Our old car was recently rear-ended and our insurance carrier determined it was a total loss. Richard Kwiecien did a great job of helping us find a suitable replacement at a price that would fit our budget. He stayed late so we could take our test-ride, and helped us run the numbers so we could get the monthly payments into our desired range. He saw to it that our car would be ready to go right away. Joe Russo in Finance was Quick, Personable, and Efficient. Since it was a bank holiday, he held off on cashing our check until I called the next day to give the "all clear." All in all, a great car-buying experience!

Our daughter and son bought their car's at Jay Honda,what a wonder experience for both dealing with Derrick and Joe. When it came time for my husband and I to buy a car, there were no questions asked as to were we would go to buy our car. God bless Derrick! He was so friendly and patient with us. He knew our price range and never pushed for us to look at anything out of that range. We went back to Jay 3 times, couldn't make up our mind, again, thanks to Derrick for all his patients! Joe in finance is a great guy too! He made signing all those papers painless! He always kept a conversation going so things never got silently awkward, always willing to take time to explain what we were signing and answer any questions we had even though it was way past closing time. When walking into Jay Honda the other salesmen there were also very friendlly, saying hi and asking how we were. Overall, a great experience! We and our children love our cars, have not had any issues, no unexpected suprises!

I recently purchased a used van. I was told AFTER signing paperwork that it only came with 1 key. The salesman did not seem to think that it was going to be an issue that I would be leaving the lot with 1 key. He did let me know that in order to get another one, I would have to get the current key programmed by the service department and this would be approx. $200! Another oversight on the Finance Department was the mistake they made on ALL of my paperwork. It was made out to the wrong city and county. I live over an hour from the dealership and had to drive back the next day to re-sign ALL papers. This was so the information sent to the bank was not mixed up and I actually ended up getting my car payment statements.

Found a couple used CRV's on their website that were fairly priced. The salesman I was supposed to meet with was busy with other customers so he let his associate Rick take care of me so I wouldn't have to wait. I gave him the stock numbers of the ones I was interested in and Rick promptly got the keys and escorted me to them. He left me alone to look at them, checking frequently to see if I had any questions or was ready to test drive. He pointed out pros and cons of each without bias. Was able to get the price down slightly on the one I chose and received a good amount on my trade in. Never felt pressured by Rick to buy. He has excellent people skills and I recommend asking for him. Joe made all the paperwork signing fun. The facility could use some updating. Be careful sitting on the couch, you might not be able to get back up. This was my second purchase from Jay Honda and I'm thinking of recommending my son go here to buy his next car.

Overall, I had a very good experience buying from Jay Honda. Rick was the sales representative that I spoke with. He was very upfront about the car and the pricing and very helpful. I and my family member took a ride in the 2012 Honda Civic Cpe EX and loved the car!!! It was formerly a lease and was very well maintained. Michael was also good at completing the papers for the purchase. This facility does have cars at a better price than many other places that I have researched. I would recommend Jay Honda if you are in the market for a quality Honda.

My husband and I went to Jay Honda to look at a used Honda Pilot that we saw on Yahoo Auto. Tyler Shatto showed us several Pilots that he had on the lot and we test drove one of them. He also told us that they were going to be getting several more in that week. Tyler would not be able to show us the Pilots that were coming in, but he put us in contact with Rick Kwiecian. My husband had to be out of town for work, and I was nervous about going to the dealer by myself, but I did. Rick was great!!! I test drove several Pilots that week and I never felt pressured. He answered all my questions, and then some. I felt like I had known Rick for years. When it came time to sign the papers, I asked if I could wait until my husband was back in town and they were absolutely fine with that. When I went to pick up the car, I noticed a few things with the car, and they took care of them right away. Even though the car was used, it looked beautiful! I was so impressed that I have already recommended Jay Honda. If my family (including my four driving aged children) need another car, I will be calling Rick!!!!

We ventured out last weekend to test-drive a certified 2012 Honda Odyssey and ended up buying it! Our salesperson, Tyler Shatto, is a great guy, down to earth and honest. A rarity in the car business, in our opinion. Joe Russo, the finance manager, produced our paperwork quickly and efficiently. After picking up the vehicle, we noticed a few body flaws which were taken care of today by their fabulous service department. They told us it would be finished in two hours and, true to their word, the vehicle and a very happy owner left in less than two hours. All in all, we are very impressed with Jay Honda and look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

Went to Jay Honda's used car location to pick up a used vehicle. Was greeted pleasantly upon arrival and given plenty of assistance by Derick, who is a good salesman and a good guy to boot. He spoke plainly and to the point, which was appreciated. When the finance manager (Joe) was called in, the good experience continued - he was respectful, informative, and patient, if a little pushy (but hey, that's a money guy's job). The only issue with the staff at the dealership was (who I believed to be) the manager; all decisions had to go through him (no arguments there), but he sat in the corner out front eyeing me up during the entire process, and didn't make the effort once to come over and introduce himself. Derick was forced to run back and forth between us to relay information, which was a slow, inefficient process (though no fault of Derick's in my opinion). If the manager has bothered to come over and deal with my directly, many hours (yes, hours) could have been saved on both sides. Oh well. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience. Derick and Joe went out of their way to help me, and I believe I received a fair deal (quality of car to be determined within a few months of ownership, but should be fine). I would recommend Jay Honda for people looking for a used Honda. Go see Derick, talk to Joe, and if you want to, introduce yourself to the manager in the corner - he might not make the effort to talk to you, but maybe I caught him on an off day.

Sales man and manager were way too pushy. Extremely too much pressure to purchase a car that day at that moment. Although we purchased, it was because we did not have much time that day after they had kept us there for so long, and we needed a car relatively soon. The sales men also told us we would be out in 40 minutes and that was definitely not the case. The process took at least 2 hours. And then on our way out of the door, we were handed only one key for the car. When purchasing a car, a buyer typically gets 2 sets of keys and we were not informed of this prior to purchasing.

Derrick and Joe were great Vehicle was ready and process was smooth. would definitely recommend. They do need to replace the floor in the waiting area, and get a new couch. Other than that everything was great and I will be back.

Derrick was our salesman, and he did a great job. The dealership was very busy the night we bought our pilot, so he had to juggle another buyer while assisting us. He did so effortlessly and did a great job - both us and the other gentleman bought from Derrick that night. Derrick did not pressure us and went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered and made a very fair deal with us. Joe the finance manager was also very pleasant to work with and did not pressure us either - this went a long way with my wife and I. Overall, we had a great experience and I have already recommended this dealership to several friends and relatives.

I recently traded in my 2009 Jeep Wrangler for a used 2014 Honda Accord Sport 6 Speed Manual in Black. A very stunning automobile with very low miles. The staff worked with me and did a great job on offering me a very fair/favorable trade-in value for my Jeep. I was impressed with both the attention to detail and the professional courtesy of the staff. Nathan Stalnaker personally handled the sale of the Honda and worked with me on the trade. It all was able to be done in a few hours. They all stayed way past closing time to see that everything had been completed thoroughly and effectively. I would highly recommend taking a stroll down to this used car facility and check out your next vehicle!

This dealership had a good selection of pre-owned vehicles at very competitive prices My salesman, Derick Williams, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. This was a wonderful car buying experience! Dan Walters (sales) was very helpful and not a bit pushy. Joe Russo the manager completed the paperwork quickly and efficiently and Xavier in finance was terrific. Dan Walters (the salesman) and another employee even stayed past closing time to drive my new preowned car to my house! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quick and efficient car buying experience.

I found a vehicle online after searching pretty extensively on cars.com. After contacting the dealership and having most all my questions answered I felt pretty good about what I had heard. I was very specific about the vehicle having no scratches or dings as I was traveling from 4 hours away. I was assured this vehicle was clean as a whistle. No scratches the salesman said. I wasvalso told it was certified. Upon arrival I sat down with the salesman only to be told it wasn't certified. Letting that go and at least wanting to see the vehicle, I headed outside. Scratches were noticeable on almost all sides of the vehicle. Needless to say I didn't purchase the vehicle. If you are driving more than a few hours I would not be tempted by their low prices. I hope others have a better experience than I did.
