We left Lexus after 20 years of repeat business only because we wanted a different type of vehicle. The entire process to purchase the Range Rover was a great experience from this Land Rover dealership. The sales rep, Nate B., sales manager, Ryan and financing department were all exceptional. The product specialist, Jean, did a terrific job explaining the new vehicle to us as well. I highly recommend all of them as they were very accommodating and extremely helpful. Suzzette in financing was extremely helpful with the financing process and really went the extra mile. It was a very pleasant process. We definitely look forward to being a repeat and valued customer.

I had the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership at Jaguar Land Rover Houston North. Mike Russo is experienced, personable, down-to-earth and really understands the industry, the cars and the financials. He had honest responses to all our questions and his years of experience truly reflected in his customer service. I highly recommend anyone to ask for Mike Russo. The Finance Manager, Suzette Wynn, is very patient and answered every question with a smile. She walked us through the whole process, explaining all the important aspects. She’s just an awesome personality, a hard worker and is super down to earth. I can’t recommend this dealership enough. In and out in such a short period of time. No hassle… and just great customer service.

Update, I continue to receive their fake automated responses on google. Now they are claiming that they are using my feedback to improve, so does that mean they believe that my items were stolen at their dealership or not. Have they added more cameras to their lot that consists of vehicles that are worth millions of dollars as they have stated that they do not have cameras on their lot and cannot tell me what has happened to my vehicle when it was left in their possession. They are responsible for my items because they obviously left my car unlocked during the time it was supposed to be serviced. Still no offered compensation for my lost items or any suggestion of how to make this horrible experience better in any way possible. I hope you never run into an issue with this dealership because it is easier to reach God than to reach any of their people in corporate or management. You will be completely ignored other than their fake responses. Well I have continued to call the corporate office and the dealership to see how they can make this right for me, but unfortunately I still got the run around for a month of calling and wasting time on calls with different people that never did anything to help me except that they are investigating. It has been over two months and all I hear is please call this number. The GM Jason's explanation was that someone reporting something missing only happened once before and it was a firearm and the guy did not want to file a police report, I am guessing it was not registered. He also indicated that I signed documents that the dealership is not responsible for missing items from your car when you leave it there to be serviced. Unbelievable On top of dealing with their bad customer service and never having a loaner to provide for their customers and feeling like you are not at luxury dealership, this happens. I loved my car and was thinking about trading it for Land Rover but now I am not sure because they are the only dealership that are in my area and for sure I do not want to ever deal with them again. I have owned every luxury car out there never have I felt so belittled by a dealership like this before.

Nate Bray was an such a kind and well spoken salesman. He sent me pictures and videos of the truck I was interested in within minutes. Was always super responsive and polite. Never pushy. I wish every salesman was like him. Kudos to you Nate on a job well done. Hopefully I can find another vehicle so I can get you the credit you deserve! Thanks again and I will definitely send any business I can his way!

Go see Mr. David Baker. One of the nicest salesmen you'll ever meet. He listened rather than spoke so he really got to know what my wife and I wanted. Then he went to work for a good week+ finding us the vehicle we were wanting and we could not be happier.
