We had an amazing experience. No pushy sales people, extremely friendly. At no point did we feel obligated to buy anything. Great GMC teachers discount. The whole team was wonderful but Simone and Andy were just so fantastic towards us. We walked in while waiting to hear on a pending sale we had with another dealer but we were having such a bad experience with the other dealer that we decided to stop by Jay's and I am so glad we did because I left with a brand new car and a far better deal I was ever provided at any other dealer we looked at! I don't think I will ever go anywhere else for another car ever again!

I have never been to this dealership before and as I was driving by I noticed their cars in the lot so I thought I would stop by and take a look at the cars. I was set up with this great salesman Donovan who sat down with me to get to know me and my daughter. He then went over the different cars in his line. He picked out a car that he thought I would like and I took it for a test drive. I was in a rush that day so I told him I would come back on Monday as I wanted my husband to see it. He immediately went to get plates and told me to take the car home for the weekend -- WOW!!! I was so surprised and happy. My family loved the car and on Monday, the car was mine.

I came back to Jay Buick because of my first positive experience there, which was only a year ago. My vehicle was recently totaled and it was a very stressful time. Mike Croome & Donovan Jamison were there in a pinch. Mike was very patient and was able to answer all of my questions and eased my worries. Donovan exhibited expert knowledge of the brand & professionalism while taking the time to show me several different vehicle options that might fit my needs. I had intended on purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, but was quite surprised to find that a newer vehicle was the best option for me. I am very pleased with the outcome. We were strung along for almost a week being promised that any day our car would come in from another dealer. Never happened. We ended up getting a different one instead because we could not wait anymore. During the process the sales manager tried to pull a fast one on us as far as pricing goes (fortunately we caught it). Upon the delivery the general manager came out to answer some questions for us, or at least try to, and he did not know much about the car. After my wife jokingly made a comment about how he nor the sales person seemed to know much abut the car he made a rude comment to her. Someone in his position should know better than to be rude to the customer but apparently he does not believe in that. Apparently at Jay Honda the customer does not come first. I realize the whole car buying process is never fun but the management team here at Jay, particularly the GM, were just completely obnoxious people and after this lease is up we have no intention of going back. Just rude people that I am glad I do not have to see for the next few years. Do yourself a favor, if you want a GMC, try another dealer first, just trust me on this one.

My Experience:As soon as I drove into the service center I was directed in, then greeted by a friendly woman named Mariam. When my service was done they washed my car and Mariam helped me get my 2 children in the car. Also while waiting my little ones and I enjoyed the complimentary coffee, snacks, and wifi! All these things made my experience with bringing my children great and less stressful.www.

I been searching for a car for 3 months starting with Deacon's Chrysler in February and after the disappointment I stopped and started back on May 23rd but once again the pressure from Kia and Liberty Ford all in the same week was a big headache and I was ready to just give up because I had it with car shopping. I remembered I received a call from Ashley stating that its been 4 yrs since my last purchase with Jay Buick where I had brought a used car and I searched for her number because this was going to be the last draw, Ashley was very professional and scheduled me to go see Aj on 5/28 where he greeted me with a smile , I rescheduled the time so he referred me to Donovan because he was working with another customer, Donovan was great he didn't pressure me at all it was a big difference from the prior experience with the other dealers , the finance guy was even nice and came over and spoke with me , everybody that I came in contact with treated me with respect and always with a smile, Aj even came over several times to make sure I was ok. I wish I would have just came to Jay Buick first because that would have saved me a lot of stress but believe me Aj and Donovan made up for it , I was very please and happy with the teamwork.

Everyone I had to deal with at the dealership was friendly and helpful and went out of their way not only to make me feel welcome but listen to my wishes and wants in a new vehicle. This was the 4th dealership I visited and I didn't expect to drive home a vehicle in my price range with the options I desired. AJ Borisa, my salesman and the finance director Jesse Lee made the deal happen and stayed well past closing time to make sure I left in a truck that I wanted with a deal that made me happy. The Jay auto family will now be my first stop for any vehicle needs I have in the future!

Immediately I was welcomed into the dealership and once I expressed what I was looking for I was introduced to the Assistant Sales Manager, Donovan. I felt he listened to why I came to look into Buick vehicles and my price range. I came to test a Verano and he suggested that I may like an Encore since in my price range as well. I was shocked to think the SUV would be in my price range and was excited to have more than one model to test drive. I drove the Verano first and then the Encore and fell in love. Donovan worked hard to get me into a color I would enjoy and Jeff (General Sales manager) worked in tandem to make everything run smooth. I left elated with my purchase and how I was thanked for my patronage.

Never had a car that wasn't a Honda or Toyota so looking at a GMC was new and odd but Matt made it easy. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and what I wanted to pay and made it happen in a no pressure environment. He presented himself and we began to discuss my options. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. We decided on a chevy cruise. I bought a Gmc 2010 GMC Terrain March 25 2014. The first week in April 2015 I was at the light waiting for the light to turn green. Green light the car would not drive forward and it would go backward. Get the truck home and call Jay Buick they tell me I'm out of warranty. I call the manager he tell me he will call me back that Monday and would have the truck tow in to have it look at. No call so I call back a week later. He told me they would buy the truck back and put me in a different one. I knew better, they were not going to give me the full price I gotta pay for the truck and they would only give me book value and add the rest on top of the vehicle and than I would have a super high car payment. When I told him I just want the truck fix he was done with me. So from April 2015 to August my truck been park and I'm paying for something I can not drive. Well I just found out it is the stabilitrak and I know that is covered under special warranty. I felt like they could've tried to help me. Even if it was just something little.

Actually, I was looking to buy from another dealer, but alked out due to bad customer service. I walked into Jay Buicks Business just asked to see someone and ask question. The first person I met name was (Jesse Lee) walked up to me introduced himself and took interest into eactly what I was asking for and introduced me to another person named Tim Schwab in sales. Who also took interest in what I was looking for even I told them both I was just looking for something with a roof and has four wheels to get me around that I would be happy." They pretty much both dealt with me for over 5 hours (i.e. test driving and other misc. issues) and I could tell they were not happy until I was happy and pulling out all the stops until I was out of the Parking lot with one of there New car even though it was being leased. I send a special shoot-out to these two as they did and took the time to do what it takes to get me in that very car. There are were other staff that assisted as well, they know who they are cause I personally thanked them. Would I recommend them and Buick YES I would and will I continue buying a car from them Yes I would. Coming from a retired U. S. A. F. Veteran that says plenty. Plus to this day there customer service hasnt stop with them both checking to still see if I am happy with my Purchase. Thanks Jay Buick.. Good work all away around.

I recently had my car serviced at your Jay Buick Bedford Dealership. The repairs were very costly. After the repairs were done, there was an employee I believe his name was Fred, he was about to wash my car after the repairs were done. I told him I was aware that I had quite a few minor scratches on my vehicle and I asked if he knew what I could use to remove them. Your employee told me to give him about 20 minutes and if I would wait in the waiting area so he could see what he would be able to do. The employee came back to the waiting area and told me to take a look at my car. This guy Fred, did such a miraculous job that all the minor scratches on my car were completely gone. Also my rims were so shiny they looked like mirrors. How he did all this was a mystery to me. I just want to say its employees like him that go unrecognized who really make the company have a GOOD NAME and makes the customers return OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I hope Freds bosses and managers appreciate having an employee like him. So many times customers take the time to make complaints but never take time to let the right people know when someone does something good. I know this for a fact because I work in customer service myself and the main thing we hear on a daily basis is complaint after complaint instead of the good things employees have done. Please let your employee Fred know that a customer took the time to commend him for going BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. I am just someone that wanted to let you know that FRED is one of your BEST. From a happy customer.

Great experience at Jay Buick. I was at my wits end shopping for a vehicle until I was referred to Ed Wooden with Jay Buick. Ed provided special attention and concern to my situation and was able to customize my situation that allowed me to purchase a great vehicle. Disappointed car buyer

I should have walked out before I purchased my certified used traverse from them! The only nice employee during the buying process was my salesmen egor, everyone else was rude. I took my traverse there yesterday for a blower repair. First they told me it would be an hour & half then another 40min three hours later my vehicle ready. Then the service rep tells me I have axle seals that are leaking on a vehicle with 40,000 miles that I purchased certified used in March. How is this not covered under the warranty? The answer another dealer tells me is it is most defiantly covered under the warranty. Jay Buick told me it didn't need repaired. Fortunately another dealer will be repairing it under the warranty. I will never deal with Jay Buick again!!

The service was horrible. The car is great. I purchased a car a few weeks ago. My time at the dealership was the worst ever. I informed the dealership that time is important to me. I could only dedicate so much time to closing the dealing. Once I found a car, I gave a 1k in cash and ask to have the paper work ready to sign in 5 days so I could sign and drive. Were they prepared. No. They needed more documents for documents for the lender after the deal was signed. Why tell me that the deal was done when there was an issue. I guess even with a week to get it done is not enough. I would not recommend this dealership!!!

On my way to work, had a few spare minutes and stopped at Jay Buick GMC to look at trucks in the lot. Jose Ore approached me as I pulled in asked me if there was anything that he could do for me. I told him that I was thinking about buying a new truck. He brought out a brochure and told me that he would email a list of available vehicles that met my needs. By the time I got to work, there was an email with several matches. When I stopped to look at what they had, Mark Timen told me that he had found an exact match with additional incentives! I brought in my old truck for trade, they had me out of there with my beautiful 2014 Sierra in record time and I spent less money than expected. The bed liner was added, full tank of gas & detailed as promised. Everyone there treated me so well, It was the most pleasant, easiest and fastest dealer experience that I ever had. Having bought from Jay in the past, I already knew that when I needed service, they would take care of me. I am actually looking forward to buying my next car, from Jay Auto Group!

I was looking online for a deal on a 2014 GMC Terrain, so I didn't see anything to fit my budget. But I found a 2010 Terrain they had and said in an email I couldn't afford that, so they made an appointment for me to come at 1pm the next day started not to go as to not be disappointed. Well I went anyway and my sales lady Yvonne was exceptional she explained things I didn't know like you don't have to get a Denali in order to get chrome wheels. So she had me test drive a new 2014 it was wonderful when we returned to the dealer her and the finance man had worked it out to fit my budget. My car was cleaned, filled with gas and 30 day tag was put on by my sales lady and she even followed me home since I couldn't drive two cars. The whole experience was just wonderful. It was so great that the next day my granddaughter and daughter came by my house and granddaughter was very upset because she had went to get a car and was turned down, so I placed a call to my sales lady she come on in, so the next day my granddaughter picked up her car.

My engine was making a really loud squeaking noise two days ago, and I wasn't sure if it was my fan belt or something else. So, I called Brian Strong and he told me to bring the car to the dealership. He called my husband the same day and told him the water pump was bad. My car was repaired and ready the very next day before 1200 o'clock. I am happy to say my truck has 180,000 miles and counting, thanks to Jay's Automotive.

I went to Jays because my husband purchased a truck there and was pleased with his overall experience. The dealer that he used wasnt there, so I got the first available salesperson, George. I told the salesperson I wanted to lease a new GMC Acadia. We went for the test drive, we talked about the car color and options. I was pressed for time so I gave the salesperson my information and told him I needed to buy a car in the next three days. We went inside, he gave me his business card, a brochure and introduced me to the manager and said he'd be in touch. A day went by and I didnt hear anything back. I sent in a request for quote again said what I wanted and stated I needed to purchase a car that same day. I received the generic email about coming in to view their inventory. That same morning I also left a voicemail with the manager stated the car I wanted and color options and mentioned that I needed to purchase a car today ~ nothing. Jay must be doing ok because they certainly didn't want my business. I never heard a word back from anyone at Jays. In the end, I went to Axlerod Buick GMC. Thankfully they are open on Sundays and purchased my car. What a great team they have there!

I received a letter from Jay Buick offering me a great allowance on my 2011 Buick Regal. I went to Jay on Saturday and had looked on Jay's internet inventory and found the only red Buick Regal left in stock for 2013. Brian was a fantastic salesman and worked with Mark to close the deal and I drove my new car HOME that day! Great dealer and service. My recent lease of a 2013 Terrain Denali was a very rewarding process. George Breckling did everything I asked of him throughout our 2 day interaction. I asked for his best price once it was time to make a decision. He respected my request and came through in an amazing fashion. The sales manager Mark assisted George in identifying a model that made sense for me and I am now the proud lease owner of a beautiful vehicle. I'm just happy to be back with jay Buick, i made a mistake and tried a Lincoln MKT and i was very disappointed with the whole experience. I'm now back with Jay Buick and very satisfied with the process and experience again. The salespeople are very nice and well informed. After driving my Buick Rendezvous for 10 years, I decided it was time for a new car. I decided on a lease, and chose the LaCrosse. Not only was everyone very nice to me, but my grandchildren were with me and they were treated the same. I would recommend Jay Buick to any one looking for a car. The service department is great. I got my car on the holiday, and no one was in a hurray even they were working shorter hours, they took their time and never rushed me. My first experience with the dealership was with Harold Elam. So personable that his conversation led me to come into the dealership. He introduced me to the salesman George Taylor who I found to have a great personality and was not one trying to pressure me in to buying or leasing a car. We chatted first to find out my interest in the type of car I had showed interest in which was the 2013 Buick Verano. I took a test drive, thanked George for his time. He recommended that I go home and read up on the book he provided about all the amenities that come with this car. Three days later, I made up my mind to come in and talk because there had not been any real pressure from George to buy and he had not shown a negative attitude when I left the dealership on my first visit. After making my decision to come in and sit down to discuss numbers, I found him to be very patient during the sales process. I'm enjoying my car and telling my friends and family about all the amenities that come with this car. I am very satisfied and I recommend you to go in and ask for "George".

My husband is disabled and the salesman George took very good care of him. He did not do the salesman pressure thing. The SUV we purchased is great, one item of concern I wasn't shown under the hood I would like to have been shown where the oil goes! He presented viable options and of course the products were all great. Step by step was fortnately, uncomplicated and efficient. I went in to have my previous car serviced. After speaking to the manager about the newer Terrains (my previous car two cars ago), I told him that if he found a newer model with my very specific desires, then I would def trade it in. He was able to locate, have delivered and me inspecting it in 3 days. Richard was wonderful on getting me current on the latest updates and has been avail 24 hrs a day with any questions I may have. I had even called and asked him something about a feature, and when we were done, he was telling me how he was on vacation!! Now that is dedication to his customers!

Ed was wonderful! We did encounter another salesperson that was less than pleasant and very hard to understand, hence the lower customer service rating. We originally seen and looked at a car on a Saturday, but wanted to check out another dealership and Ed said by all means go look because we want you to be happy with your car. NEVER had any dealership do this. We came back the following Thursday for a test drive and ended up buying the car! The loan process was very quick and painless, never spent so little time buying a car. I would definitely come here and recommend this dealership for future purchases!

My wife and I just bought a 2013 GMC Acadia (SLE2). It was our first time buying with Jay Buick/GMC and it was a positively great experience. The sales staff is friendly, fast, and humorous. They worked with us to reach a great deal and we got far more for our trade-in than we expected. We even opted to buy the "super" (whatever they call it) 7 year / 70,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty that includes roadside assistance and trip interruption compensation - and still stayed within our budget and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. The only problem we have is the roof-mounted antenna is a little too high to clear our garage door at home. Fortunately, it simply unscrews and can be replaced with a short one that's available on-line for cheap. Surprisingly, even without the antenna, the radio reception - including XM - is still quite good. Overall, we couldn't be more satisfied with the buying experience or the staff, and we love the vehicle. We would definitely recommend Jay's to all our family and friends.

I found my 2011 Buick Regal on cars.com. Contacted the dealership and was approved in less than 5 minutes with an awesome interest rate. My sales rep Craig was awesome and very determined that I left with the car I wanted. The used sales manager James was also very accommodating and involved throughout the whole process. Ed, the finance guy, also gets a kudos for double checking my paperwork to make sure that I received the best deal possible. I have already recommended Jay Buick to all of my friends and family. I will definitely return when I want to trade in this vehicle.

I love my new car. I have been purchasing cars at Jay for years. I have the best saleperson Yvonne Owens. She knows my likes and needs and always informs me of deals that she knows will benefit me. The Management is awesome as well. They treat me as an individual and the service is awesome!! Customer service is so important to me. Jay truly has great customer service from the sale people to the service and let us not forget the ladies who check us out after our car has been serviced. I am a longtime devoted customer. To start, I am not a fan of car salesman. (Just a personal thing) That being said, we were extremely please with Igor. There was no pressure to buy anything. He was happy to spend as much time as we needed to make the decision to buy our Acadia. He even came in on his day off to complete the deal. Everyone at Jay was nice and helpful. This will probably be the last vehicle we buy, but if it wasn't, we would go back to Jay.

Just passing by the dealership, my husband and I saw a Ford Fusion on the lot. We decided to check it out knowing that we would soon need a more up-to-date vehicle for our future family. We we greeted by Igor. He had a different vibe from other salesmen. I truly felt he wanted to get us the best deal. Both my husband and I felt that we were taken care of by Igor and by Dan. We didn't feel like a buck was trying to be made on us, but rather, we were actually being helped. Most of the process of buying the car went very smooth and they tried getting our payments as close to our goal as possible. Dan even had some service work done on our car. He made every process easy and in the end we are happy with our purchase and would recommend anyone to buy a car there! I have never had a better experience buying a car else where!

I am a Buick person and had been shopping around for quite a while to find a used vehicle I liked for the right price. I went in to Jay Buick because I saw a car I liked online. I didn't have very high expectations because when you are in the market for a car or a house you get used to things not being what they seem in the description. The car (an 06 LaCrosse) actually exceeded my hopes. It was in pristine condition. What can I say, it was love at first sight. Everybody was nice and efficient and helpful and I would definitely buy there again. I feel I paid a fair price and I felt they were reasonable about cutting a deal, not like some who whine about how the list price is their very best price and then change their story when they see you walking out the door. The one odd thing was I had emailed on Sunday asking 2 specific questions. I got an email back on Monday a.m. from the internet dept which did NOT answer my questions but instead asked me if I had something specific in mind or was I just shopping. Since I had asked for details on a specific car I thought that was an odd question and decided not to spend my day playing email tag but just to go see the car. As it happened the internet dept. kept calling and emailing me all day and when I finally called the guy back to say I had purchased the car he seemed offended. "You mean you actually went to the dealership?" he said as if I had been to Mars. I suppose he was mad about the commission but if somebody had answered my questions maybe they would have gotten the sale, anyway it's the same company and the classy thing to say would have been "Congratulations!" So would I deal with the internet dept again, no.

Leased a car on thursday and took it home the same night. Which for me was good since we live 50 miles away. But not happy with the cleaning of the car. (inside)They could have cleaned inside while we were doing paper work(checking are credit). Must have had children in the car. I cleaned it when I got it home. It was late but they should have cleaned it better. Are frist time buying there, I really liked Gorge B. he was very polight. Jay's had the car I wanted, which was far to go.

My wife and I had been shopping for late model sport utility vehicles. We'd looked at various vehicles at various brokers/ dealerships. We started with a lot of brokers -- bad idea. Most broker facilities were dirty and sketchy with non-existent customer service. It felt like "boiler room" in many cases - a big room with old tables, smarmy sales guys and cliche selling tactics. From the moment we entered Jay Buick GMC we felt NO pressure. We test drove our vehicle, had a mechanic check it out, liked it and negotiated a fair price. Our experience was low pressure and easy. It didn't feel like a stereotypical used car buying experience. Thanks to Craig Taylor, Dan Harris, Eric and the Jay team!
