Great experience. Chris Lester was my salesman an by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I told him what I was looking for an when I got there the cars I was looking at online were pulled up an warning up for a test drive. Chris wasn’t pushy at all An was really trying to help get me the best deal. 3 years later still coming back. Started dealing with Ricky Hicks right after I bought my first car from Jake Sweeney Kia. Purchased both of my wife’s cars through Ricky and have sent 10+ people to him not including family. Ricky is very straight forward which is a big thing to me. I recommend Ricky Hicks to anyone that asks about a good buying experience.

Yesterday we test drove a car at Jake Sweeney KIA. We had a most unusual experience. We actually can say from start to finish the customer service was exceptional. Our Sales Rep, Todd Perry, and the Sales Manager, Jesse Park,s were extremely knowledgeable and patient. Rom who did the paperwork in Finance was just as awesome as the sales team. Phil Anneken, another Sales member, assisted us with the technology set-up in our new vehicle. Top that off with the very kind guys who worked on the lot taking care of the cars and you have a unique car buying experience. We highly recommend asking for Todd Perry who will take great care of you. The rest of the Jake Sweeney Team will bring the positive experience full circle.

Out of all my experience with trying to get new cars, this has 100% been the best one. They were quick to work with me when no one else would. If you were to go here ask for Jonathan McQueen because that's who helped me get into my first new car and he was very helpful and looked out for me. Highly recommend!!

I actually travelled out of state to get my vehicle here, and I would absolutely do so again. Michael Butts helped us and I would definitely recommend him as your car salesman! Our Kia Carnival hunt was a hard one and I can’t tell you how many dealerships we reached out to trying to find one. I couldn’t get anyone to get back with me, return calls or emails, because they didn’t have them in stock at the time & since they weren’t getting my money they didn’t care to help me any further. Michael made it happen, kept me in the loop all along the way and was such a nice guy! We had to bring our 4 kids along to the dealership and every person there was so sweet to them and didn’t mind them being there at all. Amazing customer service. Well done! 👏🏽
