I went to this dealer due to the broad selection of used Mercedes Benz cars. The owner and the staff were very professional and friendly. I felt welcomed and not being pressured at all. Sales atmosphere was very laid back. The cars seemed to be fully inspected and in very good condition. The dealership agreed to install new tires on my Mercedes Benz CLK500. The car drives great and I m very happy with my purchase and will recommend this dealer to friends and family !!!

I visited Jax Exports wanting to look at a used Avalon. The gentleman that walked out to help me seemed uninterested in my patronage. I told him the car I was interested in and he went and got the keys, handed them to me and told me he was going back inside and to let him know if I needed anything. I understand that it was hot but, sheesh, I was a potential buyer. I checked out the car and there were more things wrong with it than the online pictures conveyed. Also, the remote keyless enry key was cracked and had buttons missing. Overall it wasn't the best experiece and I'm glad that I didn't buy a car from here.

This was the best car buying experience I ever had. The process was quick and easy, the car came with a 30 day warranty which means a lot to me that they stand behind their vehicles. The owner listened to what I wanted and helped me get the G35 coupe without a hassle. I have referred my family and friends to go see Bruce at Jax Exports a dealer they can TRUST!

What a great buying experience. I flew down from Detroit to buy a Mercedes from Jax Exports. Bruce picked me up from the airport and we drove down to his location. It is a very clean and organized car dealership. Travis explained me all the features of my new car. The Mercedes was new serviced by Jax Exports and even better as described. I am very satisfied with my new car and happy that I got it from Jax Exports.
