An awful experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Unclear communication from their reps and overpriced services. You should absolutely AVOID this place. We sent one of our company's vehicle for service. The next day, their representative calls telling us the services that they need to perform on the car. We told them to email EVERYTHING that needs to be done itemized to our email which they did. We got the quote, the office approved and they repaired the car. We go to pay, and there's another previous bill that wasn't included in the estimate that we agreed upon. As you can see from the screenshot, their rep Liana, clearly said "I've attached the breakdown of the work required for your vehicle", not mentioning that this quote was additional work. Even when we talked with her over the phone, we always referred to her estimate, and it was never implied that there was another bill on top of it. We felt this was unprofessional on their side. Not sure if it was done on purpose or not, it just didn't feel right. They claimed that we were told about that invoice which is not true. The email exchange disproves it and they refused to check the records of the phone calls between us and Liana where we explicitly asked her to send ALL the services they plan to perform on the car. Other things to consider: their prices are heavily inflated, their parts are marked up probably twice, their labor marked up way too much as well. If you send your car to this place, you're OVERPAYING and wasting money. On top of that, you may end up dealing with reps that confuse you with the pricing. Bottom line, the whole ordeal felt very unprofessional, dishonest, and the services are absolutely overpriced. You'll be ripped off here. I absolutely don't recommend this place.

Everyone at Land Rover of Glen Cove is beyond courteous and accommodating!! Our Sales Associate, Charles Marconi is just great. His knowledge of the brand is exemplary! He worked with us to chose the PERFECT vehicle for our needs! We fell in love with the Range Rover HSE WESTMINSTER! Our product specialist Alex, was patient and also very knowledgeable of the vehicle, as newbie Land Rover owners that was awesome! We are super excited to enjoy many many motoring years behind our new baby!! Thank you all @ Land Rover of Glen Cove!

I worked with John at Glen Cove and found him to be extremely commercial, friendly, helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. I left my remote in the car and before I even arrived home he sent a picture of the package he was overnighting to me. I highly recommend this location and John. Thank you!
