Land Rover Frisco, TX has made tremendous improvements in customer service and the service dept. On a recent visit I noticed that most employees make eye contact, smiled and said hello. They inquired to ensure we were being assisted. This is the kind of guest experience I, and undoubtedly, anyone spending anywhere grin $95k to $240k for a new Range Rover, expects. I have owned two Range Rovers, which have both been serviced at Land Rover Frisco. The current service advisor Mike P. was courteous, attentive and helpful. A friendly gentleman who I assumed was a salesperson or manager, stopped by to answer a couple of questions about the new Range Rover. The service dept handled a safety recall concern and promptly provided a clean loaner vehicle. There's nothing not to like and I highly recommend Land Rover Frisco from that experience.

I love the service team at Land Rover Frisco! They have provided the best customer service from day one of my vehicle ownership (4 years and counting). I enjoy interacting with the team during every visit because they are so pleasant. Customer Satisfaction is always their primary goal! This is a 5 Star Service Team!

I shared with my salesman before I came in that I had to be really careful about staying safe. Socially distancing. How could I buy a car? He made everything possible for me to come in at a quiet time with few people there and get the car I wanted with very little contact, I felt completely safe and I have a resource there who will be my person for questions I have going forward. Wonderful dealership, great car.

I scheduled our Land Rover for annual maintenance two week ago. Following the very simple a straightforward scheduling process, I received a detailed confirmation of my appointment. Days later, I received a text and email reminders of the appointment date and time. When we arrived for our appointment, I found that all of the paperwork was previously completed, and my wife and I were escorted to a large and comfortable waiting room. Living nearly three hours from the dealership, we chose to wait for our vehicle. Within seconds of the estimated time of completion, our Service Rep fetched us back to the service area. All service-related actions taken we reviewed to our complete satisfaction and the bill was exactly the amount quoted prior to the commencement of work on our car. The Rover was returned to us freshly washed and vacuumed. Having owned dozens of vehicles over the years, I have never driven 5 hours round trip for service. Based on the level of professionalism and quality of work, I find the travel time investment to be well worth it.

Excellent service one more time. We have 3 Land Rovers and these guys are on top of every issue. Quick, right the first time and always ready. One of the best in my book and they definitely set up the reason you would buy the next car. Jason Lederer runs a great service operation.
