4.2 of 5 stars! Ordered my Velar 4 months ago, and it came in a bit early, which was Great! My sales person, Damion, was very nice and fun to work with. Thankfully, I was able to add on extended service packages after the final sale, a week later, which was fantastic. Overall, everyone was nice and I will consider buying from this location again. My only advice to possible customers is to know how to calculate simple interest on possible auto leases because the finance manager might get the hands up on you, if you aren't careful. My algebra and finance classes paid off again!!

The staff was warm and welcoming. Sydney was amazing from start to finish!! She was patient answering all of my questions, but never pushy. She took time to listen to what I was looking for and what my needs were. She offered feedback on what she thought might be good options. She gave me several options and understood what I wanted to spend. She was available when I had questions and quick to respond. Sydney made this an unforgettable experience and I truly will never own anything but Land Rover.

My husband and I worked with Sydney Archer and had the best experience. She was patient with our needs, wants, and the entire ordering process as we changed our minds multiple times. UPDATE: 9 months after purchasing our first vehicle, our salesman contacted us regarding a vehicle that we inquired about if he ever came across one. Price Clark once again went above and beyond our expectations. We started with the intention of buying a single vehicle, yet ended up purchasing 2 vehicles. Price spent an entire day with us, to ensure my wife got the vehicle she always wanted. After a long day traveling to and from, Price text me during the late evening to make sure we got home safely. Once again, Kudos for an outstanding experience. We originally contacted the dealership via the internet. We were contacted within 5 minutes by our salesman, Price Clark. He actually spent 20 minutes answering questions....while knowing we were located 2 hours away. We made an appointment and drove to Grapevine the next afternoon. Price met us in the parking lot with the keys in his hand. No pressure sales tactics......he let us test drive each vehicle and look around at our leisure. Price made our purchase hassle free without all the extra BS. He handled our transaction from start to finish. We will definitely make the 2 hour drive for our next purchase as well. Kudos to Park Place!!

Absolutely outstanding! Excellence began with the initial phone call from Price Clark at Jaguar Land Rover Grapevine. Price was so accommodating even when we had to make a few time changes to meet at the dealership. During our test drives, Price gave us wonderful information about our car down to the smallest details. He really helped guide us in which car was just right for us. The dealership is gorgeous and everyone was so friendly. Ours sales experience was excellent. I CAN’T WAIT to see Price again for my next upgrade. Thank you again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
