Dealership was clean and modern. Trade in, finance, and delivery went very smoothly. Damon Wright did all he said he would and communicated well. Sales Manager Bjorn was also helpful and professional. The vehicle is amazing and we are very happy with our decision. We drove 3 hours to purchase this vehicle, and are glad we chose this sales professional and this dealership. Worth your time to see these folks.

Already the prior owner of 3 Jaguars, I looked forward to having my expectations of a professional, courteous and knowledgable sales representative assist me in the on-line purchase of a new F-Pace. Indeed, I was not disappointed. In the fashion of previous purchases, my wife and I were hosted by Damon Wright, rather than being addressed as clients. First of all - if you're looking for a new luxury SUV, go look at the new Land Rover and Range Rover models! A lot of great new looks and features!! AND, if you do decide on a Land Rover, get over to the Portland dealership and meet with Damon Wright. We had a fantastic (no BS) experience with Damon that was the easiest car buying process I've ever been through. Damon was very attentive, friendly, super easy to work with and was the one stop shop from browsing to test drive to purchase. Customers for life!!

Attempted to get some support, but apparently they have zero concern unless your in the lobby and they can upsell you.. kinda sad for LR and Jag standards. Will not use them in the future. Worth the drive to get decent service elsewhere.
