I recently bought the F-Pace from this dealership and they really made it easy for me. The sales person was very responsive and available via email and txt. I called them around 10:30AM and told them that I needed to pick-up the vehicle before 2:00PM and they had it ready to go for me. Highly recommend this dealership.

Tyler Anderson did a great job finding my dream car. He was very attentive, answered my calls, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was considering. I had been looking for almost a year when I met Tyler. The 1st road block that I threw at him was that I wanted a slightly used car, not new one. When I told other car sales reps this they either pushed new cars down my throat or wanted nothing to do with me, not Tyler, he listened to what I wanted. The 2nd hurtle was the unique color/style/low mileage vehicle that I was seeking. Other sales reps just told me that does not exist and went on their way. Again, Tyler took [mental] notes and was able to locate the perfect Range Rover that met all my needs. Lastly, he did not push any slimy car salesmen tactics on me (and to add, neither did anyone at Land Rover Buckhead) that you would expect when buying a car. Overall, this was a very pleasurable experience and I would recommend Tyler and Land Rover Buckhead to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Now I am the happy new owner of a 2015 Range Rover Sport Supercharged! :)

Bob made what could have been a very stressful situation seamless. My wife and I purchase a Mercedes GLE350 on a friday and by monday morning, we came to the conclusion we made a huge mistake. we attempted to return the car to MB of Buckhead but they claimed it was too late ! Alissa went by Land Rover and Bob saved the day. He worked out a trade in that got us out of our New Benz with minimal loss ($1,200) and into a Range Rover Sport. My wife loves it and doesn't feel like a "Soccer Mom" anymore. Overall a fantastic experience and i'll be working with Bob in the future for sure !

We searched everywhere for a Land Rover Evoque and couldnt find the one we wanted anywhere until Bob Lorenzo took the wheels! He handled the entire process and found exactly what we wanted and in our price range. He did an excellent job of explaining everything to me thoroughly and gave great advice being my first lease ever. We purchased a Land Rover from Bob Lorenzo 14 years ago, and went back to him for another one. Our buying experience was once again seamless and easy. Bob took care of us every step of the way, and spent lots of time explaining all of the features of our car. The dealership/service center is amazing, and great customer service is clearly their top priority.

He was very helpful and very detailed regarding cost of the car and value of my trade. We were able to work out most of the details before I ever got to the dealership. We just purchased our first Range Rover (Evoque). I cannot describe how happy we are with our purchase/lease. Kenzie was kind enough to schedule our appointment with Mark. Mark has been fantastic with the entire buying experience as well as his vehicle knowledge. We walked into the dealership wanting to inquire information about a used Range Rover however found a much better deal going the leasing option. What I really enjoyed was that we were under no pressure purchasing a vehicle. We have been to a few dealerships and they nearly drowned us in offers!!! Mark has been fantastic in getting our buying process completed very smooth. Would definitely recommend the dealership!!!

We were fairly sure what we wanted but not completely. I emailed the Land Rover salesman (paul stith) and asked for a date and time that was convenient for both of us. We arrived at that time, looked at a few vehicles, then he allowed us to drive a couple of them ALONE so that we could kick the tires and make comments to ourselves without feeling uncomfortable. He took us around to see different colors and carpets as well as some of the additional conveniences of the vehicle at all times completely open and honest. We decided on our colors and searched for the vehicle. Since it was not available, a purchase order was completed and the SUV was basically ordered. There was no hassle and we did not need to haggle. In fact, the salesman gave me $1000 off the price without debate. The process took very little time and we received an email once the vehicle was at the dealership. I scheduled a pick-up time. The SUV looked beautiful on arrival. I signed the loan documents after providing my insurance card then received a thorough but efficient briefing on the entire vehicle and off I went! I had a full tank of gas and immediately listening to satellite radio and receiving phone calls on my Bluetooth! Too easy!"

I have been shopping for a new car for months. While I liked the BMW and Audi, I hated the dealers and arrogance that I encountered in the process. Ken was a delight to work with... He even let us bring our dog down to make sure he could get in the coupe (unfortunately he could not). Fun car experience with this dealership.
