The caring and considerate staff at Japanese Car Connection made this car purchase such a wonderful experience that I would never shop for a car anywhere else at this point. I was able to buy exactly the car that I wanted at a great price without anyone else snatching it up right before me, which had been happening to me over and over again everywhere else until I came to this dealership where they actually cared, listened to me with compassion and provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. I want to thank the incredibly kind, friendly staff, especially Jessica, for helping me and my little family out during our time of need. You guys are awesome!

Great selection! The staff is very pleasant and incredibly knowledgeable about the cars they work on and sell. They put a ton of work into a Subaru Forester I bought and it runs great! It also had a 3 month, 3000 mile warranty which means they really have faith in their hard work!

They were great !! I got 2012 Subaru Impreza. I bought the car with a cracked windshield they said they would fix it and did. Jessica was great she answered every question I had and dealt with every concern. They didn't pressure me at all into anything and wanted me to get the best financing deal out there. Thanks guys 😃

Got a great car, for a great price. All staff was great, they even offered their own masks as an optional solution. Bathroom was squeaky clean

Very good selection. I looked at a few before settling on my choice; all of the Subarus I looked at were mechanically sound and well maintained. Both Rick and Chris were amazing, and were able to work with me by preparing paperwork in advance to make my purchase fast and seamless. I'll be coming back.
