Worst car buying experience of my life. When you first go to the dealership, they assure you the car is fine. They tell you they did inspections, mechanics looked at it and everything is good. We buy the car. Two days later the alternator dies due to an oil leak. That was only the beginning of the issues.. we have had to spend thousands of dollars in repairs. I reached out to JP (also goes by Sunny) and he just says sorry! Can’t do anything for you! Don’t lie to your customers and pressure them to buy after telling them your mechanics looked at them and all is good. Anyone reading this, please just go to a more professional and established dealership. Sometimes, it’s worth paying a little extra up front for peace of mind. I learned that the hard way. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

JB hooked me up with a great reliable car. He took time out of his day to meet with me after hours after I traveled hours to get there. No BS either he was upfront with everything about the car and I’m super happy with my purchase. Highly recommend JB Motors!

WOW!!! Just when you thought good old fashion customer service was gone. In walks Singh Harjinder from JB Motors. I live in Springfield Mo and I have been looking for a car for a while and I found "the one" at JB Motors. I inquired and the whole experience was AMAZING. I would of had to wait a few days, week, or longer to get the car because not everyone can take 6+ hours out of a day to make the trip with you to pick up a car. For Singh... No problem! He met my brother and I half way, picked me up after closing so I could finalize. Who does that! However, I will say the car was NOT as Singh described. It by far exceeded any expectation I had. I would recommend Singh and JB Motors to anyone. Thanks Singh Harjinder and JB Motors! Love the car.
