Chris Rykaczewski is a very thorough, honest, and knowledgeable sales agent. He did not pressure me into buying but rather went over and above to make my experience comfortable and informed. He stayed late and communicated with me throughout the process which he made extremely simple. Even after the sale, he coordinated his team to come to my home to further show me the full bells and whistles of my new purchase. He also helped me sell my truck and was willing to drive the check to my house. I’ve purchased many vehicles through the years and I have to say that Chris made my buying experience the simplest I’ve ever had.

We had a great experience with Skye Martens and the entire staff at Jaguar Land Rover St Petersburg! We weren’t quite sure what we were looking for when we walked into the dealership but Skye was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with all the info we needed to pick the perfect car! They made the process so easy and had the car registered the very next day. Skye even took the time to walk us through setting up the app and showed us all of the great features of the car. Robbie Dereadt is the physical reason I am driving the car of my dreams! I had been watching the vehicle on line for a week. Robbie reached out previously, but I didn’t respond. I kept looking at the vehicle on line and noticed that the price had dropped. I compared the price of the car to similar ones online and Crown’s deal was by far the best. I was skeptical about applying for the vehicle online, but I got approved immediately and signed the paperwork the same day. What I would like to point out is that Robbie really made me feel like he wanted me specifically to purchase the vehicle. I had been in a car accident a week prior and needed something reliable and something I felt comfortable driving. My buying experience with Crown was seamless! I’m very thankful that Robbie didn’t give up on selling me the vehicle. He truly was a blessing and for this reason, I intend to maintain a business relationship with Crown for a long time!

Once again, a wonderful experience at CROWN Jaguar. My second vehicle purchase at this dealership. Josie Kane was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. She followed up on my every question and request. I would definitely work with her again. The Finance Manager, Morgan Richards is absolutely the best! She made the final aspects of the sale.. the ugly paperwork! A pleasure. This dealership is the place to go..
