Awful experience. If I could leave zero stars I would. I unfortunately was rear ended and my car totaled so I needed a new car! I came prepared with my credit union pre-approval letter thinking that the process would be great! I voiced that I DID not need them to run my credit for financing. The salesman told me that they would not. But asked me to complete paperwork that had my information on it for preliminaries. Low and behold they ran my credit to 3 companies after I was told it would not be. I brought it up to the finance manager and he just shrugged me off saying that it won’t drop my score but my score did in fact drop. Also they let me leave with less than a fourth of a tank of gas and when i said something about always leaving with a full tank of gas when I’ve purchased cars in the past from other dealerships, I was told they don’t do that. I have a coworker that purchased a car from Jay Wolfe Honda a few months ago and they made sure he left with a full tank and he did NOT even have to ask!! Interesting!! Now that I voiced my frustration I’m being offered a couple full tanks of gas. If I was valued as a customer then they would not have let me drive off with a darn near empty tank. I’ll never recommend them to anyone!! Piss poor service and liars!! But they sure do make sure they push that extended $3,000 warranty on you!! I know a lot of people and I will let them know of my experience so they can avoid this place!! I’ve told 8 so far! Many more to go!!

Best Customer Service I have ever received from a dealership! My Service Advisor, Matt, is patient, knowledgeable, and will work hard for you to get you what you want and/or deserve. The teamwork in the service center seems fluid and creates a great atmosphere! They are also quick, no waiting around for help, ever.

Always a professional atmosphere when my wife and I go here. We got our second vehicle from Jay Wolfe Acura. The process just gets easier each time we go. We are very pleased with our new TLX. My wife got a car that she wanted and enjoys all the new upgrades in this model.

My 1st experience with Jay Wolfe Acura and it was not a disappointment!! Jack was great! He explained everything to me; he was extremely professional and honest. Plus they were eating chic fil a for lunch.... always a plus lol. 😊😊

Friendly and knowledgable staff! I was pleased with their expertise and explaining what they were doing and what I can expect from the system check. Dylan greeted me and got right to work and the manager took my car for drive and immediately got to work on the system. Thank you! I look forward to coming back to your location for service!
