them know. Not even an offer to cover any portion of the bill. Too bad... The new F-type really tickled my husbands' fancy... Oh well... Not worth buying a car from a dealership you can't trust! Our young salesman had seemed great. As a salesperson, your reputation is all you have! Aligning yourself with a dishonest dealership will only bring you down, and hard... I told him to run far and run fast.
