Great friendly staff. Fantastic service. Very accommodating. Every time I go to their facility it is a great experience. The staff is awesome and never pushy. They do everything to get you the best deal. I was able to use points earned from various services on Ford Pass to pay for my entire oil change and even my engine filter. I was able to set up service for same day via the app and go in 2 hrs later. They make it so easy to use their services.

August 31, 2021 I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced at Jarrett Gordon Ford in Winter Haven, Florida. I was greeted promptly upon arrival. The waiting room was comfortable and refreshments were available. The service was quick and efficient. My payment for the oil change and tire rotation was covered by my Ford Service Contract and a new gas filter was paid with me Ford Reward Points. That’s nice! My service guy Robert! I refer to him as “my service guy”, because he takes a personal approach to customer service. He is friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to offer a personalized Lincoln experience. He makes me feel important and most of all he takes care of my vehicle down to having my car washed. Took my F-350 Diesel in for a loud air noise. It was determined it was a faulty turbo hose. My service adviser made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. A great place to take your car to. Honest service people that don't try to hike up the service you need. They will only recommend what is needed . My service writer kept me informed as to the progress of my work. I very happy with the quality of service she provided me. I give the whole dealership 7 stars. In the morning the lounge has coffee and fresh donuts. Jarrett-Gordon Ford is my go to place for service.
