Test drove a car. Stated intentions to buy it upon successful third party inspection (I intended to pay for this service) which was scheduled to occur a couple days later. I offered to put down a deposit to hold the car and they declined. The day the car was supposed to get inspected, I called the shop and it never showed up to be inspected. Turns out Jay Wolfe Auto sold the car to another buyer the morning they were supposed to take it for my inspection. They even admitted this other buyer first visited them after we already had an agreement in place, and didn't even have the common courtesy or professionalism to let me know they sold the car I planned to buy. Classless bunch. Don't waste your time with them.

Friendly staff with a good sense humor must selling cars well cuz there where not many left on the lot it's just too bad they didn't have what I am looking for right now

Had such an appreciative experience with the 2 gentlemen Xavier and Herman the other day They were both so genuine and helpful We were able to conversate a little They both would work a little and eventually I was happily purchasing a great vehicle They never once showed lack of interest nor gave me any reason to feel pressured Their great personalities and professionalism gave me this opportunity to take my time to say thank you both I appreciate you great men
