Had a great and easy experience with Janzen Toyota. Tyler Caldwell was our sales person who walked us through the whole process. He helped us find the exact vehicle we were looking for, which other places couldn’t do for us. He was very great to work with and never hounded us through the purchase. They also won’t slap a “royalty” fee on adding $2000 to the price for almost no reason like some other dealerships do in our town. Thank you Janzen Toyota and Tyler Caldwell!

Excellent experience with Janzen. Mike Robinson was my sale associate, he went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. He answered any questions i had and return any calls immediately while waiting for my special order. My car has every detail i ask for. Would definitely purchase from Janzen again.

I LOVE Janzen Toyota! I dealt with several people (Grant, Kyle, and David mostly) throughout the process of buying AND returning the vehicle. (for personal reasons, I loved the car!) Everyone was so kind and helpful, they didn't judge at all. The atmosphere is great there! Best dealership I've been to. Thanks, Janzen!

I can not speak any more highly of my experience with this dealership. My salesperson, Tyler Kelly, has been excellent to communicate with from the beginning and has made the process of buying a vehicle very laid back and hassle-free. The honesty I’ve experienced in dealing with him and the other staff has been shocking (we all have had those “typical” car dealership experiences)! He helped me order the exact vehicle I wanted and saved me a lot of money by helping me select only the options I would use - running all over the dealership to show me different used vehicles that had the options we were looking at since new inventory is low for dealers right now. It’s great to see a business that understands that treating people well and helping them get just what they need now will breed long-term loyalty from customers and ultimately, long-term success for the business. They have earned my loyalty; I certainly will be recommending Janzen Toyota and Tyler and making future purchases from them.
